가격이 저렴해서 걱정했는데 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠어요. 조식도 종류가 많지는 않지만 다 맛있게 먹을만한 것들로 구성되어있어서 좋아요. 시장이랑 중심가쪽에 위치해서 이동도 편해요

우붓에서의 3박을 SENS 호텔과 함께 했다. 우붓스럽지 않은 현대식 호텔이지만 도마뱀이나 벌레를 기피하는 분들에겐 최고의 숙소이다. 룸은 크지 않지만 깨끗하고 청결했다. 전원코드가 곳곳에 배치되어 있으며 각종 기본 비품들도 잘 구비되어 있다. 욕실이 통유리로 되어 있다는 건 감안해야 한다. 무엇보다 인상깊었던 것은 직원들의 친절과 미소였다. 직원들은 전문적인 교육을 받은 듯 세심한 배려가 돋보였다. 호텔은 사전에 메일을 통해 점검사항을 질문하였고 나의 답변에 맞춰 룸을 세팅해주었다. 특히 결혼기념일이 포함되어 있어 기재를 했더니 당일 룸에 기념장식을 해주었고 식당에서는 작은 축하케익을 직원들의 박수와 함께 제공해주었다. 나와 아내는 호텔측에 세심한 배려와 직원들의 친절에 감동했다. 우붓에서의 4일 여행은 매우 훌륭했는데 SENS 호텔은 중요한 역할을 했다. 우리는 SENS 호텔에서 제공한 깨끗하고 청결한 숙소와 직원들의 친절을 통해 충분한 휴식을 취했고 그것으로 우붓의 여정은 훌륭하게 마무리되었다. 직원들과 호텔 모두에 감사의 인사를 전한다. I loved the perfect location where we could walk to all attractions within 20 mins. And the staff were really friendly and nice, especially Beny!! Beds were comfortable. The glass shower and toilet were a bit embarrassing though. Wanna visit again.

위치, 객실, 직원들의 친절도, 조식 모두 만족스럽습니다. 객실이 깔끔하고 편안했으며, 직원들이 친절했습니다. 우붓타운까지 도보로 이동하기 편한 거리였습니다. 다만, 우붓타운 셔틀버스를 리턴편까지 제공해주면 더 좋겠습니다. 그리고 마사지를 받으려고 했는데, 직원이 한명뿐이라 동행과 한명씩 번갈아가면서 받아야 한다고 해서 아쉬웠네요.

처음 도착해서 건물 외관 보고는 큰 기대 안했는데 들어가보니 기대이상이었습니다. 객실도 엄청 깨끗하게 정돈 및 청소 되어져있고, 직원들도 너무 친절해요. 위치도 우붓 시내에서 멀지 않아 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이라 생각합니다. 객실이 큰진 않지만 깨끗하니 너무 맘에 들었어요. 굿입니다~

새로 지어진 호텔이지만 조금 아쉬운
객실은 깨끗합니다. 새로 지어진 호텔이긴 한데 창문이 열리지 않아서 그런지 하수구 냄새가 올라와서 첫번째 방에서 방을 바꾸었는데 두번째 방에서도 냄새가 올라와서 그냥 썼습니다. 수영장은 로비 식당옆에 아주 작게 붙어서 수영장이라 할수 없을 수준입니다. 냄새만 안올라 왔다면 좋았을 텐데... 아쉽습니다.

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The staffs were also friendly and accommodating especially the kitchen staff. Their breakfast was amazing too. The area was also perfect for evening walks with variety food to choose from. We had good experience overall. The only issue was that we could hear everything from rooms next door.

I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. Had my room cleaned daily and the bathroom was always left spotless. The hotel is really well located, lots la great restaurants and spas around it. I also loved the breakfast buffet and express lunch of the hotel’s restaurant. Can’t recommend it more. I will be back!

The staff was warm, accommodating and they always had a smile on their face. Just the right amount of attentiveness at all times! Room was clean and well serviced throughout out stay. The spa services were very nice as well and the food and drink options plentiful for those moments when we didn’t want to venture far from the hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself back in Ubud!

As a solo traveller i found the staff very professional and helpful welcoming. The pool was lovely, the breakfast ample and tasty. Hote is very central for good tours and only 10 min walk to palace and market. Highly recommend

Mooie, schone ruime kamers met moderne badkamer, en een zwembad. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Eten is goed, ontbijtbuffet. Niets op aan te merken en dus aanbevelenswaardig. Je bent binnen een paar minuten lopen in het centrum van Ubud. Als zelfs dit je te veel is, bestel voor een klein bedrag een auto of scooter.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to a lot of the main sights and restaurants. The only negatives were that there were quite a few flies in the bathroom (not sure how they got in), it was quite loud at times and you could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also I didn’t like that the pool and loungers were just outside the restaurant meaning everyone could see you!
