추천합니다.
정글 속에 있어서 너무너무 시원하다못해 춥습니다. 긴팔 가디건같은거 꼭 챙기시구요. 가격대도 높고 프라이빗해서 그런지 사람이 많이 없다는게 최대 장점입니다. 한적하게 쉬실 수 있어요. 다만 깊숙한곳에 위치해있어서 접근성은 다소 떨어집니다.

정글속 풀빌라...유럽인들이 많아서 조금 어색하기도 함 명성에 비해 호텔내 부대시설은 소박함 가족단위로 올 경우 아동이 포함 된 경우 주의를 요함 침대 메트리스가 부실함 식사는 가격은 쎈 편이나 맛은 좋음

숲속에 있는 편안함.
허니문으로 이 호텔을 이용하였습니다. 숲속에 있는 점으로 인해, 우붓 시내에서 들어가기가 쉽지 않았으나 숲속에서 한적하게 있는 편안함이 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하였고, 인피니티 수영장도 색다른 경험을 하게 하였습니다. 그러나 아침조식은 호텔 명성에 비해 조금은 기대에 못미친듯 합니다. 그리고 침실의 조명이 어두워서 텔레비전을 보기에도, 책을 보기에도 어려웠습니다.

디럭스빌라 프라이빗 풀이 딸린 가장 기본룸으로 예약하였지만, 사진과 방 상태가 틀립니다. 프라이빗풀은 없구요. 실제로 수영장이 딸린방은 몇개 없는건지 못봤어요. 사진과 다르게 방 좁고 컨디션도 별로라,,,오래된 느낌의 현저하게 느껴지는 리조트입니다. 이 가격주고 이방에서 자야되나 싶었어요. 메인 수영장 사진에 끌려서 예약했지만 역시나 사진빨이,,,그거말고는 전부 다 별로였던 곳입니다. 그리고 우붓시내에서 30분~40분 걸리는 외진곳이에요.

숲속의 호텔
우붓 시내에서 좀 먼게 단점이기는 하지만 그만큼 자연과 가까운 곳입니다. 자동차 냄새가 나지않고 언제나 풀, 나무 냄새를 맡으면서 깨끗하고 상쾌한 환경입니다. 숲속이라서 그런지 이불이 좀 눅눅한것 말고는 실내도 쾌적하고 정리도 잘되있는 것같습니다. 아이들도 좋아하고 방잡기도 힘들어 붐빌줄 알았는데 사람도 별로 없고 조용히 지낼 수 있는 곳입니다

첫번째 발리 여행으로 둘째날 우붓으로 이동 하여 다른 풀빌라와 행잉가든에 숙박을 하였다.메인 수영장에서 바라 보는 경치는 최고 였다.다른 풀빌라는 평지에 있어 사방이 벽으로 되어 있어 좁 갑갑 했는데 행잉가든 빌라는 전망이 좋은 산비탈에 빌라를 만들어 객실에서 바라 보는 전망이 너무 좋다.도착시 객실도 업그레이드 받았고 직원들의 친절한 모습에 기분 좋았다.호텔 프로 그램 중 하나인 아침에 하는 트레킹은 시간우 되면 운동삼아 꼭 해볼길...

우붓 행잉가든은 정말 자연환경이 최고입니다. 인피니트풀이나 룸에 있는 개인 풀도 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 정글속에서 고요하고 릴렉스 할수 있었습니다. 하지만 직원들의 너무 잦은 구매 유도행동은 별로였어요. 수영장이나 바, 레스토랑에서 자주 휴식을 깨고 말을 걸어와 스파를 받으라고 한다거나 새로운 주문을 하도록 말을 걸었어요. 이점은 제 휴식을 깨서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 하나밖에 없은 레스토랑은 맛이 별로고 가격이 비싸 오히려 룸서비스나 홈바를 많이 이용했습니다

우린 4인 가족이 2박3일 동안 지냈습니다 첫인상은 역시 최고 입니다 산 꼭대기에 있는 로비, 환영인사 좋았습니다 워낙 유명하고 와이프가 넘 묵고 싶어하는 호텔이라 비싸지만. 와이프와 아이들이 최고로 좋았다고 합니다 ^^ 위치가 넘 외진 곳인 것이 단점이죠 아침식사가 부실합니다 그럼에도 불구하고 행복한 발리 여행의 마무리를 이곳에서 넘 좋았습니다

2층으로 구성된 패밀리 룸에 묵었습니다. 제가 잔 싱글베드에서는 이상한 암내가 났습니다. 마치 다른 사람 겨드랑이 밑에서 자는 느낌이었습니다. 모기장에도 구멍이 있었습니다. 스태프들은 전반적으로 친절합니다. 다만 야간에 근무하는 데스크 매니저는 태도에 문제가 있었습니다. 음식은 꽤 좋은 퀄리티를 보여줍니다. 그러나 인도네시아 전통 음식은 기대에 못미쳤습니다.

멋진 객실~~ 깊은 산속..
방과 시설은 만족스러웠고, 멋진 공용풀장과 개인 풀장, 특이한 퍼니큘러의 경험은 재밌었습니다. 하지만 너무 깊숙한 산속에 있는지라 무료셔틀버스를 이용해서 나가는 방법 외에는 근처에 나갈수 없어 불편합니다.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. My wife and I were staying in Bali for our honeymoon and upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view and private pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food at the hotel was 5 stars. While this hotel is a bit more expensive than others in Ubud, it is far superior and worth every penny. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Ubud area that would like a quiet setting away from the hustle of the city with exquisite jungle views. We could not get enough of walking the grounds of the hotel as there are flowers and fruit trees everywhere.

This beautiful resort is a must-do on your Bali bucket list. Friendly staff. Check in process could be improved (by not having to register your own account in their very buggy platform on your own device) but otherwise everything is seamless with stunning jungle beauty and tasty food.

One of the best hotels we have ever been too
This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of very beautiful and luxury hotels. I can’t express enough how wonderful the whole team are. They are so kind and helpful and the property is insanely beautiful. Would love to return one day. Hanging Gardens is a magical place that is well worth every penny you spend there.

Poor lobby staff service and noisy bedroom
We stayed at Villa 11 for two nights and motorcycle noises were loud at night and early morning. Our rooms weren’t turned down the second night when we return from dinner in the city. We had to search for light switches in pitch black and found our bathroom messy with the sliding door to the spa room wide open. Departure was even worse, not only was there no staff to help us load our luggages onto the car nor did the two receptionists who were busy looking at their tablets and computer screen say goodbye. The hotel basically didn’t care where we go after staying with them. This is definitely not acceptable to any hospitality business.

we arrived late night @2:00 AM; the resort is very pelasant in the middle of the jungle and has very nice view. we have booked the panaromic villa and paid around 600$/night the time i entered the toilet a RAT jumped on my leg and started hiding in the room, my wife do have a phobia from rats and couldnt sleep all night. the hotel managment offered us a spa for 1 person as a compensation and didnt change our villa or extended our stay for the night that we didnt actually sleep. second day we found a FROG on our bed, the resort team came and caought it.. Since we are a honeymooners they have added flowers in our bath and that was highly appreciated. but the moment my wife get into the bath to take some pictures we found more than 6 WORMS in the water. Briefly our stay at this resort was very disapponting and the money paid doesnt worth it.

Everything was absolutely a dream. We enjoyed our panoramic view from our room and pool. The staff was very friendly and quick in response! The food was amazing and the mocktails were so good as well!

This is a very unique boutique property and has a charm if your happy to go outside your normal 5 star comfort zone. The panoramic rooms have amazing jungle views and seeing clouds form in front of your eyes whilst in bed will remain with me for a lifetime. The jungle cable lift is unique Instagram kind of experience. The rooms are authentic ubud/Indonesian style. If you are looking for a modern hotel, this place isn’t for you but I found its charm a welcome change. Imperfectly perfect room kind of vibe which is nice. Remember you are in the jungle, so you will share your stay with monkey’s, mosquitoes and insects but we had no real problems with them. The service is very good and accommodating. The staff are clearly well trained and probably some of the best I have seen in Bali. The spa was worth the expense. Couples massage was a warm experience. Now for the bad, the dinner menu is a bit limiting if you stay here more than 2 or 3 nights and dine in but I think this really is a 2 or 3 night hotel with my recommendation of 2. Also has no gym onsite but has a free shuttle bus to an external gym which felt like too much hassle. Also, the hotel is 30 mins north of ubud which is a compromise for the unique nature of this property.

Beautifully located hotel with super nice and friendly staff. However, a little worn down and not totally clean in all aspects. Biggest issue is that it is terribly over priced for what you get. We paid 550€ per Night - maximum half of that from our view would be appropriate.

Absolutely amazing, dream come true, for us! This resort was everything I hoped it would be an more. To the breathtaking infinitely pools, to our room with endless tropical picturesque view every where you look to the incredible dining and service was ABOVE and beyond!
