It was therefore with great surprise to read your comment on Expedia that you also addressed the issue pertaining to the over pricing and our quality food were beyond your expectations which can caused the misleading of our clientele and our reputation. We recalled your complaint regarding your laundry case but we are unfortunately not able to find any record that you did mention regarding the over price and our quality food during your stay with us. We are committed to clarify any concern you may have in regards to your benefits and service before you check-out from our property, however you have denied the options that we have offered to your cloth/ laundry case. We have re-processed your cloth and returned it in new condition. We have waived your laundry charges, even we have offered you to waive your dinner but finally you have refused it and came out with the option that we have to compensate your cloth with the non-reasonable price available in the original store. Guest satisfaction will always remain to be the entire team's priority. We embrace guest feedback as we consider detailed comments to be a cornerstone of our quality management and most importantly a great asset in improving our services for future guests.
