Poor villa
너무 오래됬어요... 너무너무 수영장이 공중 목욕탕 냉탕 느낌 음...전체적으로 시설이 광장히 낙후 되어있습니다. 스미냑 센터치고 풀빌라가 이렇게 싼이유는 이유가 있어요 5-7만원 더 주고 다른곳 가시는 것을 추천

아쉬움 속 만족
입구 도로 폭이 매우 좁고. 공사중이라 택시타고 들어올때 2배의 요금이 지불되었습니다. 3일 숙박중에 공사진척이 많이 된 것을 보면 개선될거라 생각됩니다. 직원들 친절하지만, 동양인에 대한 차별로 밖에 느껴지는 객실위치(맨끝방)으로 인해 아쉬운 부분있습니다. 스미냑 주위에서 조용하게 숙박하고자 할때는 추천합니다.

만족스러웠던 원베드풀빌라 4박^^
자스빌라 원베드풀빌라에 4박을 묵었습니다. 한국인 후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 숙박은 기대 이상이었고 가격 대비 만족했습니다. 조식에 대한 후기가 좋지않던데 기대를 안해서 그런지 양이 약간 작은것빼고는 American breakfast, hot cake,클럽 샌드위치, 미고랭, 나시고랭 등 선택할 수 있었고 제 입맛에는 잘 맞았습니다. 객실의 청소상태도 좋았고 에어컨도 시원했습니다. 직원들은 아주 친절하고 영어도 잘 하시더라구요. 와이파이와 셔틀서비스는 정말 유용했습니다. 스파에서 마사지도 이용했는데 시원하고 좋더라구요^^b 비행시간때문에 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡겨야했는데 잘 맡아주셨습니다. Pool의 길이는 약 3m정도로 튜브끼고 둥둥 떠다니며 노는 정도의 작은 크기였고 재밌게 놀았습니다. 전체적으로 좋았는데 유일한 단점은 모기였습니다. 불로 피우는 모기향이 비치되어있었지만 실내에서 향을 피우기 좀 그래서 전자 모기향이 있으면 좋겠다고생각했어요. 모기퇴치용품을 챙겨오시면 좋을 듯. 이상입니다. 부디 이용에 도움이 되시면 좋겠네요.

The first villa we checked into had no running water. We upgraded to a larger villa at a cost. Nice villa but poorly maintained. Loose fixings, faulty locks. Staff not very friendly or attentive.

Not what you think you’re paying for.
The property is very shabby. It looked like there had been no basic maintenance and upkeep in a decade. The phots online are not reflective of the true condition of the property. We booked for 6 nights but only stayed 1 and then relocated.

Great Spot Yes it could do with a cosmetic update but that’s all it is Cosmetic The Jas Villas is clean, Pool is fantastic, waterfall by the pool adds a nice ambiance although we did get them to turn it off as it was a little the water falling was a little noisy for us. Wonderful staff that will go the extra mile nothing is too much trouble. We spent 10 days at the Jas Villas would definitely go back.

Nice especially given I got it at a discount price but a bit dated for full price, esp bathroom and pool area, sheets were washed but had dirty marks on them.

Great villas
The room and pool was a fantastic size, bigger then it looks on the web page, location is great, very private. Our room did leak after an all night down pour in a few places but we were leaving the next morning so it didn't affect us. Breakfast and room service food was of an average standard. Over all we loved it, I will stay here again.

Staff were lovely at Jas. Rooms were ok at best. Aircon was struggling, tv didn’t work. Needs a bit of work. Pool was really good, though close to the rooms, so was a bit of a concern for young kids initially. Jas was close to restaurants and taxis.

Great Villas, Not so great breakfast included
The Villas are nice, the breakfast is not the best even if its included. They need to get a better menu and breakfast varieties and give more food. I would stay again. But not eat there, the other amenities are good, they have a manual for tours and renting scooters , which is great to have everything at one place, or one source. But overall, the Villas and my stay was great.

Beautiful photos a frame of dreams. Unfortunately it is only pictures. Arrived on the spot the CATASTROPHE !! A dirty alley of papers, garbage cans, bottles of beer everywhere. In the "villa" very poorly maintained walls flaking, water seepage everywhere, the sheets are more than dirty (and even after the request for cleaning). After moaning at the front desk we were offered two more villas where the problem is the same if not worse. According to them cleaning is done we find razors and soap plugs in the bathroom. The toilets are dirty and the mirror, the bedside tables and so on !! There pools are full of hair, the bathtub has big blue traces. It is just impossible for us to stay here to AVOID ABSOLUTELY!

4d2n villa stay
The villa was just OK (honestly i should not expect too much, it should be considered fine for the local standard? I am not sure)... the floor is dusty. aircond was not working properly and it was fully booked and not able to change another room. i ended waking up at 4am soaked in sweat. Called the reception and was told maintenance will only arrive after 7am. Had requested for a stand fan the next morning. one of the day, no water supply to the shower & toilet. i booked a villa mainly to use the private pool. but sadly the water was not that clean, we only used once out of our 4d3n stay. there were particles in the water, i am not sure whats that.. looking like black dust or mold and some white paint? the water was clear though, probably should invest in better water filter. the wooden floor at the pool side popped up. maybe should look into the maintenance of the properties. breakfast was not bad. very friendly staffs. we didnt know how to use the gas cylinder for cooking, it is better to help your guests to plug in when check into the room. (we uses induction cooker or gas line here) i got fever one of the day, the 7elevan was approx 500m walking distance away. we did not have any problem ordering food via GoJek. that's awesome.

Had to wait 45 minutes after check in time for villa to be ready, when we asked reception staff how much longer they were not really interested, too busy on their phones. Villa was showing its age, could do with some basic maintenance.

The staff were great, the breakfast was also very good you can get lunch and dinner at the hotel at a cheaper price than in the restaurants.We did have the misfortune to be beside a couple of ozzie bogans that came home at 3am and started to scream, shout and break the door but luckily the left early. Overall it wasn't that bad and we did use the private pool daily.

Good value for the money
The location of the property is perfect. It is 5 minutes walk from the Seminyak town centre. This means that it is convenient to get to the town centre and yet free from the noise from the bars and vehicles when you want to get a good sleep at night. We stayed in a 80 square meter villa with an indoor pool. A room rate of US$77 per night inclusive of American breakfast for two persons is absolutely a bargain! On the down side, the indoor pool is only large enough for kids. It is too small for adults. We did not use it at all. Besides, there is no air-conditioning in the sitting/dining and kitchenette section. The heat is unbearable to us so we did not use this section at all. As a result, the net usable area to us is only about 40 square meter.

The price for the villa is affordable but they messed up my booking and unfortunately I’ve to move to another villa. Instead of jas villa I was transfered to Jas Boutique Villas. I was upset because of the location. I book the villa initial was because of the location of the near by cafes.

Jas Villas er et fantastisk sted for par, som ønsker at nyde hinanden i fred og ro. Lækker privat pool med liggestole perfekt til et par dage med ren afslapning. Hotellets beliggenhed er fantastisk iforhold til at tage ud og spise om aftenen. Har intet negativt og sige om dette sted.

1ルームプールヴィラに5日間滞在。 プールライト、ベッドサイドライトが壊れたままの部屋へ通された。 キングサイズベッドと謳っているが 明らかに小さい。おそらくクイーンサイズ。 滞在中にテレビがまともに映ったためしがなく、wifiも不安定。スタッフに何度か改善を求めたが 良くなることはなかった。 朝食は他の方の口コミ通りチープ。 タオルの交換は言わないとしない。 ダイニングルームはエアコンがない為 暑く、座っていられない。 アメニティは使い回しなのか 薄汚れていて気持ち悪い。 直前まで1週間滞在した クタのホテルがこちらより価格が安かったにもかかわらず 設備、ホスピタリティ共に素晴らしかっただけに ガッカリ感が大きかった。 一泊につき あと3000円だせば もう少しまともなヴィラに滞在できたと思うと、ケチってしまったことを後悔する。 いろいろ期待せずに 日本ではなかなか味わえないプールヴィラとわりきったら 値段相応だと思う。 次は絶対利用しない。

立地が便利な、お値段相当のヴィラ
プライベートプールのあるヴィラの中で、立地が良くお値段が手ごろだったため、予約しました。お値段は、高級ヴィラの半額程度ですが、その分、 ・プールが小さい（泳ぐとひとかき程度）・スリッパやバスローブがない・アメニティの種類が少ない といった点で劣りましたが、お値段相当だと思えば納得です。 場所はとにかく便利で、スミニャックスクエアにも、スーパー等のあるメインロードにも歩いて10分以内に行けます。吉野家もすぐそばで、食事やショッピングにはたいへん便利でした。 朝食はアラカルトで10種類くらいから選べますが、こちらも、高級感はなく、まあまあというところです。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧でした。

Close to Seminyak Square... needs some tlc.
We chose these villas as they were located close to the Main Street in Seminyak but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of it all. The villa was a little tired and disappointing all in all. The air con in the second room leaked water, probably from condensation. This proved to be a dangerous exercise as I slipped and fell in the middle of the night. I reported this to management who attempt d to fix it straight away, but the air con kept leaving for the next 4 nights. I told management again but they insisted it was fixed. As we visited during the Wet season, Bali experienced some heavy rainfall, which leaked into both bathrooms, leaving the rooms smelling old and musty. I also reported this to management, which they said they would fix. But continued to leak every night. The wifi signal is poor not sure if this is something all of Bali experiences. The hot water worked sparingly also. The rooms are a bit tired, dirty curtains, stuck wardrobe doors and drawers. The staff were a little lacking in customer service. There are so many villas in Seminyak and I think this place needs to up its game if it wants to continue to be competitive amongst tourists. Would I stay here again ? Probably not.

One room villa was a good size for a lone traveller or a couple. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Room service was cheap and quick. Pool area was a little small but still ok. Complimentary water was replaced with every room clean.
