We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and tranquil, yet within walking distance of shops and restaurants.The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We would definitely book again.

Great place to come back to after a long day of site seeing. Clean rooms, comfy beds and hot water for showers. Staff very helpful when I needed my shower head replaced. I was thankful they were able to help with my laundry too. Area is close to cafes/restaurants and supermarkets. Clean pool and quiet. My group booked 4 rooms and we all had a good experience.

Full marks
Very simple hotel in a small side road. But that is exactly what Ubud is about. Get away from the crazy traffic (jam) on the main road and relax along the small pool. You don’t want to step out. Breakfast was lovely and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back.

Har bott på detta hotell flera gånger. Är i ubud på jobb och har motorcykel så läget är absolut perfekt för mig. Det finns även flera utmärkta restauranger på promenadavstånd. Hotellet ligger inbäddat bland palmer och risfält. Älskar poolen och personalen är hjälpsam och trevlig.

Ants of different sizes crawling into my room, and i saw ant nest inside my room and the mini fridge was leaking when I check in :(

un staff maravillso!
Lo mejor del hoel es su staff, todos super amables. El baño no me gustó. Pero en general bien...El desayuno en la alberca fue lindo pero todos te ven porque la alberca está frente a las habitaciones y hasta pena da desayunar frente a todos.

OK for short stay
Basic accommodation, two star rating at best. When we were there, a large fsmily group monopolized the small swimming pool, making alot of noise. Otherwise adequate.

Overall Lovely
The service was responsive and good. The wifi was spotty and I couldn't rely on it for work. We asked for help to copy some pages from our passport for visa extensions and they were nice to help. The pool was lovely. Quietly tucked into the end of the street which was nice. AC works but sometimes not cool enough. GOOD seriously hot water.

Value for money hotel, which is at end of drive way, so no road noises. But next door there is wood workshop, which starts sawing at 8 am and gets noisy in the quiet place. Great pool. Bathrooms need refurbishing. Aircon did not work well but they arranged a fan for us. Breaky is simple and sufficient. Many restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

気楽に泊まれるホテルです、、特筆に足る特徴がありますと　いいのですが、何もなし。 あえて言えば、スタッフの人柄は皆さん親切でした。朝食は一番シンプルすぎて　近くのレストランに食べ直しに出掛けたい位でした。立地も良いです

Very helpful English-speaking staff. Clean rooms, good air-conditioning, hot water in morning for shower, great breakfast. Quiet area of ubud but close enough for shopping. Better if you are staying with someone as was at end of dark alley, bit scarey going out at night, but would be fine with someone. Really good value for money

LOVED THIS HOTEL!
I loved this hotel! It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud; and I had the most gorgeous view of the paddy field across the hotel from my 2nd floor room. The owner is amazing too!

I stayed 4 nights in this small quiet hotel. The price is very cheap and you can get some nice views from the top floor rooms and restaurant. Some of the staff are nice and welcoming. The bedroom and bed is large but the bed very hard. The room was situated 2 steps from the pool. The pool is ok. The drive way is an off roadish rough ride/walk. I received a towel with marks that looked like mascara and dirty sheets. The breakfast is small and average. Overall this hotel is not for me. But I think could be good for the right person looking for a quiet stay

Lækkert hotel, men langt væk.
Hotellet har en dejlig pool, men der er kun 4 liggestole. Morgenmaden har et stort udvalg, men du må kun vælge enten æg eller pandekage. Værelset havde en lille balkon og masser plads, men badeværelset var ikke rent. Badeforhænget var helt brunt. Der er lidt rismarker omkring hotellet, men det ligger i udkanten af byen, så der er lidt langt til centrum. De har samarbejde med en spa, så vi fik 20 min gratis massage.

I really liked the coziness of the place and how quiet It was. The room was also nice and clean, however the WiFi was not working inside the bedroom. I had to take my laptop to the balcony. One thing though that I'd like to share here is to watch out of the hotel front desk person. He is nice but not honest when it comes to any outside service. Example he charged me 300 000 transportation from Ubud to Kubta when it's half that.

Mycket fint och trevlig personal. Tyvärr en bit utanför Ubud centrum. Ingen daglig städning, fick be om mer toapapper själv. Ingen egen restaurang utan man fick beställa roomservice från en annan restaurang, dock fungerade detta inte alltid och kunde ibland ta väldigt lång tid.

網路訊號不是很好，速度也慢。位置在加油站對面的小巷子，路不熟的話不好找。白天的服務人員不錯，晚上的比較沒那麼親切。櫃檯不是24小時，如果晚點回旅館的話，連櫃檯都沒開燈。房間還蠻乾淨就是了。

Worth a stay!
This hotel is hidden away from all the business of Ubud traffic. The breakfast is good and its served with a view over rice paddies and djungle. Friendly helpful staff och clean comfy rooms.

Bra budget val.
Vägen in till hotellet kan knappast kallas väg. Omgivningen bakom hotellet grönt, tyst och lantligt. Fick byta rum då airkondition ej fungerade på det första. De ville ringa efter reparatör men vi ville inte vänta då rummet var otrevligt varmt. Fick ett rum på bottenvåningen som var bra. Badrummet kunde ha varit bättre städat men det var okej.

Hyggeligt lille hotel en god gåtur fra bymidten. Værelserne var rene, lækker pool. Vi modtog en gratis massage fra deres nabo, som er en spa. Hotellet er en god gåtur fra bymidten, men der er massere af restauranter inden for 400-500 meter. Hotellets turist ture er en smule dyre!

Nice and quiet.
The staff were lovely. The room could have done with a bit of a clean. The bed was comfortable. The door to our room had been damaged somehow and had to be slammed to close. Really nice pool and very quiet area set back from the main road.

Nettes ruhiges Hotel
Das Kamandhani Cottage ist auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber, das Badezimmer ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Pool war wunderschön und sauber. Leider gab es nur vier Liegen. Die Lager war eher mäßig. 30 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Man konnte sich jedoch problemlos für wenig Geld einen Roller ausleihen. Das Hotel war etwas abseits der Hauptstraße so dass es sehr ruhig war. Hinterm Hotel war eine tolle Reisterrasse. Für den Preis würde ich das Kamandhani Cottage jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very high quality in all aspects. Breakfast is OK not great. Hotel is quiet and at end of lane. Just south of edge of tourist section; which may be viewed as plus (Ubud is trafficky) or minus (long walk.) The staff is superlative. Fewer rooms lends attractive intimate quality. Very well designed and operated.

Super petit dejeuner. Petit plus, vue sur les rizieres si on a une chambre à l étage. Petit bémol, l hôtel est situé loin du centre d'Ubud, au moins 30 minutes de marche.

Plutôt bien placé, cet hôtel est super pour un court séjour à Ubud. Le petit déjeuner consiste à la préparation à la minute d'oeufs et de pancakes. Le personnel est charmant et prêt à vous aider. La chambre est propre et la literie confortable. Et, le plus de cet hôtel c'est la piscine vraiment agréable après une journée au soleil. Je recommande vivement un séjour ici !!

Very good price for what you get! Recommended!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Kamandhani Cottage for over a week. Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is in good shape, fairly clean, and has a nice pool. We got to know the staff and found them very accommodating and nice people! Next time we come to Ubud we'll be staying there again!

Quiet place a bit off downtown Ubud
PROs: Small and relativly new hotel. Few rooms means few guests, which means lesser que and waiting, and better attention from the friendly staff. And quiet. The staff were helpful and arranged tours for us, at a reasonable price (way better deals than the street sellers). There is also a SPA right next door. CONs: The location is a bit off, but you can walk downtown in 20 minutes. The final 300 meters from the paved road is bad for cars, and our taxi had difficulties driving there. And there was some bedbugs in the room. In total: OK for three nights.
