스미냑 내에 가격이 저렴한데 비해 정말 좋은 풀빌라였어요. 전날 밤에도착해서 바로앞 토니스빌라에서 잠깐 잠만자고 나왔는데 모든면에서 훨씬좋고 이가격에 가성비 측면으로는 발리에서 묵었던 숙소 중 가장 좋았습니다.

고객의 요구를 최대한 안들어주려고 합니다.
카야나에 대해서는 전반적으로 만족합니다. 하지만 몇가지 좋지 않는 기억이 있네요.. 첫째는 카야나에 가기전 이메일을 보냈으나 답장이 없었고.. 호텔스닷컴 측에서 두번이나 답장에 대해 요구를 하자 그제서야 답장이 왔었습니다. (첫번째 전화로 요청하자 보내겠다고 했으며 보내지 않았고 두번째 전화는 호텔 공사에 대한 거여서 여기에 대한 문의를 하며 멜에 대해 또 이야기 하자 첨엔 멜이 안 왔었다고 했다가 제가 날짜와 시간을 정확이 이야기하며 메일 읽은거 확인됐다고 하자 그제서야 메일이 왔었다고 했고 답장이 온 거였습니다.) 두번째 카야나 리셉션에 가서 엽서를 한국으로 보내달라 요구하자 2만원을 달라고 했습니다. 대부분의 호텔에선 무료인데 너희는 왜 돈을 받냐고 하자.. 우체국까지 가는 건 무료이고 2만원은 우표값이라고 했습니다. 우리가 그 자리에서 인터넷으로 대충 서칭을 해봤는데 우표 한장당 5백원정도인듯해서 그렇게 이야기했습니다. 저희 엽서는 열장이었거든요. 그러자 엽서보내기를 해준건 호주인밖에 없는데 호주는 우표 한장당 비싸고 그래서 2만원이라고 했으나 낼 우체국가서 보내보고 다시 돈을 청구하겠다고 했습니다. 결국 우체국에 다녀온 직원분은 8천원을 이야기 했습니다. 만약 우리가 체크를 안 했으면 2만원을 낼뻔했습니다. 세번째 조식때 뭘 먹을 지 체크할 때.. 밤에 버틀러가 우리방으로 왔었습니다. 우린 고추장에 맨밥을 비벼먹고 싶어서 맨밥을 달라고 했고 맨밥은 조식 체크에 없었습니다. 자기가 기억하고 있으니 맨밥은 그냥 주겠다고 했는데.. 아침에 보니 맨밥도 우리가 체크한 음료수도 없었습니다. 전반적으로 친절은 한데.. 전체 직원간 커뮤니케이션이 잘 안되는듯했고.. 고객의 요구를 최대한 들어주겠다는 느낌보단.. 어떻게 해서든 요구는 안들어주려고 하는인상을 받았습니다. 그래서 비싼 비용을 낸 만큼의 서비스는 정확히 못받은 거 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 참고로 저희는 거의 열개국 이상의 나라를 여행했으며 여러 호텔들을 경험해 봤습니다.

Best location and service
Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Every member of the staff was helpful and kinds, except for one lady(a bit older than others) at the restaurant who made us feel ignored and the pizza we odered for room service tasted stale. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Our flight was at midnight and they even offered us to take a shower before heading to the airport. I will definately stay here again.

This was our third stay at Kayana Villas but first time since Covid. Villas are just as nice and is a real oasis. we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The Kayana has seen better days. The grounds and villas are ok but in need of an upgrade in our Pool Villa there was chipping paint, cracks and stains on the floor etc. It is not a 5 star resort. The staff are friendly enough but do not compare to other resorts across Bali- on arrival the lobby staff did not assist me with my luggage and left it to my Grab Driver to carry my 20kg bag for me out of the car and up the stairs… on one occasion it suddenly poured between walking from the villa to the lobby. Upon arrival at the lobby we requested an umbrella the staff member told us it was available back in our villa (impossible to get to not under cover) gave another family another hotel’s umbrella, found a broken umbrella, didn’t give it to us and stopped looking without communicating this to us. We ended up just waiting 10 mins and running to our restaurant in the rain

Good accommodation option, location was good for dining options, villa's are kept clean and gardens were well kept, we felt the breakfast was not that great compared to many of the places we had stayed.

Kayana is older but has a ton of charm! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The beds are very comfortable. I suggest getting the one-bedroom villa. The food was OKAY, but the hotel is in an excellent location with tons of places to eat in the area. The spa was FANTASTIC!! Would definitely recommend and return.

Check all the switches are functional when you check in! It was early evening on our last night and we found that the pool lights and jet were not working. Staff arrived and found a broken fuse but there were apparently no spares and they left with no attempt made to replace it, even after we suggested pilfering from another open room. We booked the villa specifically for the private pool, so this was disappointing to an otherwise enjoyable stay

Ett riktigt, riktigt bra hotell med all service man kan önska sig. Villan var vacker och helt skyddad från insyn, även i trädgården. Jättefin frukost serverades enligt egen beställning, och även i villan om man hellre ville äta där än i restaurangen. Personalen var alltid vänlig och oerhört tillmötesgående. Snyggt och fräscht hotell med väldigt bra läge nära restauranger och butiker.

Nice villa in a great location.
This villa is aged but well maintained. The location is great, walkable distance to the restaurants, shops and beach to watch the sunset. Staffs here are very friendly and effective. The only thing could be improved is that there are only 2 electronic outlets in the room which are not enough nowadays since everyone needs to charge their cellphone battery all the time..... Also,the room is nice and beautiful but a bit too dark at night, there is no enough lighting for reading or writing... The breakfast here is very good. The floating breakfast is fun, but we found some ants hiding inside the tray, by the time we were ready to eat the breakfast, the ants were already there enjoying our breakfast...

1\ They gave me a smaller villa than I booked, I insisted to have the one I booked (they were trying to make me pay an extra charge for the large one despite that I already paid online for the large one)! 2\ The bed is uncomfortable. 3\ The furniture is old.

Wonderful villa
The Kayana was a fantastic place for us to stay whilst visiting Seminyak. Everything about the trip was perfect, with the exception of Putri on Reception, who was very miserable and condescending on a number of occasions. However, we didn't let this spoil our visit, which was amazing.

Peace and tranquility
I stayed at Kayana for 4 nights and each day was wonderful. Kayana is a very peaceful place amidst the chaotic bustle that is Seminyak. The staff are amazing and I would like to thank each and everyone of them for making my stay memorable.
