Busy and noisy with lack of greenery
This place is standard and okay. The swimming pool is big, the breakfasts are big but not so tasty, the rooms are big enough and there is a balcony with a couple of chairs and a table. It would benefit from a ceiling fan. The room service food is actually quite good and not expensive.Too much concrete for my taste. Seminyak itself is overdeveloped and overcrowded and I wouldn't go back for that reason. The hotel itself is a standard place you could find anywhere in the world. There were also couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and a centipede in the room that freaked my wife right out.

Generally good with convenient location, spacious room (& bathroom) and large pool, but a little noise and smell of exhausted gas caused by autobikers running through an adjacent alley at night.

무나무난 해요 주위에 그냥 깜깜하고 아무것도 없어요 좀 걸어 나가야되고 수영장은 아예 생각도 안했었는데 보고 깜놀 ㅋㅋㅋ 이뻤어요 이용은 안했지만 벌레는 없었고 샤워기 없어서불편 글구 생수는 왜 화장실에 있는지 궁금... 직원들 친절!

일반 가정집들이 있는 골목안에 위치하고 있어서 한적하고, 스미냑스퀘어나 스미냑 메인 거리 들락거리기에도 좋았습니다. 조금 낡아서 처음 들어갔을땐 좀 실망스러울 뻔 했지만 쓸대없는 기우였고 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다. 엘베가 없어 당황했지만 짐 다 날라주시니 걱정없고 방마다 발코니가 있고, 한국 방송이 나와 좋았고 무엇보다 직원들이 친절합니다. 조용하고 아늑한 수영장도 굿 하루이틀 정도 묵기엔 딱인 곳, 한국인 없고 서양인들 많음

오토바이 소음만 아니었더라면 더 좋았을텐데... 적당한 가격에 무난한 호텔
스미냑스퀘어까지 도보로 10분정도 거리에 있는 무난한 호텔. 조식은 주문형태로 나쁘지 않았고 체크인할때 데스크 여직원은 잘웃고 친절했는데 다른직원들은 잘 웃지 않는편. 현대적인 시설은 아니지만 모기도 많지 않고 사람이 적어서 수영을 즐기는데 무리는 없는 편. 적당한 가격에 적당한 위치로 나쁘지 않았지만 도로와 가까워서 오토바이 소리가 밤늦게까지 너무 시끄러웠음. 그냥 무난한 가격에 무난한 호텔.

무티아라 발리 리조트 엔 스파 적극 추천합니다.
수영장이 바로 앞에 있는 숙소로, 오픈된 발코니에 앉아서 쉴 수 있습니다. 조식은 주문하면 가져다 주는데 여러가지(미국식, 유럽식, 영국식, 발리식)가 있어 좋았고, 직원들이 매우 친절하였습니다. 리조트내 스파에서 마사지도 이용할 수 있습니다. 주변이 매우 조용하고 번잡수럽지 않아 매우 만족스러웠고, 객실내 와이파이도 잘 됩니다. 숙소에서 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 편의점과 스미냑의 번화한 거리가 있습니다. 유명한 이탈리안 레스토랑과 쇼핑거리가 가깝습니다. 리조트내는 전혀 번잡하지 않고 조용하고 깨끗한 수영장이 있는 비싸지 않고 합리적인 가격의 숙소를 찾은다면 적극 추천하고 싶습니다. 공항에서는 차량으로 약 20~25분 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 다음에도 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

발리에서 최고 만족스런 호텔
꾸따 3박 스미냑 3박 우붓 3박 호텔 중 가장 만족스러웠습니다. 쁘띠땅겟 비치와도 걸어갈만 아주 가깝고 스미냑 스퀘어 먹자골목과도 걸어갈만 가까워서 새벽엔 비치 산책을 한 후 조식을 먹었습니다. 조식은 선택 주문해서 먹는데 식당도 아주 정갈하고 분위기, 서비스 및 음식 모두 만족스러워 많이 행복했답니다. 조용한 식당에서 커피부터 과일, 주문한 음식에 음료를 또 선택할 수 있었답니다. 어찌나 푸짐하고 든든한 지 몰라요. 수영장 관리도 잘 되고 있어 오전에 수영을 즐기고 저녁에 또 수영을 즐겼는데 밤에는 아무도 이용하는 사람이 없어서 둘만의 수영장이 되었답니다. 지금 우붓에 와 있는데 우붓 숙소는 더 비싼 곳인데도 스미냑의 무티하라보다 덜 해서 스미냑이 그립습니다. 다시 발리에 온다면 스미냑의 무티하라 리조트에 머물면서 쉬고 싶습니다.

호텔에서 조금만 걸어나가면 스미냑 맛집이랑 스미냑 스퀘어가 가까워서 호텔에 머무르는동안 움직이기 편했어요. 하지만 더블베드를 신청했는데 호텔측에서 더블베드가 다 나갔다고 싱글룸을 줘서 21개월 아기랑 같이 자기엔 너무 힘들었네요.. 싱글베드가 고정되어있어 붙일수 없었고 로밍으로 한국 익스피디아에 전화했더니 베이비룸을 넣어주셨는데.. 너무 꼬질꼬질해서 아기를 재울수 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 객실은 그저그런.. 오래된 호텔이구요. 침구류랑 수건이 오래된 호텔을 증명하듯 그리 깨끗하지 않았어요. 2층은 스탠다드, 1층은 디럭스인데 디럭스부터 욕조가 있고, 객실보다 화장실이 더 큰 룸입니다. 호텔은 작지만 아기자기하게 잘 꾸며져있고, 직원의 배려로 다음날은 더블베드로 옮길수 있었어요~ 먹을것 없는 뷔페 조식보다 주문식 아침식사가 맘에 들었지만 양이 매우 적어서 일반 남성을 추가 주문을 해야할것 같아요. 하지만 시내 접근성이 좋은 호텔치고 가성비가 괜찮아서 재방문의사 있습니다 ^^

트리플 객실 이용. 객실과 화장실이 3명이 이용하는데 문제없이 정말 넓어서 편리. 발코니도 있어서 쾌적함. 조식은 부페가 아닌 메뉴 선택으로 볶음밥부터 볶음국수, 죽, american breakfast를 주문할 수 있어서 좋음. 호텔 위치는 루머스, 울티모까지 걸어서 5분 정도. 재방문 의사 있음.

I’ve stayed here before in one of the other rooms that was nice. The 2 bedroom villa was dirty. Pots had mould, shower heads had green copper stains and the jets were clogged. Knobs on the cooktop were broken. Cigarette burns on the couches stains on the cushions. I only make these comments in hope they lift their game a little. Otherwise I like staying here. The price this time did not reflect the quality of room.

A great place to stay, the only reason it lost one star was because of hot water issues until they moved me to another room. The staff are the real gem here. Above and beyond. Had one week at Mutiara for a break and it was the perfect antidote to a challenging year so far. The staff were absolutely perfect and in particular, Sri, who was a delight to be around. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Will definitely return to Mutiara.

Walking distance to the main road in Seminyak with the bars and restaurants. However, hotel is on a quiet road so peaceful. Nice staff. Big room but hotel lacked atmosphere. Wifi did not work. I struggled with no hot water and the bathroom was incredibly hot.

Mutiara was just fantastic. A smaller resort, but one we enjoyed thoroughly and am already planning our next trip! The staff were incredible, greeting us everyday. The rooms were clean and the pool area was perfect. Location was unreal, in the genuine heart of seminyak on the main strip. We were close to spas, restaurants, bars and clubs. We were also close to the flea market and lots of shopping. Wouldn't think to stay anywhere else.

We booked the 3 bedroom villa, all were a great size and air conditioned. The pool was beautiful and staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. I think the fridge in the villa needs replacing though and that would my only negative.

Very good value, nice place
This is a really nice hotel. Stayed in a deluxe room on the ground level near the pool. Room was fine, bed comfortable (given, how i like it), outside toilet and shower were good (clothes storage is outside). Pool was wonderful and swam in it daily, little Jacuzzi spot a bonus. Breakfast, despite all the negative reviews, was pretty good and tasty. Ate breakfast daily in the restaurant area. Staff were friendly and location was wonderful.

4名1室で検索するとファミリールームが出てきたので、大人2、小学生1、中学生1の家族4人でファミリールームに4泊しました。ファミリールームは2階にあり、エレベーターはありません。1階が良い方はデラックスのツインかダブルを選ぶ方が良いです。ベッドは説明通りキング1台、シングル1台の部屋でした。シングルは本当にシングルサイズで狭いです。家族4人だとさすがに寝苦しかったので、2泊目からエキストラベッドを追加してもらいました。エキストラは1台350kだったかな？なので、最初からツイン2部屋取る方が良かったです。部屋はそれなりに広く、大きな棚もあるので、衣類を収納するスペースが充分にあります。バスタブはありません。水圧弱めのシャワーのみ。ハンドシャワーではありません。写真だとシャワーは屋外？？と思ったのですが、実際はプラスチックの板のような物が敷かれており、雨直撃にはなりませんでした。が、雨が降ると隙間から雨水が侵入してくるので、トイレットペーパーがビチャビチャに濡れました。固定式の風量弱めのドライヤーもありました。ボディーソープとシャンプーはありますが、トリートメントはありませんでした。朝食はレストランで、決まったメニューから好きなセットを選ぶ形式。パンケーキ、ワッフル、ナシゴレン、ミーゴレン、オムレツ、アメリカン、ベジタブルなど8種類くらい選択肢があったはず。テーブルに塩コショーはありました。フルーツは毎日同じ物が出されますがなぜが毎日量がバラバラ。スイカがやたら多い日もあれば、メロンが多い日も。スイカ、緑の味の薄いメロン、パパイヤの組み合わせです。マンゴーやライチなどはでません。共用プールは程々の大きさ。自由に使えるフロートも浮き輪もあります。ベッドはわりと争奪戦。ジムも一応ありますが、マシーン古め、エアコン効かない部屋で、やる気失せます。滞在中もしっかりジムで体を動かしたい方は違うホテルを選択した方が良いです。立地は便利でコスパは良いホテルだと思います。

Hair driers are useless. 10 day stay and still charged for ice!! Everything else was excellent great location, great place to stay
