Not good
It is different from the pictures in website. A little disappointed. Kind of old..Breakfast was terrible compare to other hotel. And one thing upset was that, when we came back from beach our room looked different. For example light was turned on. We turned off the lights whew we went out. Also curtain looked differenet..it was so upset. That means someone came in our room without permission. Plus there was one nice bluetooth speaker. So we could enjoy listening to the music with that. But next morning,when coming back to the hotel from the beach, it disappear. So i asked staff. They brought it . That means they came to inside my room without knowing again.....that made me so upset...

조용하고 넓은 가족여행에 적합한 숙소
2층 독채로 천장이 높고 조용함 스미냑 번화가 끝자락에 위치하고 있지만 호텔에서 시내까지 무료로 태워주는 서비스 있음 1층 침대에 모기장은 있지만 아침에 일어나 보면 모기 물린 곳이 장난아님... 제공되는 아침메뉴 중 볶음밥도 먹을만 함 레지던스라 가스렌지도 있어 라면도 끓여 먹을 수 있음

Nice place to stay in a way too busy city!
Very spacious place, superb attentive service, okay breakfast, beautiful grounds and pool area. A few mechanical hiccups with hot water and AC that were resolved as quickly as possible. Recommend this place to stay for sure

We loved the property, they could have had more lounge chairs around the pool. The staff were friendly and did a wonderful job.

Breakfast was included but average. Not good. Not bad, just average. Was about 20k taxi fare to seminyak square Can walk 10mins to shopping area. Pillows overly fat and i found hard to sleep. Solution would be to take your own pillow if fussy. Villa was very big and spacious, clean. Pool for kids was great. Good shallow end, and deep end not too deep. Generally quiet. Hosts very friendly and grounds secure. Bathrooms clean. Great for families. Airport taxi to hotel was 400k. We arrive late and couldn't bargain. Apparently go upstairs to 2nd level and catch taxi for 1/2 cost. Hotel to airport van in advance was 150k as comparison as arranged by hotel. Food in bali has gone up in price generally and not much cheaper than say Australia. When eating out, breakfast was about 650k for 2 adults and 2 children. At hotel, it was free, but average. Beds were comfy and great for kids. Easy to get taxi everywhere and back with only 1 min walk to street with consistent taxis going past.

Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast made to order. Walking distance to grocery stores. We had a kitchen but it was pretty basic. There was a microwave but no way to plug it in -- the staff would have probably helped address that.

Great place to stay
Great - the friendly helpful staff and service, the grounds, the pool, being able to go for a swim after dark, the huge rooms upstairs and downstairs for the family, the free trips within the Seminyak area and fast wi-fi to stream movies. It lived up to our expectations.

What a far cry from the pictures advertised
When u walk in the double storey villa, there is an overhanging smell of smoke, bath tub upstairs spewed dark liquid and black residue when switched on. The whole place was old and dinghy. I was shocked at the condition of the place. Bedsheets were grey and not white. I arranged for another villa the very next day as I couldn't stand another moment in that place, considering that I had a baby and a 7 year old with me. Could have improved on the toilets and smell and it would have made a world of a difference. We booked through Expedia but the staff told us that they were not expecting anyone to check in on Sunday and thus they did not prepare the room. Staff are friendly but didn't make up for our experience there. Not going back there and never booking through Expedia again!

道路に面したホテル
空いていたせいかスイートに滞在できました。ベッドルーム以外はシャワー、トイレ、キッチン等もオープンエアで木の扉を開けて出なければならず不便、広すぎました。バスタオルは穴が開いてかなり使用感があり、バスタブは大きすぎてお湯を溜める気分にはなりませんでした。道路に面しているため車やバイクの音がかなり気になります。虫除けも置いてありますが、かなり蚊が多かったです。

Nice hotel, clean and good amenities
Really nice hotel, clean and good amenities. It is on the other side of the road to the main shopping area/ restaurants but the hotel has a free drop off shuttle and if you have a scooter its a 2 min easy drive to Legian and 5ish (depending on traffic) to Seminyak. The staff are friendly and very helpful!

Honrymoon at the Citta Villa
So my Surprise Honeymoon to to Bali started at The Citta Villa. The property o s beautiful it has Soooo much more potential! The rooms are spacious but not Clean. The staff are friendly but are not equipped with the right tools to meet guests needs. Our request to be collected at the airport did not happen either. I still feel that the Citta is a Beautiful Villa but it needs to be Refreshed, new bedding, towels, pool area pillows and a better cook. We booked for 6 Days & only stayed 4. Food not good but if it was not for the heavenly pool I would have left after day 1.

Comfortable and Cosy
A beautiful room with a really comfortable bed and a relaxed vibe. The Citta is a little rundown but it makes up for it by being extremely affordable, super clean and having amazing staff. Nothing was too much to ask and we really didn’t want to leave. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful villa, happiest staff!
The whole Bali experience was made extra special because of the staff at the citta villa residence! Every single staff member went above and beyond! The villa was cleaned every day, the garden/pool area was beautiful, breakfast was delivered to our villa every morning at whatever time we preferred! The bathroom was stunning. I am very happy I picked the citta to spend my time in Bali, great location, close to everything! What more can you ask for!!!

This hotel has a good swimming pool with clean water. Children are having a good time to play in the pool. The staff are smiling and kind. The environment is very quiet, and there are only five rooms in this hotel. Though the room is very large, it is not very clean and the facilities are old. Therefore this hotel is suitable for family travel accommodation and people who like large space, but don't care about the cleanness.

Amazing!
Stunning villa with an amazing pool! This resort is made up of only 5 villas so is lovely and peaceful. Villas are all very spacious with comfy bed, outdoor bathroom with huge bath and separate shower. Ceiling could do with a paint but otherwise all gorgeous. Staff are extremely helpful and they even offer a free shuttle service for the local area which is ideal as the resort is about 20 minute walk from the beach via a couple of very busy roads. Overall I loved this place and we would love to go back!

一人なのにアップグレードしてくれて二階もある素敵なヴィラに通してくれました。 清潔で、冷蔵庫もあり。バスルームも広く、アメニティあり、ミネラルウオーターサービスあり、トイレも綺麗ですが、シャワーの水圧は弱かった。 朝食は前日に、明日は何にするか、何時にするか、部屋で食べるかレストラン来るか聞いてくれます。美味しかった。 スタッフも親切で感じいいです。 スミニャックエリアなら無料で送ってくれますが、20分程でビンタンスーパーのある大通りまで歩いて行けます。 すぐ裏にコンビニもワルンもあるので、便利です。 タクシーの運転手によっては見つけられず、ぐるぐるします。詳細な地図を用意していった方が無難かも。 ヴィラとしてはとてもオススメ。

Fantastic Stay
It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff was amazing!! They couldn't have treated us better. Customer service was first class. My only concern was the open bathroom invited many mosquitos into our room. Not sure if they were already nesting in our bungalow or snuck through the door, but after dusk it was a mosquito party in our room. The staff did spray our room for bugs and put a repellent coil in the bathroom. Thankfully, we also had a mosquito net. My friend and I were killing mosquitos left and right. Other than that, everything was very clean and accommodation was excellent. They even offer a free shuttle service to the beach!

At arrival we were told that our room wasn't ready and there check in time is at 3pm. we asked if we can keep our bags and went for walk around the neighborhood check out what's near us.when we got back got told they have upgraded us 2 2bedroom villa we were like wohoo but so much for upgrade the room we booked in was way better than the room they upgraded us. What attracted us to this villa was the bath in the photo shown for the 1 bedroom villa and the walk in straight from our room to the pool. We gathered they might have been a double booking and we got the short straw. Was too massive for 2 people way to spacious and the bath we looked forward didn't happen bath down stairs " No comment". The staff sprays at evenings and burn to get rid of insects in our villa but those insects must be used to that. Wish we had the villa we book in looked so beautiful and comfortable than our upgrade. Few things can be improved and these place can be top notch. On the positive note staff were amazing, breakfast choice was good & they offer free drop off with in seminyak.

Seminyak visit
We were essentially visiting a friend who was in Bali from England. She was welcome to stay at our place whenever we were there and it was such a great place to have as a base to entertain.

Relazing, poolside villa
We reserved the Jasmine villa which was perfect for our 7 night stay. The staff was extremely hard working bringing our meals to our room if needed and keeping our villa in top shape. Made1 the manager is a kind, considerate person.Thanku !

Great choice of villas at great price but !
On the site every thing looks perfect but it's run down and needs some $ spent to bring it up to standard . We had the bougenvilla villa to start with the noise was awful we moved to lotus which was quiet . The pool towels and sun lounges need replacing . Pool area lovely and gardens .. The kitchen in the villas are basic but who is going to cook ! Far enough from the action but close enough . Made did all he could do to improve our stay which I'm grateful for 2 weeks was trying at this property .

Nice oasis in the city
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff were very pleasnt and welcoming. I was upgraded to a better room on arrival. Nice spacious villa, with direct access to the huge, beautifully warm pool. Breakfast was perfect. Nothing left undone. Very happy to recommend.

The property is extremely badly maintained and cleanliness is the main problem. Had a nightmare staying at the property. I would never recommend anyone to go stay at this property. The photos are extremely deceptive and the villas are not exactly in the condition shown.

3 sterren verblijf met leuk personeel!
Wij verbleven in de Lotus en Jasmine Villa. Het complex is zeker geen 4 sterren maar 3 sterren. Er moeten wat renovaties gedaan worden om het 4 sterren te maken. Het verblijf was wel rustig en prettig. Het personeel doet alles voor je, en ze doen hun best om het goed schoon te houden. Het ontbijt is wat karig, vooral voor de grote eters, wel kan je lekker ontbijten in de villa.

Terrible Experience
Oh my God .... where do I start from. This property does not even qualify to be a 3 star. Rooms are pathetic, no cleanliness, it was a nothing short of a nightmare that messed up my entire trip. I had to checkout even after making a full payment and book another hotel which resulted in me losing money. Staff is definitely good - everyone in Bali is very courteous as service is in their DNA and income from tourism is their main income. But if you need spices and salt to make a dish beautiful - you need both of them; period. We cant use salt instead of spices. Staff and maintenance of the property are two different things. Don't be fooled by the rating on this property. I have attached some images which will prove that this doesn't even qualify for a 3 star. This property is a straight slap on the face. Just avoid it.

In Need of Renovation
I was looking so forward to staying at the Citta and have to say I was a little disappointed. The good things about it were definitely that it only has 5 Villas, so the pool (which was lovely) was always empty. The grounds are kept pristine and the staff were unbelievable. My Villa however was extremely tired and is in desperate need of an update. The mosquitoes were rife, no matter how much the staff attempted to keep them at bay. There was a little fish pond around the outside area in the Villa and this water was that stagnate that the smell was always there. The rooms overlooking the pool were a lot better, however their bathrooms were also extremely old and tired. The breakfast was dismal and cooked by the staff, not a chef or cook. The noise from the street went all night and that mixed with the mosquitoes made the stay a bit unpleasant. However the staff here could not have been better and they need to be commended for their great service and dispositions. Thanks Citta for our stay but don't think I will return. On saying all this

Peaceful Oasis
Our group of three stayed in the Jasmine and Lotus villas which gave us heaps od space and our own bathrooms, 2 of which were open to outside. We loved being able to step straight into the amazing pool from our villa. The staff are so friendly and helpful and will drop you off in the Seminyak area. There is a convenience store and spas closeby. We would definitely stay again.

Old school Bali very plesant staff & great value, with lovely pool. Enormous suite with steps into pool just gorgeous & the bathroom was a knock out! Recommend rooms away from traffic noise.

Peaceful haven in Seminyak.
We stayed here for 5 nights before going to Ubud. We loved the hotel so much that we booked for 2 more nights on our return to Seminyak before flying home. Great service from manager and staff. Breakfast served in your room at no extra charge.
