The hotel was generally good, but it was not cool, even though it was caused by a lack of refrigerant gas in the air conditioner. It was regrettable that there were a few cockroaches in the room, and the humidity was high. In addition, the indoor air was cloudy because the ventilation facilities were not working well. But the working staff are all friendly, safe and affordable

시설노후와 샤워부스에서 하수구냄새가나서 제대로 씻지도 못했다
붙어잏는헤리티지호텔과 너무차이나는 호텔로 조식도 수영장도 객실에 소음이 심해서 다른방으로 옮겼는데도 헤리티지만큼 조몽하지 앐아서 수면의질이 많이 쩔어졌다

절대 가지마세요
지하에 객실이 있는 호텔은 처음입니다. 노후된건 말할 것도 없고 더럽기까지.. 이상한 벌레까지 기어다닙니다... 엑스트라베드 요청했다가 객실보고 깜짝놀라 취소했더니, 카드취소 안된다고 박박 우기기까지.. 제가 끝까지 우기니 또 해주네요 참네... 비치 바로 앞에 있어 위치는 너무 좋으나 객실은 제인생 최악이었습니다.

There is no windows in the rooms, no hair dryer also rooms are in the basement. It was like jail without guilt. But staffs are kind....... Good location ~~~

우리 객실은 지하1층에 맨끝방이었고 에스컬레이터 운행하지 않아 와리가리 불편했고 엘베는 옆호텔이랑 연결되어있어서 당황함 ㅋㅋ그호텔 직원왈 여기랑 저기랑 사장이 같다고..ㅋㅋ 출국날 몇시간 잠깐 머무르며 꾸따 분위기를 즐기기 좋음 맥디 가까워서 좋고 비치 바로 앞이라 선셋보기 좋고 가격대비 위치는 좋음

창문을 확인하고 객실을 예약하시면 좋아요!
1주일 가량 머물면서 크게 불편하다고 느낀점은 '창문' 이 없다는 사실입니다. 그래서 이 호텔을 예약하고자 한다면 객실 창문의 유/무를 꼭 확인하시길 바랍니다. 호텔건물이 상당히 크고, 지하부터 1층까지 (라이브카페/당구장/마사지숍/기념품숍/KFC) 같이 있어 좋습니다. 일방통행(스미냑 방향)도로 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 Uber taxi 이용하기가 좀더 수월했던 것 같습니다.

저렴한 가격에 편안하게 쉬고갑니다. 이 가격에 이런 호텔을 만날 수 있다는 것이 참으로 감사합니다. 특히,이 호텔에 조식은 가격대비 훌륭하였습니다. 다만 객실에 창문이 없어서 조금 답답했습니다. 이 점을 제외하고는 훌륭하였습니다.

위치는 정말 최고!
위치는 이미 알고 예약했던 거라 더할나위 없이 좋았지만, 객실 내에 창문이 없음. 전객실 모두 그러함. 그래서 정말 답답함. 우리는 정말 잠만 잘 목적으로 잤기 때문에 그나마 나았지만, 아닌 사람들은 여기 예약하는거 비추. 하지만, 직원도 친절하고, 객실상태도 깨끗함.

Busy location but central in Kuta. First gave room in basement (LG) with no window. We didn’t notice as it was 2am. I saw front desk in morning and they switched us to better room with a proper window. We paid for Deluxe room too. Ensure you don’t get LG room when check in. Fair hotel. Mercury seems much nicer next door for not much more. Good spa below.

Noise but good location.
When we checked in she tried to give us the one bed instead of the 2 twin beds that I booked. Not cool. eventually she gave us the 2 twin beds that I booked. You can hear all the talking/ snoring beside your room and all the noise outside your door. also It will be nice if they can clean under the bed, because they are dirty when we checked in. But the hotel is in the good location. friendly staffs.

Horrible asked for extra towels that wasn't allowed asked for a small hand towel or washer no they dont have them no milk for the tea and coffee that was supplied the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in on us and the air con wasnt the best
Had to look up at that every night photos bit hard to see but the whole ceiling was like that and as for the breakfast it was cold every morning and the juice was hot, but the staff are lovely

Check in was smooth and had early check in too. Service is average but they don’t provide extra towels if you are staying for a night only. You have to pay extra for that(this is very strange)

So firstly, when I first booked this place, I booked it under the pretense that there was a balcony and/or window in the rooms, as stated on the website and booking. But when I arrive, there is no window or balcony because the floors above were bought out by another company. Why state that there is an option for balcony and window? And I hope people are not being charged extra for a balcony and/or window price when there isn’t one. What they had was a fake window and no ventilation other than the AC. It smelled like a wet shower and mildew. With no natural airflow in these rooms, mold can grow and it smelled exactly like that. On top of the pounds of cleaning chemicals they use to try to cover up the smell. I also could not sleep in the bed for too long because it felt like I was itching the whole time. Perhaps bed bugs? I was so distraught about the room, I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool and restaurant. Which is the only feature of this hotel. Although the breakfast was great. I will not deny that the staff were friendly and welcoming, but we are not paying to see the staff, we are paying to sleep. For the condition of this hotel, even though $47 per night is reasonable, it is still not worth $47 per night. $35 and under is a much better price for what you get here. I am sorry for the low rating, but I will never book this place again and I will not refer anyone to this hotel. So sorry. Again the staff are really nice people. And the food is great!

We have stayed at Kutabex hotel once before and it was good. This time the first day no TV, 2nd day TV was back on in the evening, but the Air Conditioning did not work, 3rd night Air Conditioning: could not change temperature and would not turn off, it was freezing. Buffet breakfast had very little for the Westerner. This time the only good thing was the view from the rooftop bar.

The hotel looks way better in pictures than in person, but for Bali it’s an okay hotel. My main issue is that the AC was leaking really bad and they sent a repair guy to fix it and he had to come back 3 times in the course of 2 days and it was never actually fixed. The water stayed on the ground and our room smelled musty.. there was definitely mold growing. They should’ve changed our rooms but didn’t.

ホテルに到着してカードキーをもらい部屋に入ろうと思いカードをタッチしても鍵が開かず、フロントの人に言って警備員さんや修理の人が来てくれたが結局壊れていて直らず、15分近く待たされたあげく違う部屋に通されました。どうせなら部屋のアップグレードぐらいしてくれてもいいのに、、、 部屋自体はわりと綺麗でした。屋上のプールと朝ごはん会場も綺麗でした。 が、部屋には小さなゴキブリさんが何匹か、私は平気なので現地のただの虫だと思って過ごしましたが苦手な方は辛いかも。 1番のマイナスポイントは、シャワーが水。 到着した日は夜中1時とかだったので最初から水でした。ほかの2日間は最初はお湯が出るのに浴び終わる頃には水。凍えながらシャワーを浴びました。 ホテルに併設されているスパのクオリティは普通でしたが、店員さんがとてもフレンドリーでおしゃべりしながらとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

this hotel is nothing close to what is advertised while it is located in a central location the place is filled with mold and has a funky smell all thorough out the lobby and rooms. There is no ventilation and the rooms are dirty.

I liked that it was central to everything in Kuta so you could walk to where you need to go. Circle k right next door and beach is literally right across the street. A little run down, just over age i assume. Breakfast was amazing one day & so so the next. I did like that they ate connected to another roof top hotel and you could enjoy their pool for a minimum beverage fee.

The location of the hotel is perfect. But it’s noisy you hear the cleaners and tenants talking in the corridor also the loads of live music it’s not comfortable because of the sounds you cannot sleep well
