대체로 만족하지만 수영장 흡연구역을 정해주면 좋겠어요
장점 깨끗하고 청소 상태 좋아요 근처에 다양한 가격대의 맛있는 식당들이 많아서 선택의 폭이 넓어요 특히 맛있는 요거트 아이스크림 가게와 스타벅스가 바로 근처에 있어서 매일 이용했어요 이후에 디스커버리몰쪽 호텔로 이동했는데 요거트 아이스크림 가게가 없어서 그립더라고요 단점 샤워기가 고정형 레인폴 뿐이라 다소 불편했어요. 수영장과 쉼터 공간이 넓지 않은만큼 흡연을 한곳에서 하도록했으면 좋겠어요. 여기저기서 흡연을 해서 비흡연자인 저는 피할 공간도 없고 괴로웠어요. 수영장이 좋아보여서 선택한 곳인데 이용하지 못해 아쉬웠어요.

위치가 좋고 조식이 뷔페여서 좋은편임 옥상수영장도 바깥을 볼수있어서 좋았음 꾸따의 동급호텔보다는 사이즈가 작고 왠지모르겠지만 침구류가 조금 축축한 느낌

수영장이 넓지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 좋았어요 서비스도 매우 좋았고 직원들이 청소도 정말 열심히 하더라구요 다만 좀 아쉬웠던건 조식이 뛰어난 편은 아니었습니다. (무난한 정도) 해변이랑은 걸어서 10분 정도 걸립니다. 좋은 마사지 샵들과는 조금 거리가 있어서 불편하긴 했어요 주변에 라이브 까페가 있어서 그런지 '웅웅~' 거리는 소음이 조금 들렸습니다.

쿠타에서 숙박하기엔 최고의 위치. 친절하고 밝은 리조트
활짝 열려있는 리셉션. 시원하고 활기찬 분위기. 친절하고 눈맞춤하며 인사하는 직원들. 위치도 쿠타 메인스트릿에 위치하여 매우 편하다. 그러나 스미냑 이동시에는 일방통행길에 위치하여 조금 불편함. (방향잡기가 힘듬) 무난한 조식. 넓은 조식당. 풀도 두개나 갖고있음. 개인적으로는 3층의 넓은 풀을 추천함.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.

I've stayed at the Sun Island Legian numerous times and always really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this time we found out on check in the main pool was closed, which is the main reason I like to stay there. The staff on check-in were quite short and not helpful. Breakfast was really limited compared to previous stays. Our air-conditioning wouldn't work one night and we waited over an hour for someone to come and look at it, no one came and I had to go to reception and strongly suggest a switch of rooms, which the staff were reluctant to do. This took another half an hour with no apologies or real care from reception. On our final day the manger told us we could have switched to another one of their resorts at anytime because of the pool, this was not offered at all during the whole stay. Just a bit disappointed and probably will look elsewhere next time I'm in Legian.

The grubs in Room 117 31st/12-5/1 were absolute trash cans. Fighting at all hours, swearing, yelling, smashing things yet no-one intervened. I complained several times the several nights they did this and nothing happened. Overall for the rubbish next door to us. Maybe they need security for these reasons.

Extememly happy with the value of this hotel. The staff was spectacualrly welcoming every time I saw them, and genuinely wanted the best for us during our stay. The location is great if you like endless dining options, night life, or the beach, all within walkable distances. Also, no need to walk to the corner store for drinking water, as Sun island provides free water from dispensers located just steps away from your room on each floor. This beats other 4 or five stare hotels I've been to here in Bali! The only cons I can think of are that the deck boards around the pool areas are quite tired and unsafe in a couple spots, and a few minor interior finishings around the hotel are the same way. Nothing horrible, just watch your step. This is understandable because of what Covid did to the local economy here. Every hotel I've stayed at has been this way to some degree.

Gunstig gelegen op Legian. Loop afstand van het strand. 2 zwembaden. Nette kamers. Upgrade gehad van superiour naar de luxe. Ondanks we geen late check out konden krijgen werd er door het hotel wel een hospitality kamer aangeboden waar we voordat we vertrokken nog even konden douche en opfrissen. Ontbijt is ok maar niet super uitgebreid. Was een buffet maar miste eigelijk wel wat kaas en vlees als beleg.

Having stayed here when it first opened have found the upkeep has dropped off immensely . Swim up bar available but unstaffed , no ladder out of said pool cut my foot climbing out due to broken flooring . Breakfast dissapointing . I like the hotel and staff are really good but just dissapointed knowing how good it was and can be .

Place was very dirty and run down, breakfast was definitely the worst I’ve ever had, bathroom was dirty and had hair in the shower (not my own), pool bar was closed down and was so dirty and unpleasant. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone else. Lift was also broken down so had to take multiple flights of stairs to get to my room and was never offered help with bags when returning to my room after shopping

Lovely staff and excellent location but the place is very unsafe and very run down. Timber around the pool is very dangerous to walk on. Very basic breakfast but excellent staff and service.

Hotel bom pelo custo benefício.
Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias, o hotel fica localizado em uma rua de muito movimento, cheia de restaurantes, lojas, mercadinhos, spa, locadora de moto, porém distante um pouco da praia. Porém da pra ir a pé pra praia. Mesmo estando localizado em uma rua movimentada ele é silencioso. O quarto tem tamanho bom, a cama e os travesseiros são bem confortáveis. Possuem bebedores em todos os andares e deixa uma garrafa de vidro no quarto para que você reabasteça sempre que quiser. O café da manhã não é dos melhora, mas bem servido, tem a opção da escolha dos ovos, 2 tipos de frutas, 1 tipo de suco, café, chá e comidas. A equipe do hotel é bastante simpática e educada. Possui 2 elevadores, porém durante nossa estadia apenas 1 funcionou. A piscina não achei legal, estava suja, mal cuidada e o deck bem desgastado. De uma forma geral, ficaria lá novamente pelo custo benefício.

The hotel was clean and very attentive to guests. We had breakfast included every day which was always fresh and tasty with a mix of westerns and Balinese cuisine. The hotel itself was kept to a high standard, however the scars of The Great Reset (COVID) still show with some area requiring a bit of maintenance. What made this adventure memorable was the fantastic staff across the board, however special shout out to Noki and Adit who would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely coming back!

Room was worn, torn, outdated, fridge not working, safe not working, towels frayed and stained and appeared very old, sheets stained. Pool area the hand railing rusted through and dangerous. The timber decking lifting all around pool exposing nails. Foot fell through timber decking into the pool underneath. The breakfast on offer was poor quality, the breakfast was very limited in choice, croissants tasted as if they were a day old and insects in the butter and jam.
