We had a communication issue about transport from the airport to the villas in the beginning, and we booked alternative transport,which made me wary to begin with. The stay was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. When we were leaving (430am) our villa to fly home the booked driver didn't show. The gentleman on duty tried his best to get in contact and when he couldn't arranged an alternative that got us to the airport in plenty of time. We would definitely stay here again.

This accomodation is so lovely. The private pool and the villa is lovely. The staff will do anything for you to make your stay special. Thankyou to Putu, Chandra, Purnama, Wiranata, Nora, Ngurah, Agusto, Ayu & Dion for being so lovely and kind. Villas- very clean and the small things the staff do make a big difference. We found the location great- as close to beach. We will be back

The service here is unparalleled, they were attentive and timely. The villas were very nice as well and kept very clean. Could be in a better location, but the location is what makes the villa feel quiet and very private which is very nice. 10/10

Peaceful villa in the middle of bustling Seminyak. Just a short walk to the beach and dining but you would not know it as the property was set back from the noise and bustle. Customer service was amazing. Chandra in reception was such a sweetheart, helping us with whatever we needed. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

The staff is the magic for this place. Let's start out by saying this place is a great value for the price. The units could use some touch-ups and updates, but for what you are paying, no complaints. Our first night had a surprise when the Air Conditioning unit made a noise and stopped working at 2 in the morning. Not what you want in the middle of a hot and humid night. Management sprang into action and moved us into another unit the following day. The staff members are very courteous, service-oriented, and will go out of their way to assist with requests. An example was one of their employees using his motorcycle to go and pickup our food order from a restaurant after the restaurant informed us that their driver was no longer available to deliver our order. Amazing staff and great manager! Breakfast was consistently good and overall experience is recommended. However, stay away from their in-room dining aside from their breakfast. It comes from another distant kitchen and the food is no good. Plenty of restaurants in the area that will deliver instead. Location is close enough to the beach and restaurants/shopping area, but will be walking in small alleys to get around. Felt safe the entire time.

Tired and outdated
We stayed in a tired looking one bed villa, really needs improvement even though everything was clean it was a bit depressing. It was marketed as luxury and I’d have been happy if it cost half the price. Breakfast is made somewhere offsite and no coffee included. The staff are distrusting, we were late for the airport and they made us wait while they checked the room!

Place very run down, not the villa photos showed to be. Sheets not changed ever and were dirty, Villa quiet run down and clear with grime in bathrooms etc cleaning never done to a satisfactory level. Staff were good thou thou until they attempted to charge me cleaning of sheets on departure, then couldn’t advise the last time they were swapped out. Wouldn’t go back regardless of price. Good location thou.

Die Villa ist einfach eingerichtet, hat uns dennoch sehr gut gefallen. Niemand kann hineinschauen, der Pool ist recht groß und auch die Lage ist optimal. Strand, Bars und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Service hat uns jedoch enttäuscht. Auf unsere Nachrichten hier nach Fragen zum Check-In hat niemand geantwortet. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist ein Witz - man muss sich etwa zwischen Cornflakes und Toast entscheiden, beides zusammen geht nicht. Der Tee wurde sogar ohne Vorwarnung beim Check-out extra berechnet,

Good but probably wouldn’t stay again
Villa was as per photos - slightly dated but a good size. Could do with more storage (wardrobe is in the bathroom which is bizzare)! Breakfast is brought in from another location so arrives cold. On one morning we pre ordered breakfast to arrive at the villa for 8am. By 8:30am it had still not arrived and staff weren’t overly apologetic. Had to cancel as we had day plans. Would not describe as “beachside” but more close to the beach... we enjoyed our stay here but would chose a different location in Seminyak next time.

Perfect Quiet Location in the Middle of Everything
Stay was amazing, Ester and Yasenta who worked their were very helpful and easy to talk too. They helped us with our drivers, setting up our breakfasts and giving us recommendations of what was around our villas. Would be great to visit again. Location was a short 2 minute walk from all the touristy things in Bali. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the nightlife. Villas are way better option than the hotels as for the convenience of getting around. Also to save money, negotiate with the drivers (taxis) which are available everywhere. We got a english speaking driver for 10 hours to show us around Bali for under $50 USD, much cheaper and comfortable than booking a tour with other people you don’t know in a shuttle

Amazing Pool Villas and Staff
We stayed in a 1 bedroom pool villa in June and were absolutely blown away. The service and room were fabulous. Breakfast was delivered to our villa by the friendly staff each morning along with juice. Everything was clean and tidy and room service was completed each day and fresh towels were provided. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic service here everyone is polite and always greets you with a smile. Makes the service very personalized and after a long day, feels like coming back to your home. They also clean up the villa everyday- and we return to see it in good condition :) Only thing is the location- most drivers don’t know where it is as they have to pass through a small narrow road into the villa. Hence most of the times we walked through the narrow road ourselves (around 3 min). Other than that the service has been impeccable. Also has free breakfast :)

We had the most amazing experience at Samaja Beachside Villas. My partner and I stayed for 10 nights and were treated like family the entire time. The villa it self was beautiful, clean and so relaxing. The new restaurant was great, with amazing food! Getting to pick breakfast off a menu each morning with tea and coffee was great - would definitely recommend including breaky!! we will be back!

It is a great hideaway from the busy and tourist areas. The villa pool is a good 1.5m deep with outdoor and indoor showers, kitchenette facility, big room size, "in-villa" breakfast, free shuttle within Seminyak area (1st come 1st serve but you have to come back on your own), and staff are very friendly. The downsides are 'friendly' worms visiting the room everyday. No locks for the bathroom. Room-service menus are super expensive. And construction/renovation next door (new villa) EVERYDAY from 8am to 5pm.

Great place to stay!
This is a great place to stay in Seminyak if you want some peace and quiet but also want to be close to amenities and the beach. It is located inside a quiet alley away from the main street but is within walkable distance to amenities and the beach. The villa provides free pickup from the airport and also transport to places within Seminyak at no additional costs. The driver who picked us up was really friendly and recommended places for us to visit. The villa staff were also extremely helpful and service was superb. The villa itself was very well-maintained and clean. The bedroom was very spacious and pool was also clean. There are a lot of mosquitoes but repellants are readily available at the villa. Breakfast and room service was also good, massage services at the villa is also very affordable. Overall a very pleasant stay in Seminyak and I would high recommend this villa to anyone looking for an affordable stay!

Quiet retreat in busy Seminyak
The staff at Semaja were so welcoming and genuinely accommodating. Our villa was clean and quiet and the room service food was delicious. It was a bit difficult to find the Semaja, but worth it to be away from the congestion of Seminyak. The taxi did not know how to get there so he dropped us off down the road. We had to walk a few minutes down a narrow road to get to the Semaja. Although the Semaja is not exactly beachside, you can walk there within 5 minutes. There is local shopping and good eats a few minutes away. Our private pool was refreshing. The staff provide a personal touch that you do not get from most hotels. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and we felt very well taken care of.

Schöne kleine Villenanlage, jeder Villa hat ihren eigenen Pool und ist von den anderen Villen getrennt. Mehr Privatsphäre geht kaum. Seminyak Beach ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hervorragender Service & unglaubliches Personal. Frühstück wird nach den persönlichen Wünschen zubereitet und zur Wunschzeit in der eigenen Villa serviert. In der Umgebung waren einige Bauarbeiten, diese haben aber nur gering gestört.

Quiet stay in Seminyak with 5 star service
We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Samaja Villas. Service was amazing. The staff spoke English and they made sure our stay was perfect. Samaja is made up of 7 or so sectioned off villas. The bathroom and bedroom are indoors, and your kitchen/dining area is outdoors (covered). Our villa had it's own pool (I'm not sure if each of the villas have a pool) and two chairs to layout. Samaja is tucked away in a long alleyway off the main road so its very quiet. Samaja is aware of this so they provide shuttle service, free of charge, anywhere in Seminyak. It's only about a 10 minute walk to the main road where you can access shops, atms, convenience stores, and restaurants. One of Samaja's biggest perks is they're a 15 min walk, or quick shuttle ride, to Seminyak beach and they include two chairs and an umbrella, free of charge. Their spot on the beach is convenient and you have access to several restaurants within a few feet/meters. Make sure to add on breakfast and take advantage of their full day tour of uluwatu, which was offered at a reasonable price. I would recommend Samaja to anyone looking for a quieter stay in busy/touristy Seminyak.

Nice Place With Friendly Staff
We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa which was a good size, unexpected surprise was they provide fresh drinking water in the room. Bathroom was nice spacious with a bath and separate shower. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of course massages. The shuttle service is excellent very handy, we only used it one way for our travel and caught bluebird taxi's to return which we just opted to pay $5/50,000 basically from anywhere in Seminyak. The only let down we had was the onsite Spa service; having booked a Manicure/Pedicure the service provided was fine but I had to sit basically on a kitchen chair to have the complete treatment done which was an uncomfortable 90 mins; but the staff completing the treatments are very professional and friendly and a very clean environment.

2ベッドルーム&プライベートプールヴィラに4泊しました。 ヴィラはわかりにくい場所にあるので、空港まで迎えの車をお願いしないとすんなりと辿りつけないかもしれません。でも、スミニャックの賑やかな通りにも海にも歩いて行ける距離なので、とても便利な場所です。 日本語は通じないので、少し英語が話せるとコミュニケーションには困らないと思います。 言葉は通じなくても、いろいろな要望に出来る限り応えてくれようとする姿勢があり、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。 プールの水も1日に2回ほど入れ替えてもくれるのでとてもキレイな状態です。 敷地面積はこじんまりしてますが、家族3人で過ごすには充分な広さでした。 帰国日も飛行機の時間まで荷物を預かってくれ、スパのバスルームで汗を流すように準備してくれました。 残念な点は 朝食付きのプランでしたがメニューの数は少ないし、出来上がったものがお部屋に届くので、そこは少し残念でした。味は普通です。 また、水回りも年数分は傷んでいるのでそこも残念ポイントでした。 でも、スタッフの方々は皆さん本当に親切な対応をしてくれるので、おススメ出来るヴィラだと思います。

Comfortable and close to the beach
Comfortable villa, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to help at any time. Will definitely live there when I visit Bali again.

Well located and great service
My wife and I had a great experience with Samaja Beachside Villas. It was our first trip to Bali and the staff were always friendly and helpful making the overall experience fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Samaja, they always welcomed us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is well located in Seminyak and well maintained.
