the worst hotel in bali in while long time journey
i just checked out for 2 nights this hotel although i was booking 3night. room cleaning was terrible and coffee cup has ripstick spot. also pillows...and some hairs in the room, bathroom. the location is not good. too expensive transportation.

뛰어난 가성비
제목과 같이 가성비가 매우 뛰어나다. 호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 서비스도 만족스러웠다. 객실에 대해서는 샤워실이 다소 불편하고 물이 잘 안 내려간다는 점 빼고는 기대 이상이었다. 수영장은 깨끗하고 좋았으며, 방이 1층인 경우에는 테라스 문을 통해서도 접근 가능하여 편의성이 뛰어나다. 조식은 방문 당시 사람이 많이 몰려서 그런지는 몰라도 인원에 비해서 음식이 부족하여 다소 실망스러웠다. 음식 자체도 평범 혹은 동급 호텔에 비해 다소 부족한 수준이다. 위치에 대해서는 호텔명에 누사두아라는 이름이 붙어있는 것에 비해 누사두아 중심지하고의 거리는 상당하다. 공항에서 더 가깝기 때문에 여기저기 돌아다니기 위한 목적으로는 나쁜 위치는 아니지만, 공항에서 호텔로 바로 들어오는 경우 이름 때문에 실 거리에 비해 비싼 택시비를 물어야 한다는 점이 단점이다.

Convenient to access taxi/grab services, however, not walking friendly to amenities around the area. Staff was lovely and provided excellent service. However, the room condition was worse than pictured in photos - general wear and tear with mosquitoes.

Good stay
Nice hotel. Good bed and working (powerful) AC. Swimpool is big enough but the board floor needed maintenance. Also in restaurant menu is without tax - thought it was cheaper at first. But in the restourant good variety of food. Breakfast is ok. Some pancake and fruit but mostly asian menu. Near airport and good location.

We liked it was a nicer hotel, liked the pool but there were some wires coming off the pool wall & there was some green algae in the bottom part of the pool. But the staff were amazing & so accommodating ❤️

The bed are clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and polite however must pay attention to the toilet, it must be washed properly.

We were having to ask multiple times for water and fresh towels. Also got burnt On the kettle that didn’t turn off. We left 3 days early as we just weren’t happy

Staff were really lively, couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is far away from anything of interest. If I’m the area as a tourist would suggest looking at Nusa dua resort for a hotel, not this side of the area

舊酒店，毛巾和床鋪舊得賓館也不用，套房的門鎖每天壞一次，每次都入不到，員工走入另一個爬入露台入去門囗，酒店有叫我轉房，但太多東西，費事煩

酒店房間陳舊，床鋪被套更陳舊，清潔一般，部分員工掃完地會直接掃出露台，整體是香港二星級數，不過有一樣值得讚賞，員工非常友善及helpfully!

部屋はとても綺麗で、プールやレストランも綺麗に整備されていました。 なぜか3日目のシャワーでお湯が出なかったくらいで他は大満足でした。

スタッフ、部屋の広さ、部屋の掃除等、良好でした。 ただベッドのマットレスにダニがいて全身やられました。 在住者にダニブロッカーを借りて解決しました。 また一部の滞在者がマナーを守れない感じでしたが、ホテルの責任では無いかもしれません。 スタッフの方の対応は非常に良かったです。

Super schönes Hotel
Das Hotel ist super schön und hat ein Mega Team. Keine Worte! War schon in vielen verschiedenen Hotels in Asien/ Europa und kann echt sagen, dass keines der ganzen Hotels so ein guten Service hatte!!

Veldig fint og rent hotell med utrolig god service. Rommene er veldig fine, og putene i sengen er helt fantastiske! Det eneste som trekker ned er beliggenheten og hastigheten på internettet.

幹線道路に面した便利なホテル
客室は綺麗に掃除されているので、過度の期待をしなければ快適です。 スタッフの対応も、とくに問題はありませんのでした。 ビジネスホテル感覚で泊まるのであれば、十分かと思います。

Great if you only need a quick sleep.
The hotel had friendly staff, but absolutely zero appeal. Few guests, restaurant (open-air) directly on a 6-lane highway filled with non-stop motorcycles and scooters. Nowhere to walk to, and a view of construction of all sides. Truly depressing place.

携帯電話を無くして国際電話を掛けさせてくださいとお願いしましたがダメ出すと言わた 洗面台が落ちそう又蛇口も固定されて無くぐらぐらでした　頼んだが何もしに来ない 施設で公開してるのが何もオープンしていませんでした エクスペディアで紹介する事により自分はエクスペディアに対して「？」を付けます

Friendly staff and very good food
If you are looking to stay close to the beach do not book this hotel as is about 10 -15 min by taxi to Nusa Dua beach, the hotel is located on very busy street. The room was ok, however the bathroom wasn't clean ( not up to my standards anyway) and needed to be updated. The staff in this hotel is very friendly and they provide excellent customer service (Rini in the restaurant was wonderful), the food in the roof top bar is amazing! Overall had a very pleasant stay.

Vi havde 1 overnatning på dette fine nye hotel. Maden er rigtig go, dog en smule dyrt, samt en dyr morgenmad. Hvis man er til rigtig hygge er dette hotel ikke det rette, da det ligger ud til en larmende vej. Men alt i alt et godt rent hotel, med venlig personale.

3つ星かな？
3人部屋を予約しました（シングルベッドが3台です）建物が別の棟で広い部屋、高い部屋と一緒の棟です。こちらは大・中・小のタオルがありましたが一緒に行った2人部屋の方は大タオルしかありません。 シャワーは固定式（上から）ですので少し使いずらかったです。ホース式のがきれいに流せます。お湯の量は十分。泊まった最初の日はお湯が出ず水で入って凄く寒くフロントに電話しましたが夜中だった為何も出来ずハンドルを左に回せとこっちが知っているのに変な回答しかもらえませんでした。でも次に日にはなぜかなおっていてお湯が出ました。 朝食ははじめこんだけ？と思いましたがこの値段ではこんなものなのかバリの別のホテルにも3回泊まりましたがまあいい方です。毎日ご飯・麺・ジャガイモ・スープ・・・の内容が変わります。受付は女の人より男の人のが色々とやってくれます。 タクシーも交渉制のタクシーよりメーターのタクシーのが安いです。

Hotel muy agradable
El hotel fantástico. Todo perfecto, servicio, piscina, limpieza...buena cocina en los tres restaurantes, a precio económico. Solo que a partir de la puerta del hotel ya no se puede pasear por estar en la misma carretera y hay que coger taxi para desplazarse. Aunque creo que en Bali es parecido por todas las zonas. Por tanto es muy recomendable el hotel.

Petit hotel sympa
Superbe accueille, la chambre n'est pas très grande mais convenable. La douche n'est pas terrible. Le personnel et très serviable, le petit déjeuner est bof bof ( pas beaucoup de choix). L'hôtel n'est pas très bien situé mais en moto on est pas loin de kuta et de nusa dua. Bref bon séjour dans ce petit hotel.
