좋은 위치에 있습니다
Canggu에서 위치로는 최고입니다. 하지만 실내 에어컨이 너무 약해서 더위에 약한분들은 비추입니다. 직원들은 친절하나 타월을 갈아달라는 메세지를 남기기 전까진 4일넘게 타월을 갈아주지 않았습니다(매일 팁을 넉넉하게 베드에 올려놓았음에도 불구하고) 하지만 정말 좋은 위치에 있기에 장소를 옮기진않았습니다. 혼자 또는 커플로 저렴한 가격에 이용하기엔 무난한 호텔입니다.

전반적인 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 다만 가족 여행이라 패밀리룸으로 예약 했는데 엘레베이터에서 반층 더 올라가야 합니다. 짐 옮기거나 이동할때 불편합니다. 저희 룸만 그랬는지는 모르겠지만 창문 옆 실외기가 3대나 붙어있어서 에어컨 가동시 소음이 어마어마 합니다. 잠을 설칠 정도였어요. 비교적 저렴한 가격이고 원래 소음이 좀 있다 보다 생각하고 참았는데 아침에 확인해보니 실외기 소음이였어요. 1박 이상이였다면 바로 룸체인지 요청했을겁니다. 조식은 뷔페식이고 맛도 좋았습니다.

생애 가장 습했던 호텔. 에어컨 냄새나고 방음이 안돼 도로 오토바이소리부터 옆방 기침소리까지 잘 들린다. 좋은 점은 위치와 저렴한 가격뿐. 시간을 되돌린다면 돈 더 주고 다른데 가겠다.

가격대비 좋은 호텔이에요- 짱구에 머문다면 또 갈것같아요!
위치도 좋고, 시설도 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있는 편이었구요. 발코니가 정말 예쁘고! 루프탑에서 보이는 뷰가 굉장히 예뻐요. 이게 제일 맘에 드는 부분. 다만, 호텔 시설 자체가 다소 사용자 입장에서 다소 불편한 점이 있다면 1) 옷걸이같은게 아예 없어서 정리가 안된다 2) 냉장고가 시원찮았다... 요정도?

It was not bad, but not good enough.
It was not spacious at all but cozy and clean. Having a breakfast, I saw lots of ants on the table but I think room's so clean. a restaurant and a bar were good. But the hotel staffs and the service have to be nicer, I think. no one said hello first to the guests, it made us awkward. and I asked staffs to give me a bill after having lunch, it took 25mins that they gave me a bill. but the bartender was very kind, and reception service was also good. anyway It was not bad, but I think you will be treated as well as you paid.

새로만든 건물이라서 인지 내부와 외부가 매우 깨끗했다. 시내를 갈려면 셔틀이 있어 편리하며 조용하고 서핑스팟이랑 가까워서 서핑트립용으로 최고의 호텔이었다. 지하주차장에 서핑보드 와 오토바이(헬멧까지)를 보관할수 있어 편리했다. 풀억세스는 베랜다가 없어 불편한거 빼곤 넘 좋았다

Excellent staff and although the hotel appears a little old in comparison to other in the area , everything was clean and the staff was very helpful in every way. Super close to Echo beach which is not a the nicest or cleanest beach but its got good surf and food vibes around. It’s got good places to eat accross from it , convenient store and currency exchange a few steps away

This place was so great, especially for the price. We stayed during my birthday and the staff came to our room to surprise me with a free desert. Location is great, super close to the beach and a ton of amazing restaurants. Room was very comfy, spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend

O hote em si, tem condições. Durante a nossa estadia, nunca pedimos a troca de toalhas e lençóis, apenas no penúltimo dia foi pedido para trocar as toalhas, tendo o mesmo se recusado, dizendo que não haveria toalhas para trocar, pois estariam todas na lavandaria?!?!? Quando fizemos o check out a rececionista veio com ar de chateada perguntar pelas garrafas de água dadas por eles, que são de plástico, para reutilizarem para o próximo cliente?!?!?! Que falta de higiene!!! Quer dizer então que bebemos de uma garrafa que alguém já tinha bebido e o próximo cliente que estiver no quarto vai beber da mesma garrafa? Sendo a mesma de plástico? Nunca vi, em nenhum lado do mundo. Completamente nojento!!! O pequeno almoço é fraco, e quando pedido iogurte pois não gostávamos de mais nada, deram sempres má vontade.

Very friendly staff that were happy to help. Bed comfy, room kept most of the light out. Shut out a fair bit of noise but as expected on a busy road, you could hear some noise.

This place is a total fraud, it is horrible, I had two nights reserved, and I had to leave at dawn, the room and the entire hotel are completely neglected and dirty. Especially the bathroom, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the towels were stained, dirty and smelled bad. I asked them to clean my room, and the only thing they do is make the bed. It's disgusting.

Tried to downgrade my room even though I paid for a better room purposefully. Said they had none left and put me in a family room instead. Rooms and building are olddddddd and poorly maintained. There were construction works at midnight carrying out work and making soo much noise. Not a comfortable room by any means. Stained towels and overall dirty bathroom.

The bathroom was not good . The edges were all stained . The curtain was stained too. When the staff when to clean the room they forgot to put the towels and the toilet paper. The mattress and pillow were not very comfortable but it was ok. Breakfast was ok. I really like the fried rice. Location is perfect if you’re a surfer and also for shopping and restaurants. But I wouldn’t come back because of the bathroom. Also the door from the balcony is not in good condition and it was hard to open and close.
