very good view but not so close from Ubud central
It's in the jungle so you can feel like you are in wakanda while you're in the hotel. but you have to know that hotel is far from Ubud central, so you should take shuttle or taxi. and some bugs are there,,, they were in the pool too,,, so be careful with them. the staffs are very very kind and breakfast was good.

They are cheating the reservation.
I had a reservation for 2 nights' a two-bedroom "Plunge pool" villa at Natura resort and spa on Aug 24 and arrived at the hotel about 3 pm from Sminyak. After a check-in, a staff told me that they would give me a two-bedroom "Jacccuzi" villa. They said it was already occupied by a French couple booked for 5 nights. I booked the room on June, but they seemed to lie the couple booked 3 months before. They never said sorry about the mass and just told me "You can go, if you want". So every my family was upset and decided to move to another hotel even if we payed a big additional cost. I have seen several reviews about "Overbooking" before my booking and thought that it was just some mistakes. But my feeling after the talking with them, the "Overbooking" seems to be not a mistake but in purpose. Natura resort and spa was the "MOST UNPLEASANT and TERRIBLE" hptel in my life.

I am surprised at how many great reviews this property had. Let me first start by saying that the people are SO nice - amazing service! But the property is older than it looks in the photos and there were little stains everywhere that were grossing me out. Please also note that you are IN THE JUNGLE. That means the views are gorgeous, BUT the rooms come with bugs, ants, and lizards. I absolutely loved the private plunge pool and day bed, but wouldn't stay again because of the other things I mentioned.

The staff are great and made the stay all the more enjoyable. A special mention goes out to Riska (GRO) who was most helpful with ensuring that our stay was comfortable and Kadek Joe who really gave us good insights into Balinese culture and was a wonderful help when we needed to check-out late at night. Being surrounded by the beautiful and lush forest was special if you dont mind being close to nature with the many sounds that comes with it. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay and we were close enough to Ubud Centre.

Ubud Jungle Villa
Natura Resort is just outside of Ubud and the hotel offers a free shuttle throughout the day. It is peaceful and surrounded by nature and a wonderful escape from the bustle of the city centre. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a 5 star stay. And the free breakfast is delicious. Our villa had a private pool and views across the jungle with monkeys and butterflies in the trees. A short walk up the street is a brand new Paddle Club and some local restaurants & cafes. What a delightful stay!

O hotel é muito bonito com quartos amplos e confortáveis. Ele fica mais afastado da cidade mas eles oferecem shuttle ao longo do dia. Nos ajudaram com tudo que precisamos inclusive motorista para os passeios. O que fica a desejar é a comida… café da manhã fraco e demais opções caras e com pouca veriedade.

Natura was a beautiful jungle oasis. The views were stunning and the staff so friendly! I loved our private pool with outdoor bed. Our family found so cool the monkeys who were outside our window one morning as they were running up the trees with there babies.

Wonderful place to stay in Ubud
Loved it! Room was great, we stayed in panorama pool villa. So spacious and everything was lovely! Loved using outdoor bath, even in the rain! Had a special candlelight dinner which was wonderful too! Great massage also! Perfect place to spend time in Ubud! Close enough to the centre but with jungle all around!

The view of the forest was fantastic! We enjoyed soaking it all in while wading in the infinity pool. The included breakfast was delicious and the dinner options were nice as well. The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel
Very peaceful location, room was clean and tidy. Great bathroom with a huge bath in master bedroom. Great hotel if you would like to have a few days relaxing out in the jungle. Only a 10 min cab into central ubud.

Stille og rolig luksus i junglen
Virkelig lækkert og fantastisk smukt hotel midt i junglen. Smuk udsigt fra værelset og fra restauranten. Man er her virkelig i kontakt med naturen. Værelset var overdådigt og fantastisk, Eneste minus var at hotellet ligger et godt stykke væk fra Ubud centrum af meget stejle veje. i området omkring hotellet var der ingenting andet en små shops der dækker de basale indkøbsbehov, hvis man har dem. Ingen restauranter i nærheden, der skal man ud på en længere gåtur. Derimod mange Bali Cooking Classes og også et par spa'er.

We had a good stay at the Natura Resort and Spa but we feel that it needs a bit of improvement: CHECK IN PROCESS: We came in late at night but they didn't check with us the following day to explain hotel amenities THE ROOM: is large, beautiful and clean. The outdoor pool is exceptional with gorgeous views. The pool would be better if it were heated. The roof is thatched so room is noisy - can hear neighbors. Views are lovely. THE BATHROOM: no ventilation fan (smelly), Shower is nice but water temperature and pressure fluctuates (hot water runs out quickly). Nice outdoor tub and shower. COMMON JACUZZI AND POOL: Lovely but jacuzzi temperature too hot. SPA: Nice walking trail to the spa - lovely vistas by the river. Great spa treatments HOUSEKEEPING: Room is clean and sheets and towels smell nice. Provide bottled water to brush teeth and drink. BREAKFAST: Limited but sufficient. Coffee could be better. AFTERNOON TEA: Nice, with fried banana or small sandwich DINNER: Food was just mediocre SHUTTLE: Nice to have but limited (only few times a day) and must book in advance - don't just show up. SERVICE: Excellent - friendly and polite. We especially recommend Indra at the restaurant. Provide a welcome fruit basket and fresh flowers All in all I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We did enjoy our stay.

Expensive but nice place in the middle of nowhere
First time for me and my girlfriend to stay in a location like that. Amaizing location and very friendly staff who tried to fulfill our wishes everytime. We had an amaizing time here as it is a piece of paradise in the middle of the rain forest. Best holiday accomodation ever!!! Felt like we had the place for ourselves. We both were very looked after here and like that type of holiday accommodation. There is room for improvement as the price per night is not cheap and this place is considered as an upmarket accommodation. Here our Recommendations 1. Stable internet connection 2. Buffet Breakfast 3. Better English skills from staff as we did not always felt understood by them 4. Keep up the maintenance as we running toilet, loose floorboards on walkway, damaged handrails

Der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft war beeindruckend. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir hin und weg. Die Lage, die doch sehr abgelegen ist, ist zum einen ein Vorteil, zum anderen aber auch ein Nachteil. Man hat zum einen seine Ruhe, einen wunderbaren Ausblick direkt in den Dschungel, zum anderen ist man aber auf das Hotelshuttle angewiesen, wenn man mal nach Ubud möchte und sich keinen Roller leihen will. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie haben uns in allen Belangen stets weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Villa war sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Türen waren immer einen kleinen Schlitz weit offen, wodurch zum einen Krabbeltiere den Weg nach drinnen gefunden haben und man zum anderen alles draußen gehört hat, was uns aber weniger gestört hat, denn so ist das nun mal mitten im Dschungel. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und super lecker, man hat zum gewählten Menü zusätzlich immer noch frische Früchte und Saft bekommen. Unsere Resümee, wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

The resort was very quiet and it was rare to run into other guests. Had a beautiful view of the jungle. However, you could hear chickens crowing all day long, especially in the mornings. Not the best place to stay if you are wanting to go into Ubud as the shuttle service only runs a few times a day and is one way.

Très bel hôtel en pleine forêt!!
Bel hôtel, très bien situé en pleine forêt , une vue magnifique, des chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Un vrai dépaysement. Bon accueil. L’hotel est un peu éloigné du centre d’ubud (5-10 min en voiture, ne peut se faire à pied) et les horaires de la navette ne sont pas assez nombreux. Mais possibilité de prendre un taxi pour 50000 rp. Autre point négatif le spa et les massages ferment trop tôt (4h dernier massage). Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

This is a pretty small place and there aren't many people in the area. It's super secluded and the rooms are a bit outdated. It's really quiet and if you want to be private and away from people this will be a great place to be. The staff at the hotel are amazing!

Warm, friendly and nice hotel
We stayed two nights here, and if we had it to do over again, we would have made the same choice. This is a very friendly place with beautiful views out over a jungle valley. Others have highlighted that it's a bit run down, but in my opinion there was nothing particularly bad. It's not a five star place -- I'd probably call it a really nice three star. The rooms / villas were beautiful on the inside, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was good and the setting was fantastic.

コスパはグッド！！
絶景は素晴らしいが、風呂やプールやバスタブに枝木や葉っぱが入っていて使う気になれなかった。しかし、コスパは素晴らしい！！

Very good hotel with views and pools!
Overall I have a really nice stay, the area is quiet and the staffs were very nice. They provide shuttle bus to Kuta area hourly which is very convenient. The only downside is the room shower cannot provide enough hot water in a short span of time - need to wait until hot water to come back.
