모든 직원들이 친절하고요. 요리도 평보다는 좋았어요. 대신 스페셜부페 보다 그냥 단품 시킨게 더 맛있었던거 같아요... 스페셜 부페는 보기에 비해 먹을 것이 별로 그냥 그랬습니다. 대신 저희 2명이서 스탠다드룸을 묶어서 그런지 모르겠지만 숙소 내부는 침실은 별로였어요. 엄청 깔끔하다는 느낌은 못받았어요. 침실 커튼이...별로였던거 같아요 화장실은 깔끔하고 인테리어도 좋아요. 온천은 괜찮았고 수영장도 여기저기 많은 것 같은데 거의 이용을 못해봤네요 ㅎㅎ 스노쿨링을 두번하느라 스노쿨링은 여기 호텔에서 신청안하고 직접 거기 가서 했어요. 위치는 그냥........나가면 볼게 없었던거같아서요 호텔에 있으실 생각 아님 멘장안섬 배타고 나가실 생각만 하셔야 돼요!!! 로비나에서 여기로 왔고 여기서 울루와뚜까지 갔는데요 울루와뚜까지 한 팔십만오만루피(개인차량) 준거 같아요. 이건 제가 스노쿨링 한곳에서 연결해서 알아봐달라해서 개인적으로 구한건데. 호텔에서 구하시는 것보다 쌀듯합니다!! (거기서 나오려면 일단 왠만하면 차를 렌트하거나 차를 구하셔야할거같아요)

きれいに整備された広々とした庭が気持ちのよいホテル。温泉も日本人にはありがたい熱さで、シュノーケリングの後の冷えた体にはほんとに気持ち良かった。 部屋のインテリアも品が良く、外のソファやガゼボなど、とても気が利いてました。

We had a wonderful stay at Mimpi. Our private mineral pool was enjoyed several times a day. The staff were all terrific. The resort even acknowledge our Wedding Anniversary with a delightful towel/flower arrangement on our bed, plus a cake.The drive to Mimpi from the airport is long, but well worth it for this perfect oasis.

最悪なスタッフ、古い、レビューがいい意味わからない。
古くてフロントの対応が悪い。hotels.comで食事付き大人1人子供2人で予約していて、予約書にも書いてあるのにもかかわらず追加料金請求され、expediaからの予約だからと理由のわからないことを言われ、早朝に海沿いのレストランから1kmくらい遠いフロントまで予約書をもってこいと言われた。面倒なので食事をし、追加料金を支払おうとしたら請求されなかった。きっとホテルの間違いに気づいたのだと思うが、何の謝罪もなく、気分の悪い滞在になった。二度とここには泊りたくない。

残念な事に、スタッフが対応悪い人が多くて気分悪くなりました。　　笑顔も無く、すれ違った時も挨拶しなくて　スタッフの教育をしっかりする必要があると感じました。　　　レストランもメニュー数が少ないので、飽きてしまう。

Fantastic staff and grounds kept immaculate at all times. Restaurant nice though expensive compared to surrounding Warungs (though expected) unfortunately dive centre was twice the price of others in tbe area. Would have liked to have used the centre but priced out.. especially when boats leave from the same place and dive the same spots on Menjangen.

Nice area close to the National Park
The hotel is quite nice and definitely the area is a great base for snorkeling and diving. We chose it because of the pools with hot thermal water inside the area and in that extend it fulfilled our expectations. It was magic to see the colorful birds flying during the day and bats at night. However, there are some things that should be improved. The rooms were spacious but very dark (with all the lights on, no way to read a book inside the room). Also, when we asked about the available activities, we were only informed by the staff about the most expensive ones (like snorkeling and diving) and they did not inform us about the possibility of renting a bike or canoe (we figured it out only by coincidence). Breakfast was not bad, however at other hotels it was better. They serve breakfast a'la carte and each time the staff forgot some part of the meal and we had to remind them (what was not pleasant at all when happened every single day). Also, not everybody from the staff spoke good enough English to understand us. Overall it has a great potential if improve

Beautiful place
Great place. The service is really good, good rooms and perfect location for some quiet days with good snorkeling and diving. This location gives you killer sunsets at the restaurant 😊 very nice pool area with hot pools. Can highly recommend this place.

Mimpi Resort - the dream resort!
Beautiful resort, excellent spa treatments coupled with hot springs - great trip to relax. We had the opportunity to join the staff (with other resorts) to a beach clean up at Menjangan Island - was an eye opener for the kids!

we loved that it was a more rural setting. it had easy access to great snorkeling and the national park. we enjoyed massages in the spa and visiting the turtle hatchery nearby. The room and customer service was to die for.

Le snorkeling de l’hôtel est très cher !
Hôtel décevant car chambre assez désuète avec une literie très médiocre et pas assez de bains de soleil pour se reposer autour des 2 piscines hélas !!! Très décevant car avions l’habitude d’un autre hôtel non loin qui pour le même prix possède tout et a un meilleur petit déjeuner également ! Pas de plage non plus pour nager juste de la mangrove...
