cost-effective hotel
Stayed here just for short sleeping becaused we are supposed to go Gili T in the early morning. Pick up staff was very kind and gave warm welcoming. The room itself was not quite same with photos - seemd a little bit old compared with photos - but very good enough to stay for a night at that price.

패밀리룸을 이용했는데 깨끗하고 편하고 좋았습니다. 사진보다 더 좋았어요~ 직원들도 모두 친절하고 조식도 만족했습니다. 다만 수영장이 작아서 아이들이 사용하기에 적당하더군요. 가격대비 대단히 만족스러웠습니다. 위치는 꾸따비치까지 도보 30분 걸리더군요.

룸 청결도도 너무 좋았고 오렌지색의 인테리어가 발랄한 느낌이었다 갤러리아몰이 걸어서 오분도 안되는 거리라 마지막날 선물을 사고 쇼핑하기에 최적의 장소였다. 공항까지도 길이 넓어 막히지 않고 빠르게 갈수있었다

Wonderful hotel
새로 지어져서 그런지 방이 깨끗하고 청결합니다. 이 가격에 이정도 호텔 룸이라면 가성비는 최고인듯... 꾸다 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 덕분에 조용합니다. 꾸따와 스미냑까지 택시로 가면 약 450,000~500,000Rp 정도 들구요. 이 호텔의 장점은 가성비가 좋은 거랑 큰 몰이 옆에 있어서 마지막 날에 기념품을 사거나 쇼핑하기 좋더라구요. 공항까지도 택시 타고 가는데도 500,000Rp(공항 통행료 포함) 정도 들었어요. 근처에 리본 스파도 가까워서 마지막 날에 아침에 짐 맡겨놓고 체크아웃하고 꾸따와 스미냑 구경하다 저녁 먹고 리본 스파에서 마사지 받고 호텔로 와서 짐 찾아서 공항으로 출발하는 일정이었는데 괜찮더라구요. 직원들도 매우 친절해서 좋았고, 마침 마지막 날이 제 생일이었는데 조식 먹을 때 케익과 생일 축하 노래도 불러줘서 좋은 추억을 남길 수 있었습니다.

ＤＦＳよりＫＵＲＡ－ＫＵＲＡ　ＢＵＳでクタやレギャン、ウブドに行ける。バリモールが近く、食事にも困らない。バルコニーも有り、セルフサービスの朝食の品ぞろえも良い。

Clean hotel and nice rooms!
Very nice hotel! It's clean, the staff is great, the pool is incredible and overall, it's a very nice hotel for the price. Kind of far from the restaurants and the beach, but good location for travelling arouns with a driver.

Nice breakfast!
The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room is clean and tidy and with strong hair dryer!! There is a shopping mall nearby, so we had dinner at the mall (a lot of good restaurants!). Walkable distance (around 15-30 mins) to Kuta beach.

Nice hotel. Its close to the airport And walking distance from mall. I love the breakfast buffet too. Very reasonable price. I'll stay in this hotel again.

Initially I was bit disappointed coz the hotel was bit far from the tourist area and the beaches... but later on, the warm hospitality and the comfort provided by hotel made me change my mind....the stuffs were very friendly. Moreover, mall galleria and the hypermart was just connected to the hotel for convenience shopping , food and hangout... I lost some money due to a cheater in a local money changer. The next day , hotel manager Mr koming helped me out, he filed police case. Also asked the hotel transport provider to give me discount on wherever I go ... it was more than a help to me ... for my Next visit to Bali I will definitely choose Harris galleria

深夜便利用の為、6時間だけ滞在しました。部屋は清潔で近くにショッピングモールがありとても便利です。片言の英語でも丁寧に要望を聞いてくれて快適に過ごせました。

以這個價錢有寬敞舒適的房間，而且房價已包早餐，非常滿意。酒店附近有大型商場和超市，與海灘和市中心有距離要搭車，酒店有基本設施和小型泳池。

Convenient, clean and safe hotel!
It was really nice and clean hotel. The service was amazing! The location was also close to the airport. So it's convenient however, if you want a beach view then it might not be feasible for you. It's a local city view from the balcony. The shopping mall is close by so many things to do there. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

往復ホテルの送迎を依頼しました。片道だと、15万ルピア往復だと28万ルピアです。空港につくと、ハリスホテルのボードを掲げたスタッフがお出迎え。ホテルの専用車で空港～ホテルまで20分程度（2016年12月29日）　ホテルに着くとウェルカムドリンクをいただきましたが、何とも言えない甘さ。ガムシロップを飲んでいるみたい(苦笑） 部屋はバルコニーもあり、1人で使うには十分の広さです。 ホテルは寝に帰るだけだけど、清潔でセキュリティ面も安全、ちょっとした買い物も徒歩圏内で行けるという希望を全て叶えてくれるので、私みたいな旅行スタイルの方にはおススメです。 年末年始ということもあり、夜間に少々中国人の方が賑やか過ぎたのがちょっと気になったくらいです・・・ でも、総合評価は〇なので、またリピートしたいと思えるホテルです。

Friendly concierge staff, hi-level knowledge
Our stay at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria has been tremendous especially with the friendly staff from Concierge, front office and the bell boy. They display friendliness, well groomed, polite greetings and offered us the hotel facilities more than they should have done. Great staff, well done !!

Back door to parking of "Mal Bali Galeria"
The great value is its location. This hotel is just next of "Mal Bali Galeria". There is a small door secured by hotel room key near the hotel's swimming pool. Using this door, you can go parking lots of Mal Bali Galeria, very easily. This is amazing and great value to stay there for the last night in Bali.

Hotel experience is all about the great service!
Friendly and dedicated staffs. Room - clean and excellent. View and hotel facilities- great. Closer to Kuta Centre and beach just behind the hotel. Overall highly recommended.

Surprisingly nice and fresh for a very low price!

Nice hotel, close to DFS.
We stayed in Harris hotel Kuta Galleria for only one night. I booked the hotel online just before flying back to Perth, as I previously stayed in Harris hotel in Seminyak and I was happy about service, price, and facility. We found staff are very polite and well trained. They were flexibly responded our requests. Room was very clean and quiet. I also liked buffet b'fast as there were tasty Indonesian foods that I had never tried. I will probably go back to the hotel when I go to Bali again.

Quite new hotel on busy road and convenient to airport, but well insulated, so noise is not a problem. Close to large shopping centre. Hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help. Included breakfast had a large choice of Asian and western dishes and was very nice.

Not that good.
The location is good, close to shopping centre and airport. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel is quite new but the sewage smell at bathroom was terrible. Room service is bad. My husband asked for one extra blanket and after 1 hour the reception girl called to say they didn't have any extra available. I called again to ask for it, one guy came and checked our room then finally gave us one. It's just ridiculous to have a hotel that not willing to provide extra blanket to their guests!

普通の事が出来ているホテル
深夜着でも対応の良いスタッフ・清潔さ・しっかりした温水が出るシャワー等、この宿泊料できちんと出来ている素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 寝るだけに利用しましたので、立地に関してはわかりかねます。

Good value for money. Big rooms and quite clean. Neighbourhood is not the nost thrilling, about 30 minutes away from what you would consider the interesting part of Kuta. More of a business hotel.

Harris hotel kuta is very near Mall Bali, only few minutes walk where there is authorized money exchange shop, and supermarket and other shops. The food of the restaurant of Harris hotel kuta is good and the price is reasonable. I tried X，s mas eve dinner set at the restaurant, the food is good and the price is very reasonable. I also asked the staff where can I rent a motorbike, the staff called the shop for us and the motorbike arrived the hotel for us and the rate is very reasonable!

陸の孤島的な立地が長所でもあるし短所でもある
タクシーを頼むと、時間どおりに部屋に電話を入れて、起こしてくれました。フロントの担当者間で、きちんと情報の共有ができていて助かりました。また、チェックアウトの際に22時ごろだったので　Slamat malam　と呼びかけたら、フロントの方のこぼれるような笑顔が素敵でした。
