You entire in the room we do not have conditioner, it correct due of the consept membership hotel, so this is like the guest 2nd home.Fan for the Air conditioner does not work, if you let us know,our engineering would have glad to fix it. So far we do not have any complain regarding the bathroom floor, we will check it. Normally we do have laundry bag & laundry form in room. But if the housekeeping miss to replace it just call the reception, we would sent it directly. Thank you and looking forward to welcoming you in the near future

Our located is in very strategic located where is easy to go every where. 10- 15 minute to Bali collection and 20-30 minutes to Kuta. The resort also provide jet sky with reasonable price.It is also easy to get the nearest other water sport activities like parasailing, bottom glass etc by the other side on the beach.
