Dear Mr. Johnson, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are happy to have you staying with us during your vacation in Bali. I am deeply sorry to hear your inconvenient experience with regards to the sleeping set up. Our day bed has multi purposes. When needed, it can be set up as a 3rd bed with regular bedsheet, extra pillow and duvet (including inner) which is convenient enough to sleep. As usual, we offered this special arrangement to our guests as a compliment as soon as we saw them come with more than 2 persons but want to stay in one room. This has also been done for your room during your stay. We try as much as possible to make our guests feel comfortable. Please feel free to contact me should I could be of any further assistance. Dear Anie, Thank you for sharing your review. We are happy to have you and your family stay with us during your holiday in Bali. Also happy to know that you found it easy to go everywhere from our hotel because of the strategic location. I understand your concern about our glasses. Safety of our guests are our main priority. Those glasses are tempered glass. The door glass inside the room is always lock, the window might be opened but the lock is out of children reach. We plan to keep this window lock starting from January 2015. We really appreciate your feedback on this and note has been taken for our future reference. While you enjoyed our healthy food, I do regret to read that the Hotel location and its surroundings area did not meet your expectations. Be assured that I take your comments seriously, that's why I personally checked on different websites and the address is the same than Expedia, which is our actual and correct location : 10 minutes by car away from the Airport and 15 minutes walking distance from Kuta Beach. I am sorry to read that you encountered problems during your late check-out. The system automatically locks the access, unless you ask our Front office staff in advance. Our policy is to be flexible and if our guest requires for a late check-out, we are pleased to offer this service, depending on room availability. And from the information I had from my team, we actually didn't charge you for it. I still hope you enjoyed your discovery of Bali and had a safe journey back home.
