Joyful stay!
Room was clean and very friendly staffs. Free shuttle service in Nusa Dua area was so convenient. But if you stay in the villa very other side of the beach you can hear noisy traffic sound that is bothering you in the morning... but generally royal santrian is recommendable!!

호텔 시설도 매우 좋았지만 그보다 직원분들이 너무 친절해 더 기억에 남는 호텔이다. 필요한 부분을 바로바로 해결해 주셔서 너무나 편안한 하루를 보냈다.

누사누아 로얄 산트리안 적극추천
로얄산트리안 앞에서 해양스포츠를 할수도 있으며 음식이 특히 맛있었고어느하나 흠잡을곳이 없었어요.. 조용하게 휴식취하긴 딱좋아요.. 다만 로열풀빌라는 완전 프라이빗하진 않아요 바다가 바로 보이는 대신 외부가 살짝 보이지만 왔다갔다 하는 사람은 거의 없어요 하지만 또 가고싶어요...

정말 좋은 서비스와 객실.그러나 공사중
서비스와 건물상태 정말 최고입니다. 근데 바로 옆 호텔 공사가 2년간 진행되어 풀에 있으면 하루종일 드릴 소리가 들려요 ㅜㅜ 엄청 씨끄러워요. 감안하시길... 근데 서비스랑 개인풀은 정말 좋습니다. very good service and pool but noise construction just beside

12월 24일부터 이용했습니다. 넓고 깨끗한 빌라는 굉장히 좋았으나 모기가 너무 많아 모기향 없이는 지내기가 힘들었습니다. 12월이라 수영장 물도 차가워서 개인 풀을 이용하기는 힘들었습니다. 그리고 옆 건물이 공사 중이라 조용히 휴식을 취하기는 힘들었습니다. 다만 넓고 깨끗한 빌라와 친절한 직원들과 성의있는 서비스와 음식들은 최고 였습니다. 또 빌라 전용 비치도 있어 좋은 분위기였습니다.

럭셔리 빌라
공항에서 20분거리에 위치해 교통편이 좋으며, 저렴한 마사지샵이나 누사두아극장, 해양스포츠등을 근거리에서 즐길 수 있어 편리했습니다. 특히, 일정상 쇼핑할 기회가 없었는데, 누사두아극장 옆에 작은 쇼핑거리가 있어 잠시나마 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했으며, 음식도 만족스러웠습니다. 행사가격으로 아주 저렴하게 럭셔리 풀빌라를 이용할 수 있어 더욱 좋았습니다. 가족 모두가 행복한 휴가를 즐기고 왔습니다.

사람들도 참 친절하고.. 빌라 예쁘고.. 날씨 항상 좋고.. 너무너무 행복한 시간을 보내고 왔습니다.. 그런데.. 로얄 산트리안리조트.. 아쉬운게.. 있어요.. 음식선택의 폭이 너무너무 좁아요.. 식당이라곤 딸랑 두갠데.. 우린 호텔과 항공만을 예약해서 갔기때문에 전일 6일중 3일을 빌라에 있었는데.. 음식이.. ㅠㅠ 그리고.. 부대시설도 너무 열악하고.. 그러나.. 빌라는 너무나 이쁘고 럭셔리하고.. 둘이 아무생각없이 놀기엔 문제없어요..

One of the best resort!
First let me say that I travel a lot for leasure and business and stay at high end resorts all the time. The Royal Santrian arguably is the best resort I have ever stayed at. This is a small villa based resort in Nasu Dua which is a quite part of Bali with many high end resorts near by. The service is simply over the top and the hospitality of the team is genuine. Special thank you to Taro, but also so many others that made our quite get away to Nasu Dua so memorable. In the suites, you have massive rooms and amazing bathroom with outdoor showers. The best part is your private pool. There is a massive beautiful pool for the resort but we loved out own pool and time together in our suite so didn't use it. The food at the resort is 5 star. The Sushi restaurant is amazing and the non-sushi options are Michelin quality. The service is just great and there is no doubt we will be back. The other nice thing is that there is a walking path between the resort and the ocean that is about 2 miles long which makes for a very nice morning walk where you can see the other resorts as well. We loved our stay! Thank you Royal Santrian for an amazing vacation getaway.

Beautiful resort and a lovely trip
We came in mid-March and basically had the whole resort to ourselves. The room was very clean, food was excellent, and the staff super friendly. We did not leave the hotel for the 3 days we were there, and if we come back to Bali will likely choose this place again.

Amazing time at the Royal Santrian!
My wife and I spent 17 days at the Royal Santrian and we had an amazing time. The weather was great, the villas were extremely well appointed, the food was delicious but the real stars of the Royal Santrian are their staff. Everyone working at the Royal Santrian from the cleaning staff to the managers always treat you like family, they are always smiling and they go beyond the call of duty to look after your needs and wants. Words can’t describe how great this place is. Loved everything about this property, utterly fantastic, I wouldn’t change a thing- the location, staff, facilities, service and attention to detail was unbelievable and first class. Best Villas in Bali! We stayed at the Royal Santrian for five nights and we LOVED every moment of it! From an amazing welcoming to a fabulous stay at our private villa! You are even closer to your own private pool located next to your villa. All villas come with their own private pool so whichever type you choose you will be able to cool off very easily and really enjoy your stay! The whole accommodation is really well thought out and provides you with somewhere really beautiful, calm and relaxing to spend your time in the utmost comfort. You could easily spend all your time in and around your villa but you should make a point of using the other amenities available. The main swimming area is amazing, so don’t miss out! This is a real private oasis. Somewhere you can come with loved ones for a truly memorable experience, some time away from daily life where you can feel at home, in your own space with everything you need within easy reach. プライベートプールは最高です
今まで旅行ではホテルの1室を借りると言う形でしか旅行したことがなかったのですが、今回初のヴィラ滞在でした。体験するまではこんなに良いとは思わなかったです。広々としていてセンスの良い快適な室内環境に加え、清潔で美しいプライベートトプールがあり、プールで遊んで、体が冷えたら外に出て寝そべると、周りには美しい南国木や花があり、気持ち良い風がふいていました。ホテルの食事も美味しく、もちろん外と比べると高いですが価値はあると思います。部屋を少し開けておくとすぐにタオルを新しいものに変えてくれていました。

Die Hotelanlage ist super und Luxus pur. Das Personal liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Afternoon Tea mit Petites Fours ist inklusive, was bedeutet, dass man keinen Lunch braucht. Frühstück ist sowieso bombastisch (a la carte im Restaurant oder Set in der Villa). Einziges Manko: wir konnten im Meer nicht schwimmen gehen, da zu wenig Wasser und viele Algen und Steine. Aber dafür hat man den Privatpool.

We spent a wonderful and truly memorable 12 days holidays in this beautiful resort. To start with, we were so enchanted by the reception and the little welcome ceremonies. But it kept getting better as we discovered our villa, way beyond what we expected, so spacious with all kinds of exquisite amenities and gardens. The staff was very professional and friendly, eager to please and attended to our every little request with genuine gentleness and their biggest smile. The resort also provides a first-class restauration with a la carte western and local cuisine, whether you choose to eat in the privacy of your villa, on the beach, on the terrace or in their delightful restaurant where every attention to details has been thought over right down to the elegant dinnerware. To start the day with their a la carte breakfast or to delight in their scrumptious afternoon high tea is a must. Travel brochures cannot convey the feeling of a place and we loved how the clean design and immaculate lawns and gardens create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation that not even the occasional wedding, which by the way provides an unexpected entertainment giving us a glimpse on different cultures, could not disturb. In conclusion, if you are looking for a relaxing, private and elegant holiday, this is the place!!

Nice, quiet private oasis
The villa with private pool was beautiful. Love the outdoor shower on a hot day. There is also an indoor shower and a tub. They provide complimentary drinks, biscuits and nuts in the room. Refilled daily. The staff is very welcoming and always trying to help. The Hotel is very quiet. It can sometime feel like no one else is there which was great. The villa was a bit close to the road so it could get a bit noisy from the traffic but nothing major. The beach is nice in the morning, but once the tide goes out it looks a bit sad. But that is the same for all the hotels on the peninsula. The breakfast was included. It was fine but nothing special. The serving are a bit small but can reorder as many times and as much as you want. Overall I would definitely recommend it and go back.

Instant favourite! This is our side of bali where it is private but still have dining options nearby. a holiday hotel where you dont have to go anywhere but enjoy your villa. Everyone is so nice and friendly and giving us tips what to do around such as biking! My partner also prepared a surprise private dinner and they executed it very well! Love this hotel

What can we say? This hotel has it all. We've stayed in some great places one the years but The Royal Santrian tops them all. Each staff member was amazing in their own right and the hotel was exceptional from the minute we arrived until the second we left. If you're planning a honeymoon then look no further!! This place is Heaven and the service is unbeatable. We are already planning our next trip but this time we are bringing the in-laws and the kids

整體上都好棒，唯一美中不足的是check in時跟我們說everything is free,所以我們以為一個可以提去海攤的提袋是免費的，因此就帶走了，Check out時要跟我們收25萬印尼盾,因為行李都以打包好，只好付了，我是覺得如果要收費應該標一下價錢，大家就不會以為可以帶走了。
