Thank you for your time to write a comment for us, could you please a double check this issue with your husband first before your comment, here we need to make a memorable stay with all our guest, and regarding for the passport, all the guest to stay here we have a copy of passport because that is our policy for stay and i think all the hotel have a same policy for have a copy of passport with their guest stayed. and regarding for the early check out base on our policy with travel agency you can check before you have a book the room, and here we are understand about your problem that your said you have emergency at your home and need refund money for 1 night and we are agree for refund 1 night, and next you are comming again to need a refund for 2 night and we are not agree yet and need you show the flight details regarding you're back to your home but until now we don't have yet. but we gift you 1 night refund already. and did you know, at your check out time sorry to say we send some collages to follow you and we are shock that you not going to airport but going to kuta right? with much regret to hearing this from you.
