Oh my gosh! We absolutely love Ellora Villas! Our second time here! Tucked away in our own private sanctuary we felt truly spoiled! The staff goes above and beyond to make everything perfect! Tika and Yuli are so awesome and helpful….with more patience than we can comprehend! We had trouble with Credit Card issues and Tika was so accommodating with helping us make phone calls. We will absolutely be going back to this wonderful “ treasure”! Thank-you Ellora Villas❤️🏝🌈🌟

A fairly good stay
Nice enough room. Very spacious with good air con. Toilet space was big. The swimming pool didn’t tend to get any sunlight due to the angle and the built up area. It was the only location we visited in Bali where we didn’t use the pool. The staff were friendly on arrival and we got a free drink, which was a nice touch. Other than that, they kept themselves in their office. I’m sure they would have been helpful had we asked, but it was noticeable the difference in their proactiveness to be helpful compared to other places in Bali (who would add you to a WhatsApp group, provide you local recommendations, etc). They provided drinking water, but at room temperature. Not ideal in the climate. A water dispenser would be preferable.

Amazing villa for the price, kind and helpful staff, great space. Very close to beach and town, plenty of shops and restaurants, nearby. Kitchen area outside extremely functional and well taken care of. Personal pool and actually, full villa, was well maintained and cleaned . Really liked it!

Beautiful villa, need improvement on cleanliness
We checked in late at night, found the floor are dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, we walked around the room bare feet on the dusty floor. It seemed that there were only 1 person on duty that night, he offered to mop the floor. The whole room was dirty and dusty, we were sneezing a lot. At the end of our stay, the water in the shower came out black and sandy. Ellora need to improve their service and cleanliness

This property is great for nature lovers. The kitchen is outside, there is plenty of greenery and wildlife. There is room service and lots of places to purchase food within walking distance. There are bicycles for rent on property and usage of a 24 hour gym within a 5 minutes walk away from this villa. Also, adventure seekers would love this area as I observed alot of visitors riding bicycles in the traffic as the side walks are very narrow. The bedrooms are detached with separate keys, so two couples could actually split the cost of this villa easily. Breakfast is cooked for you in your kitchen daily. Also, there is daily housekeeping. I didn't go to the beach, but I was told there was one nearby.

Location was good, northern end of Sanur, access to the beach through The Sands and use of the Sands and Memories Beach Clubs. Breakfast cooked in the villa every morning, very friendly staff.

Die Villa mit eigenem Pool ist sehr ruhig und der richtige Platz zum Ausspannen. Frühstück wird von sehr freundlichem Personal geliefert. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Leider wird beim Roomservice nicht vermerkt, dass die Preise ohne VAT und Servicecharge sind. Das ist sehr missverständlich.

Hidden away down a small lane, this wonderful place is far from the noise of the traffic and within easy walking distance of the beach and a number of good restaurants. The room was great - more classic than ultra-modern - and the staff could not have been more helpful. Having our own private pool was a definite plus. Highly recommended

One week at Ellora
Very charming villas with great pool. Quality of some breakfast foods could be improved. Sanur is lovely but the beaches came short of expectation.

A wonderful hideaway
A wonderful place. We had a completely private, one-bedroom villa with its own pool; you could step from the king bed to a pair of sliding glass doors, open them, and step down into the pool and swim to the other end, where there was a pair of lounge chairs under a shade. Like a dream. A covered kitchen, dining and living area was alongside the pool, and a cook came to make our breakfast each morning. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Sanur beach was just two blocks away, but we mostly loved staying around our villa. Quiet, private, luxe - what’s not to love?

My fiance and I arrived in Bali on the 3rd November 2017 and we first stayed in Ubud. We arrived at the Ellora in Sanur on the 7th November and stayed for 6 days. They insisted on having copies of our 2 passports upon arrival which was fine. We received a call on our 3rd day from "The Bali Airport" advising that we had won the first prize of one weeks stay for 4 adults in any 5 star resort in Bali due to a 'promotion' they had over the past month. They had the full details of both myself and my fiance with the correct spelling of both names (our names are difficult to spell). They picked us up the next morning for the 'presentation' as this was a huge event at another 5 star resort in Nusa Dua promoting Bali due to the active volcano at Mt Agung which stopped tourists from coming. This was to promote Bali. When we arrived at this 'event', we were greeted by Westerners whom were giving us the hard sell on buying a share in property in Bali - in a nutshell it is a timeshare!!! We spent 6 hours there of our holiday. I asked our driver on the way back to our hotel about this and he said that they do it all the time and he is the regular driver. People are upset all the time. The ONLY people who had our details are the Ellora. Not the airport (when we fill in our card as to where we are staying) as we were told we arrived in Bali on the 7th Nov. I confronted the reception and they finally admitted this to me NEVER stay there as your personal details will be shared - UGHHH

Only thing that makes it a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating, is that our pool in Villa A was quite dirty - It had a lot of green stuff (not sure if it is algae or something else), which was a bit nasty to swim around in. Furthermore, we didn't have hot water during out stay. Lastly, there were some mosquitoes, which would have been nice to live without - We experienced other villas where they put out smoke-thingies that repel the insects, which would have been nice here as well. Apart from that, service is amazing, staff super friendly, villas have a good size for 2 couples traveling together or a family (without small children though, as the pool isn't fenced), or anything else needing two equalsize rooms.

Ellora Villas sijaitsee hyvällä alueella lähellä pääkatua ja rantaa. Palvelu hyvää ja muuten ok kokemus, mutta paikka tarvitsee pikaisesti päivitystä. Uima-altaamme oli vihertävä eikä valo toiminut. Pumppu piti käydä pyytämään päälle joka kerta uudelleen ja tuntui että sama vesi päivästä toiseen. Kova meteli öisin katolla kissojen, liskojen ja lentokoneiden toimesta. Rannalle on vaikea löytää.

Comfortable, quiet villa in Sanur
Very nice. Staff excellent (as usual) - good private, quiet villa, with pool, near to the "tourist street"'in Sanur. "In villa" cooked breakfast - then the villa was quickly and well serviced after breakfast. Appreciated by "staying on" guests - who often have their villa cleaned late in the afternoon.

事実だけを書かせてもらいます。 - 良いポイント ゆったりとしたオープンリビングは夜寛ぐには最高です。天井にはファンもあるので涼しいです。 歩いて3分のサークルKはドリンクを買うのに便利。 同じく歩いて3分のThe owl cafeは料理、ドリンク共に非常にレベルが高い。何度もドリンクをテイクアウトしました。 ランドリー屋もowlから更に3分ほど行ったところに1kg 20000rpであります。 全体的にロケーションは良いと思います。ただし、海には行きにくいです。 - 悪いポイント 滞在中ゴキブリは何度も見かけました。オープンキッチンの引き出しからスプーンを出そうとした時にゴキブリがうごめいていた時には冷や汗ものでした。 ハウスキーピングの途中でビラに戻ったらスタッフがビラ備え付けのCD Playerを勝手に使い大音量で音楽をかけていました。私達を見たら気まずかったのか音量を下げ、最終的にオフにしていました。即座にビラ宛にメールでこの事実を書いて送ったら翌日マネージャーが来てお詫びをしたが名前も名乗らず、後で名刺を渡すから次回の宿泊の時に融通すると言っていたが結局名刺も渡されずメールでの連絡もありません。スタッフもスタッフならマネージャーもマネージャーなのでしょう。 また、コンプリメンタリーの水のペットボトルが補充されていないこともあった。 レイトチェックアウトが可能かを尋ねたら前日になれば分かると言っていたが、前日に再度聞きに行くと出発日の9:00-10:00の間に電話をすると言われて待っていたが何の連絡もなく、再度フロントに聞きに言ったら、何も連絡を受けていないらしく、何時まで部屋を使いたいか1から説明しなければならない始末。 朝食をビラで準備してくれるのだが、ビラで調理するものは一部である。例えばミーゴレンを頼むと卵焼きだけ調理をする。これは人によるのだが、最初に調理してくれた人は、見本の通りの調理をしてくれたのだが、その後違う人に変わって(以降ずっとこの人だったが)ひどい調理で、卵焼きは目玉焼きの出来損ないを丸めたもので、広げると卵の潰れた目玉焼き。もちろん味付けはない。また、ジュースはオレンジジュース1種類で果汁10%位？のもので美味しくはない。 蚊も結構いるのだが、蚊取り線香や虫除けスプレーは一切常備されていない。速攻バイゴンを買いに行きました。 レンタサイクルは6台見かけたが、ママチャリタイプは2台。これは女性でも乗れると思うが残りの4台はロードレーサータイプなので女性にはサドルも下げられないこともあるので期待しない方が良い。 ビラ横の裏通りには放飼？の犬が数匹おり、吠えて追いかけられたので注意が必要。自転車だったので難を逃れました。 総合的にこの価格帯でしたらもう少し良いビラがあるかと思います。

原本以為它就在海邊，結果沒有想像的近，枕頭及房間內的沙發抱枕，發出溼溼的霉味，雖然有請人來換掉一個枕頭，但還是有味道，室內地板也沒有很乾淨，但服務人員很好，還有送機服務

Perfect hideaway
This is the 5th time we have stayed at Ellora. The staff are top notch. They are easily the best staff I've ever come across. Nothing is too much. The value for money in a 2 bedroom villa is outstanding. It was all clean and luxurious. However it is probably time for the owners to invest in new linen and towels. With everything wise being so good it is a very obvious oversight. Will will be staying here again and again and again.

A little hidden gem
These Villas were just lovely and huge. The pool was so refreshing and private. Each morning two butlers prepared the most beautiful breakfast in our outdoor kitchen. I'd definently stay here again. Thank you to the kind and caring staff.

Ok with flaws
Pros. Transfers to airport. Private pool. Friendly staff. Kitchen facilities and fridge provided. Quiet, away from main street. Cons. Lots of mosquitoes. Got bitten more than anywhere else. Quality of food breakfast appalling, using cheapest ingredients, basically skipped free breakfast after first day. Internet went down few times. Double room adjoining each other with no direct access from one room to another, each room opens directly to pool. Dangerous as we have two young children and pool not fenced. Meant as a couple we had to sleep with a child each, not ideal when you are on holiday. Quality of place and fixtures and furniture put it at 2/3 stars not 4 stars. Expensive considering above flaws. Won't stay again.

Jätte fin villa med bra och fin känsla. Varning för hotellets rekomendationer. Vi köpte Båtbiljett till Gilliöarna. Hon sa att det var lite dyrare men så mycket bättre. Vi blev grundlurade. Sämsta och värsta biltur till hamnen i en bil som knappt gick att sitta i, Båten var en liten rostig båt som motorn stannade då och då. Då betalade vi 40 % mer än den stora färjan hade kostat. Området kändes säkert och bra, Mycket trafik men hela ön är trafikerad av bilar och mopeder.

Skøn villa. Meget privat og skønt med egen pool. Ingen støj men stadig centralt. Super service fra personalet. Eneste ulempe var, at værelserne ikke havde direkte adgang til hinanden. Man skulle udenfor og ind af indgangen ved siden af for at komme til det andet værelse. Ikke så praktisk når man rejser med 2 små børn. Men ellers alle de varmeste anbefalinger herfra.

Ellora Villas has the most wonderful accommodations and more than we expected. From the made to order breakfast every morning to your own private pool. The service and staff were outstanding. We would recommend this villa to anyone.

The Ellora Villas is a fabulous place to stay. The private pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed relaxing in our private breakfast areas while the staff on site prepared our breakfast. I could stay her the entire year.

Beautiful villas and friendly staff
Upon arrival at the airport I was immediately impressed by the service. My driver and welcome staff at the villas wefe excellent. The room was amazing. The doors upon into a large open area with pool, kitchen and relaxation area, with the bedrooms housing an enormous bathroom and indoor and outdoor showers. The staff even make breakfast for you each morning in your own kitchen. The only downside was that our bed was very squeaky and loud. Overall an excellent experience.
