개미지옥, 개미만 있는줄 알았는데 모기, 바퀴벌레도 극혐으로 많음. 매우 어둡고, 야외 샤워시설인 방에 묵었음. 그럼에도 직원들 모두 엄청 친절하고 협조적이며 조식이 정성스러웠음.

서핑여행중 저렴하게 휴식하기 좋은 호텔
서핑트립 중 누사두아 지역에서 휴식을 하려고 머물렀습니다. 한국의 모텔같은 인테리어이지만 작지만 깔끔한 수영장과 쾌적하고 넓은 로비라운지에서 호텔의 정취를 느낄 수 있습니다. 조용한 날에 가면 매우 차분하고 상쾌하게 머물 수 있습니다. 근처 스쿠터 렌트를 해서, 누사두아 전역을 즐기고 오기에 좋습니다. 서퍼에게는 더욱 추천합니다. 바로 옆 골목에 매우 저렴한 와룽집이 있습니다. 진짜 현지식에 익숙한 서퍼하면 식사해결에 편하며, 스쿠터 렌트도 가까이 있습니다.

Sono arrivata dopo 15 giorni di viaggio spartano, desiderosa di una doccia calda e niente la doccia era gelata. Mi è toccata farla fredda perché non mi sapeva quando sarebbe tornata l’acqua calda. La TV non funzionava. Ho dovuto insistere moltissimo per cambiare stanza. Manager scortese e nascosto lo sconsiglio. La piscina è piccola e il bar della piscina sempre chiuso. Non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi pagassero. Invece in altri posti, apparentemente più modesti (come il Temple & cafe cottage tornerei immediatamente

Very comfortable stay and friendly, helpful staff
Had a wonderful, albeit short stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. (Thanks Ady and all the staff) The rooftop bar and restaurant is fantastic with excellent food and service for very reasonable prices. The room and bathroom were very clean and the room was also very quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Sleep quality - excellent. WiFi is good. Laundry service available. Luggage storage available for late flights. Airport pick-up and drop off arranged for 150,000 rupiah. Will definitely stay again!

Pool bar not in use, but nice accommodation
Very good value for the price - comfortable room and lovely and clean which was a little bit of luxury after our hostels, and with a very affordable price tag. We had booked the hotel specifically for the pool bar, which they mentioned as a facility when we booked in but we got the pool and it was totally shut (looked like it had been for some time). We were told that it was too quiet to open which was obviously a huge disappointment. They brought up a bucket of beers for us which was kind, and placed a member of staff there for the 8 guests that there were, but we couldn't have any of the cocktails, and it felt really flat given that was our attraction to the hotel!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel service was excellent, very friendly staff, most obliging and helpful. Room was very clean, very comfortable. Hotel was close to all ammenities - shops, restaurants, beach. Excellent price.

ブノアのエコノミーホテルとして悪くないと思いますが、みなさんが指摘しているように中国の団体さん向けなので日本人にはまったく勧められません。 ブノアにはビーチと反対側に他にも安くてよいホテルがあるので、そちらをおすすめします。

Ion Benoa is a great hotel with a great budget. One of the best choice on the local area. Hotel provides free shuttle to several beach and shopping area.

Reasonable quality at reasonable price
The staff was very friendly, but the room was a bit smaller than I expected but clean. Location wise not bad, plenty of bars with similar menu (mostly western) along the street, plenty of convenient stores as well. Internet only worked at lobby, room air conditioning not always cold. They provide free shuttle to and fro beaches at no cost, including to Pendawa Beach which is about 20 minutes away, this could be a big saving if going by taxi instead. But the pool and rooftop bar a bit underwhelming, pool didn't look clean enough. Unlike advertised in some websites, no proof needed for room-sharing couples. Overall, good bargain for this price range.

4泊で娘と2人で利用しました。 空港から近く、ビーチにも近くコンビニ、レストランも近くにあり便利でした。 しかしながら部屋に入るとベランダもなくツインのベットで一杯でスーツケースを広げたら足の踏み場もなくなるぐらいでついた早々がっかりしてしまいました。 またお風呂場の排水が悪くトイレまで水浸しになる始末。フロントにお願いして直してもらいましたが直ぐに詰まってしまいトイレもまたもやです。 プールもありましたが小さくて古いので入る気になりませんでした。 唯一良かった点はスタッフの方々がフレンドリーで親切なことでした。

何度か利用しています。 スタッフの方々本当に素敵です。 フロント、ルームクリーニング、セキュリティーの方々皆さんです！ シャワーの出もいいですが今回は湯温が低い設定になってたのかもっと温かかったらいいのにと思いました あと、ホテルができてしばらく経ったためかタオルやバスマットがかなり古く薄汚いイメージでした 冷蔵庫はあるもののほぼ常温です(笑) 部屋は清潔感もあるし快適です あと1番残念なのは中国人がとっても多いホテルなんです 廊下では時間関係なく大声で喋り、夜遅くまでプールで遊びエレベーターも水びたし、エレベーターは乗っていた人が降りる前に乗り込む、フロントわきのトイレは汚れてる これさえ我慢できればかいてきです快適なホテルです

Great value for money, really nice.
Definitely worth staying in the area if you want to explore Nusa Dua etc. So much cheaper than the hotels near the main beaches and the hotel offers free shuttles (just book in advance). The strip itself isn't all that, cheap shops but the restaurants are all the same! Literally same menu same price. Staff here really friendly and helpful, happy to extend our check out 6 hours so we could relax before our flight and then give us an airport transfer. Rooms really nice and modern. Pool was a bit cloud and looks like dirty water but nice enough, could do with more sun loungers. Massive value for money though.

All the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome. The premises are a bit run down in places - the rooftop bar for example, but the friendly staff more than made up for it. Thank you!

There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The staff are great although sometimes there is a language barrier (they did not understand when I asked for extra toilet paper to be sent to the room). The service they offer to shuttle to the beach is great. My favourite was Geiger beach. The hotel DEFINITELY needs to upgrade the towels in the rooms. They have a weird smell and stains on them. Just old towels. They do offer beach towels which are in great condition. I did not get breakfast at the hotel I just went out to try different cafes instead which was cheaper than this upgrade. I did order room service one night and food was quite tasty, although the room service department kept calling me after for no clear reason.

Clean and affordable hotel in good location
Hotel was very clean with high standard staff. Overall experience was really good. Only breakfast range was small. Not everybody wants to eat noodles and rice for breakfast. Really recommend some fruits and fresh tomato/cucumber and some sandwich material like ham,cheese etc.

Value for money with excellent staff.
Pros: very friendly and helpful staff (nothing is too much trouble). Room was a good size and facilities were good. Cheap! Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent. Sheets could do with a bleach (greying white sheets, but clean and smelt nice!). There's loads of restaurants and a couple of mini supermarkets around the hotel. Not that close to the beach, but there is a free shuttle. Close to Bali Collection (free shuttle).

⚫︎Wi-Fiの電波はとても悪いです どうにか繋がりますけどイマイチ！ 使うたび毎回ログインしなければいけないよう設定されています これもそうとう面倒！ 結局、現地のポケットWi-Fi買いました ⚫︎シャワーのお湯がぬるめです ⚫︎エアコンはよくききますが音がうるさいです ⚫︎中国人だらけです とにかく毎日うるさくて一回はあまりにもひどく怒りました ⚫︎蟻がいっぱいです ⚫︎ポケット冷蔵庫ありますが全く冷たくないです 部屋の冷房の方が冷たいくらいです ⚫︎タオルはバスタオルだけ フェイスタオルなどはありません ⚫︎お部屋のお掃除の方と仲良くなりバスタオルアートをしてくれていました 感激するほどのすごいプレゼントでした ⚫︎日本語が上手なスタッフがフロントに1人います ⚫︎スーパー近いです

Fantastic staff
The rooms have only what you need (which isn't bad - we didn't plan on spending much time in the rooms) and there are some paint spots around the room. What made this holiday fantastic was the staff. We would have mini pool tournaments and we even caught the attention of the hotel manager, Mr Melky. We met his family and he would even offer us lifts to places, the family became our friends for the duration of our stay! The hotel food and drink is lovely and well priced - similar to prices of bars and restaurants down the street, much unlike most hotels which seem to charge double for their food and drink. The hotel itself is tucked away but a very short walk to the beach - where you can relax but there's also plenty of parasailing and all sorts of watersports at your fingertips. The hotel pool is lovely to swim in and looks very pretty with all of the over hanging greenery, however the swim up bar is not in use, though I'm sure in time and in high season this will change (we stayed in low season and the hotel is only a couple of years old!) We had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back soon to see the staff again.

Fattig fantasilös frukost på ett tak om du får plats, även om personalen är trevlig går du därifrån hungrig. Handfat litet, med liten yta att ha en kvinnas make up :) Det lilla kylskåpet i princip utan funktion, och enligt hotellets personal var det som det skulle. Kort sammanfattat, för det priset kan man sova över en natt i värsta fall 2 nätter. Men inget ställe vi vill tillbaka till. ビーチに近くて綺麗なホテル
ビーチに近くて便利です。 ホテルも綺麗でスタッフのサービスも行き届いていて、すごしやすかったです。ホテル内にプールもあり、リラックス出来ます！！

Hotel was good and experience living in the hotel was very good. Break fast buffet really awful not worth paying for and few staff didn't know to communicate.
