The hotel did not tell us in advance that they did not have the room category that we booked for till we arrived and was downgraded to a room which is small. We booked for a triple bed but the new room given to us was for an extra bed. Not a proper bed. The sheets was very sandy. The staff was super bad especially the manager who didn’t want to refund our 3 night stay and after we asked for full 3 nights of refund, she ask us to pack our stuff within 30 minutes to check out because they want to sell the room. We found out that other people also had the same experience to ask for a change of room as they weren’t given the room they booked for. This is disappointing and horrible service. Never even said sorry to us for all the experience we had to go through. We will not stay at this property again! The breakfast was horrible too (as a compensation of downgrading us)

The staff here were amazing! The property itself was nice and maintained. Location isn’t the best but still near shops and restaurants. Lots of shortcuts through back streets. The deluxe queen is a very basic room, but if that’s all you need then it will suite you fine. No fridge in room, and a strong smell of moth balls. Would probably stay again if I was back that way for a cheaper night accommodation.

Staff were lovely & property nice & very convenient to walk everywhere - but they never notified us before we got there the pool villas were being renovated & not available even though that’s what we booked

Lacks basics for comfort.
The staff were pleasant and attentive when needed. Meals were good and always plenty of choices. Hotel is dated with cupboard doors not closing etc needs attention to detail. Hot water was a challenge, when requested. It would be available for the day then it would be off and another request made and so on. On checkin they had us in 2 single beds, although I had contacted them prior to ensure one bed was supplied. When they fixed it there were 2 singles pushed together and although packing was used the dip between them led to poor sleep on a couple of nights. Will NOT stay again, was not expecting resort quality but too many basics were wrong.

The upstairs rooms were lovely but our first night there was in a tiny downstairs room, tv wasn't working properly and no mini fridge. After requesting a change in the morning we were offered upgrade. Staff very helpful.

This is an older property, and it shows. But the 1 bedroom villa we had was great. Good value, huge open living with an air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom upstairs.. more pool lounges would be a good improvement.basic breakfast, very friendly staff... Great location

. I had a one bed. villa which was very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely good, both at front desk and room.Maintenance of grounds and rooms are high, and the only failing would be the water pressure, which is very low, and difficult to have a decent shower.Overall, value for money, i will stay again.

Beutiful boutique style Hotel
Right in the heart of Legian, on road front but so quiet in behind the walls. Short 5 min walk to the beach. We had big family room which was amazing. Very good buffet beakfast. Fantastic pool area, beautifully maiqured gardens and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Great service poor maintenance
I'll start by saying the staff (short of the manager who was rude and horrible) were wonderful. With every complaint they were lovely. The location was also great but thats where all the good things stop. Our room had multiple issue from the toilet which didn't flush when we first got there (it was 'fixed' every day until the last day of our holidays where they actually fixed the issue) to the leaking air-conditioning which they fixed by installing another one???? This did not fix the original aircon and it continued to leak onto the bed and they changed the mattress 3 times. Lastly we last power for half the day which no one knew about until I went and mentioned something.

Beautifully made up room just like in pictures. We had a balcony view over the pool. A little noisy with guests from the hotel next door coming past in the alley late at night. Bathrooms very clean and tidy. Two bottles of complimentary water every day and free wifi. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay, but we ate at the hotel a few times. Only IDR 55,000 per person (AUD$5.50 approx.) And it was a lovely buffet including eggs anyway you like, bacon, sausage, tea, coffee, juice, fruit, pastries cereal and more. Staff were absolutely amazing. Very kind and sweet with our 3 year old, and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Short walk to the beach down an alley about 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Traditional accommodation in great position
We had 2 1 bedroom villas, bedroom was large & downstairs living was massive would be ideal for a group. Staff were friendly & helpful Lovely pool. Breakfast had small selection & cooked eggs & bacon to order Good location & nice & quiet Would recommend villas The only negative I have is bath needed a good clean on our arrival which was done as soon as I asked

予想をはるかに上回る快適な滞在でした 建物はそれぞれ独立していてまるごと使えるので他の人を気にせず過ごせます 一階部分がリビングになっていてソファやテレビとキッチンがありますがオープンエアなので、プールを利用した後に水着のままでくつろぐのに最適 ２階がベッドルームとバスルームで今回は夫婦でワンベッドルームを予約しました 部屋の広さも十分で荷物を広げても狭さは感じません ２階の入り口だけカギがかかるので荷物はこちらに置くことになります 設備は冷蔵庫とエアコンと、この階にもテレビがありどれも問題なく使えます wifiも特に問題なくつながりました バスルームにはバスタブがあり熱いお湯も十分に使えます 洗面台が広く快適です 部屋からは隣のホテルの綺麗なプールや緑が見えてくつろげます デッキチェアーが置かれている２階の広いバルコニーからはホテルの庭が見渡せ、夜は木々の間を抜ける涼しい風に吹かれ噴水の水音や虫やカエルの鳴き声をＢＧＭに最高のうたた寝を楽しむことが出来ます ただしホテルの入り口に近い部屋だと夜は外の大音量の音楽がちょっと気になるかもしれません 設備は全体的に古いのですが、改築や改装をしているようで内装は新しく綺麗で快適で、もともとのクラシカルなバリ様式を取り入れた外観とよく合っていて美しいものでした エリアはレギャンのど真ん中なので、買い物や食べる場所にはまず困りませんし、スパやナイトライフも充実 海も歩いてすぐの場所です 所々に詰めの甘い感じがありましたが、この立地でこの静けさと快適さならお釣りがくるぐらいのコストパフォーマンスの高さだと思います ただし、緑に囲まれているオープンな空間なので虫よけ対策は必須です 口コミで事前に予想出来たので、日本から蚊取り線香と虫よけのキャンドル、虫よけスプレーを持参して外にいるときはもちろん、ドアや窓が密閉式ではなく隙間があるので、室内にいるときも欠かさず焚いて対策をしていました もちろん現地で買うことも出来ると思いますが、効果が弱くて不快な思いをしたくなかったので持参しましたが、おかげで快適に過ごすことが出来ました 今回は短い滞在でしたが、この建物に住みたいぐらい気に入ってしまったので、次回は長期滞在してホテルライフを満喫したいと思います

Good hotel for short stay
This boutique hotel is close enough to the beach (approx 6 min walk through laneways), close to some good restaurants and a great leather shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and cool and deep. Spa and treatment facilities are currently being renovated, which will be good when it is completed. Villas very clean and comfortable and private. Hotel rooms are extremely clean.

Great for the price
Less than 100m to beach, shops straight across road,older style accomodation needing some tlc,beautiful gardens,pool area felt private, villas are at the back of property and single rooms at the front near traffic. The staff were great.we stayed for two weeks, I would definitely stay here again.

Adequate lodgings for price.
Rooms that are situated away from road frontage are pleasant and private. Extremely good price including breakfast for a seven day stay. Staff very polite. The initial room close to the road had a toilet issue, was noisy and if you are a non smoker the smoke from outside was unpleasant as it came in through the aircon. The second room was private and relaxing, but the aircon was faulty and only operated as a fan. The third room was cool and private, but someone was smoking nearby. Gardens and pool were good. Breakfast was good. Location in Legian was central and we would walk daily to the beach, Kuta or Seminyak.

Relaxing holiday in Legian Bali
This villa/hotel did not disappoint at all, when we arrived we were exceptionally happy with our choice of the 1 bedroom villa, it exceeded our expectations. The staff are awesome, they always greeted us with a smile and if we needed anything it was seen to straight away. The breakfast was also very good with your choice of freshly cooked eggs and bacon along with other hot food, juice, toast, pastries and cereal. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 nights at this resort. Although the pool is not huge it was clean and great to cool off in after a day out. This resort is very clean and the grounds are well maintained.

Hotel does not meet expectations
We booked the hotel for 9 days. We stayed at in one of the family rooms above the reception. The room we stayed in needs an complete renovation. There were only to sockets available to charge your smartphone/ electric equipment. These were connected to the master switch meaning you are not able to charge overnight or you need to sleeps with the lights on.! Bathroom smelled bad and looked not clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. It was not possible to change the reservation after we paid the full amount after checkin. We actually wanted to move out right after seeing the room at 1st sight. The website claims 3.5 stars but this is impossible. Breakfast is reasonable but everyday the same. The only positive thing is the price we paid. As we decided to leave the hotel and booked the Ibis in benoa for the same price. This was heaven compared with the room we stayed in!

Nice hotel minutes from beach!
We had a huge family room in main building. Only 3 rooms whilst the rest are one - three bedrooms villas with nice garden. Our room has pool view. The only problem with these 3 rooms is - paper thin walls! Basically can hear every words from next door but never had any problem when it came to bedtime. Generally guests were very respectful. Nice pool and good breakfast. Staffs although very nice at breakfast are very poorly trained, if at all. Never have cups for coffee or never know to refill food. When only 5 other guests are having breakfast when we arrive, we had to ask for cups. Then they had to collect from used cups from guests tables, and wash them for us. Basically had to ask for everything from cups, glasses, bowls, etc. This went on a few mornings. Not sure what is wrong, very interesting! Very accommodating storing our bags after we checked out.

Awful room close to the road
We booked this hotel for one night and paid AUD$60. 1.When we arrived we saw they were advertising rooms for only US$30. 2. The young woman working at the reception desk was very welcoming and efficient. 3. We stayed in Cempaka Putih room which is one of three rooms right at the front of the hotel. This part of the hotel is very old and the doors on the other two rooms had gaps at the top where you could see daylight. The area around our door handle looked as if someone had tried to break in. Our room was clean and the aircon was fine however it overlooked Jl Padma Utara and was incredibly noisy. The room itself was old and there was a hole in the wall just near the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was large and clean but again old. The only redeeming feature of the hotel were the staff who were all lovely. Overall however we were extremely disappointed. Fortunately we were only there until our flight departed in the early hours of the following day.

A nice, small traditional resort
My wife and I unexpectedly arrived 2 hours late (4am), and the staff waited up for us which was nice. We booked a deluxe room but we were actually upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa, shared with a family member who had also originally booked a deluxe room. The third bedroom downstairs, which was a double, appeared off limits so we were assigned the room with 2 single beds. We asked to be moved to one with a double bed so we were all moved to a different villa down the very back of the hotel. Our new room had dirty linen, and when we pulled the sheets back, there were a heap of dead mosquitoes. I'm unsure how long this room had been vacant for. After this and a heap of construction noise we asked to go back to our original villa and swapped the double room with the family member sharing with us. Again, the linen appeared dirty but perhaps it was just old and stained. The open air bathroom and living areas were full of mosquitoes (fully expected being the climate that it is). The hotel gave us some coils which was nice of them, but we bought more anyway. Breakfast was great - just a simple buffet and omelettes, nasi goreng, mie goreng etc were cooked upon request. Overall the hotel is a nice traditional reprieve from the westernised influence that is steadily (and sadly) taking over Kuta and Legian districts. However, it is clear the hotel has not been maintained for many years which is a real shame. The staff are wonderful.

Super Hotel in 2 min vom Strand entfernt
Wir waren 3 Tage dort. Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung, kleine Mankos (Fenster nicht 100% dicht, Mosqitonetz nicht groß genug fürs Bett, war wohl eher als Deko gedacht..., kein Fenster im Bad) Super war das Frühstücksbuffet, die Lage (unmittelbar Restaurants, div. Läden und Bars in der Nähe, durch einen "Schleichweg" ist man sofort am Strand. Der Service der Hotelmitarbeiter war perfekt. Durch die Security, die sich anscheinend auch wirklich einprägen, wer im Hotel woh fühlten wir uns sicher. Wegen eines Fehlers einer externen Firma wurden wir nicht wie geplant abgeholt, aber das Personal zeigte vollen Einsatz und telefonierte so lange rum, bis wir einen kostenlosen Ersatztransfer bekamen und auch noch die Fähre bekamen :) Danke!

An absolute disgrace!
We arrived at about 3 am after our flight from Australia having booked from the day before. The 'villa' was old and tired, and the downstairs room was dirty and smelt badly of mould and damp. Hotel management knew about this as they had tried to cover the smell with an air freshener hung from the very noisy air conditioner. one of my children were to have stayed in this room but there was no way that it could be used. The upstairs rooms were neat enough and the bathrooms had been updated however the rooms were infested with mosquitoes and the air conditioners were loud and rattly. The bathroom had an old advertising banner covering a large gap at the top of the exterior wall, obviously allowing the insects into the room. it was terrible and none of my party of two adults and two kids got any sleep that night. At 7 am construction started on a new building right behind the room, and from the site noises of workers and building rattled the rooms. There was a layer of dust on everything, including the antiquated kitchen lounge area downstairs. I found another place to stay and went to reception to cancel my booking. I was made to pay full price for the pleasure of staying in that room for a total of 5 hours. nobody seemed to care about my experience and while I was in the office, another guest informed me that she was also cutting short her stay because the room was full of mosquitoes and her children had fallen ill. this hotel was an absolute disgrace!

При бронировании номера Делюкс следует учесть, что это будет не то, что вы видите на фото, а совсем другое, это будет комната над ресепшн с окнами на ресторан, с телевизором кубиком и шкафом в ванной, очень большое разочарование. На завтрак очень скудный выбор, за стеной отеля строится другой отель, и постоянное завывание пил и стук отбойных молотков, с 8 утра и до глубокой ночи. Территория очень красивая, солнце над бассейном до 4 дня, потом тень.
