호텔 입구는 상업(bar)시설이라 의외.. 입구가 긴 숲을 들어 오면 선택을 후회하지않으실거에요 우붓 수영장 bar 보다 훨씬 수영장이 좋다 조식당 위치가 탁월하다(비현실적) 냉장고 뒤 작은 바 한마리 잡음 그래도 재방문의 있음 가성비 탁월

모든 직원들이 아이랑도 잘놀아주고 응대에 너무 친절합니다. 조식먹을때 뷰도너무좋고 여유있게 먹으라고 딸아이 안칭얼거리게 풍선도 가져다주고 오가면서 한두마디 꼭 건네고가서 편안하게 밥을먹을수있었습니다 가격대비 제일만족했었던 호텔이였습니다

총 4박을 했습니다. 객실 규모가 있는 호텔임에도 조용해서 좋았습니다. 수영장은 총 2개가 있어 썬베드도 여유롭게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 밤이 되면 개구리 소리와 풀벌레 소리를 들으며 수영할 수 있는 시간이 매우 평화로웠습니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절하였고, 호텔의 위치도 좋았습니다.

따뜻하고 배려 깊은 서비스와 훌륭한 자연경관
세월만큼 객실 컨디션은 다소 낙후했지만 그만큼 자연경관과 체계화된 서비스가 훌륭하다. 우붓 시내이지만 논 뷰와 숲 안 쪽으로 길게 이어지는 호텔로 조용하고 평화로운 풍경이다.

조용하지만 우붓 메인거리와 가깝습니다
정말 좋았습니다. 호텔은 조용하고 논뷰도 보이고, 수영장도 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 우붓 시장, 우붓왕궁은 걸어서 15분정되, 코코마켓은 걸어서 5분. 포크립이 맛있는 푼디푼디도 가까워서 휴식과 접근성을 모두 가진 곳이었습니다.

편안했어요. 너무나 행복했던 순간이였어요. 아들과 단둘이 갔었는데 연인과 다시 가고싶어요! 약간 아쉬운 점은 조식이 생각보다 부실한 점. 저는 그러려니 하지만, 아들이 처음으로 5성급 호텔에서 먹을게 없다고 하더라구요.

Need the better management
When i visited 4 years ago, everything was higher than my standard in terms of hotel cleaness, management, facility. When i visited 3 days ago with my wife, couldnt help hiding my dissapointment. Shower booth was very dirty and fixing shower equipment was bas, breakfast was worst part. Took 45min since we ordered Nasi Goreng, and tried all including juices, coffee, bread, all plates we ordered were worse than we expected. I guess this has been caused the decrease of guests and managements seem to get worse. Hope they can get back to where they were.

For breakfast, during pandemic, we serve ala carte breakfast however it does not limit the option of item that guests want to have. Out team is ready to cater any requests. Love everything! This hotel is up there among the best we have stayed around the world; its got class. Amazing staff, stunning greenery, style in everything they do. You can only experience it to know the difference.

Positives Beautiful breathtaking views from the rooms They do buffet breakfast Valet parking is free They have a spa which is very good Local shops are very close by walking distance Independent shopping area no franchises Near monkey forrest Friendly and helpful staff Negatives Long walks to the hotel if buggy isnt available Looks like a restaurant at the front not a hotel Hard to find A/c in some rooms doesn't work properly Buffet breakfast doesn't have a wide variety of foods Food is cold and they're aren't many people eating so makes it awkward to dine They charge for airport shuttle The hotel laundry and food service is very expensive

ウブド王宮近辺は少し距離がありますが、モンキーフォレストも近く、ロケーションは良いと思います。 ホテルのスタッフは、皆笑顔で、レベルの違いはありますが、日本語を勉強してサービスに活かそうと意識しているようで好感が持てました。英語がほとんどできない自分でも何とかコミュニケーションをとることができて助かりました。 部屋は、広さ、清潔さなど全般的に問題ありませんでしたが、ベランダの無い部屋だったので、喫煙者の私にはタバコを吸いに外に行くのが少々面倒でした。 朝食後に、敷地内を散歩していると、設備工事の警備をしていた方が、近くに立っている動物小屋を案内してくれました。警備の方がホテルのスタッフかどうか確認はしていませんが、ホテルの印象が格段に上がりました。
