이런저런 요청을 많이 했었는데 최대한 신속하게 처리를 다 해주셨습니다. 스미냑 시내에서는 조금 떨어져있지만 그랩 잘잡히고 가성비 엄청 좋습니다

In my heaven the WOLAS
The WOLAS is the best of best villa in my life! Everething is perfect and perfect♥ When i first came here two years ago with my sister, we've got impressived^^ So big swimming pool, pretty bathroom, friendly staff , everything like a " miracle" to us. So i came back here again with my boyfriend. Because this place is so lovely so awsome! Most of all there was anothere big impression awaithing me. When i came back again, all of staff members are rembere me!! And made me special cake for us with message "Welcome come back home" My boyfriend and me couldn't stop the tears. We were deeply by it♥♥♥ We will come back again soon! We will! The WOLAS is my home Also there are all my family I do love the WOLAS♥ xoxoxo

저렴한 풀빌라
선셋로드 뒤쪽 거리에 있으며, 접근성은 택시가 있을 경우 용이함. 아무래도 풀빌라 특성상 모기가 꽤 있습니다. 그리고 침실은 냉방이 되나, 거실은 냉방이 되지 않아 저녁시간 외에는 앉아있으면 땀이 날 정도입니다. (저녁에도 아주 시원하지는 않음) 그나마 비슷한 가격대 풀빌라 대비 수영장 크기는 큼. 하지만 물을 자주 갈지 않는 것인지, 첫날 입실시에 부유물 같은게 꽤 눈에 보였습니다. 방은 침실과 화장실만 있으므로 크기가 크지 않음. 조식도 타 호텔대비 평이하거나 조금 낮은 수준입니다.

풀빌라 너무 멋졌어요. 객실의 청결함은 물론 풀빌라의 수질도 너무 좋았어요 저희는 일박을 하였는데 일박을 한것이 후회될 만큼 너무 좋았고 나중에 가족들이랑 다시 오자고 얘기도 했어요 스미냑 시내까지는 택시를 타야하지만 발리 택시비로 20000루피 정도면 갈수 있어요. 미고랭도 정말 맛이 좋았구요. 강력추천합니다~^^

아쉬운 점들 몇가지 열거해 봅니다.
1. 체크인 시간이 2시로 되어 있으나 청소가 아직 덜 되었다 하여 3시에야 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 2. 풀빌라 내의 풀장 물이 차가운 편이었으며, 수심이 1.5m로 깊어 수영을 못하는 사람에겐 위험할 수 있다 싶었습니다. 3. 스파를 이용하였는데, 두명의 스파 직원 중 한 직원이 2회 3~5분 정도 늦게 방에 들어왔습니다. 4. 아직 알려지지 않은 곳이어선지 택시 기사들이 이 곳을 모르는 경우가 종종 있어 애로가 있었습니다.

환상적이네요
울라스에서 3일간 머물렀습니다. 직원들이 정말 정말 친절합니다. 118호에 머물렀는데 방에 딸린 개인 풀장도 정말 깨끗하고 좋았고 집이 너무 넓어서 수영장 옆의 거실은 거의 사용도 못할 정도였네요. 식사도 맛있었구요. 우붓 코마네카 라사양에 있다가 갔다가 깜짝 놀랐네요. (코마네카도 친절하고 좋긴 했지만 시설면에선 차이가..) 단, 바로 주변에 뭐가 없다는게 유일한 단점입니다만, 콜택시도 바로 불러주고 셔틀도 있고 해서 스미냑 까지 나가는데는 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 차로 3~5분 거리요. 암튼 강추천합니다.

The Private pool is the best thing and made the stay quite nice . Outdoor area is beautiful. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Property feels safe. Biggest issue is mosquitos ,completely covered in mozzie bites by the end of it and so uncomfortable. Property is nice but not cleaned very well.

It is regrettable that I could not experience the many wonderful things about this property similar to what the other distinguished guests had shared here before. Pros: The pool, we really enjoyed a private pool to our own. The staff are very courteous, especially Agus and Sam. The breakfasts are quite good. Cons: there is no handheld shower, which led to inconvenience. The biggest issue above ALL is that the villa is infested with BED BUGS. I thought the stings were from mosquitoes because they told us there be would many. However, we found there are BED BUGS, and the staff confirmed it, and somehow still failed to sterilise the villa with high temperature steam. The problem persisted even when they offered to relocate us to another villa. I thought the General Manager could at least have communicated personally with us about this, but he did not. On the second to the last day of our stay the housekeeping team didn’t even bother to come, which was appalling to me. This property has lost its function as an accommodation to me, as I failed to even sleep at night. I should have just left earlier and look for some more reliable hotels instead. Even now when I am writing this, I’m still under medical treatment on the ongoing effects of the BUGS. Once again, the staff themselves are wonderful, and I have to thank Mr. Anom for the lift to the airport. The problem lies with the management, as a result, I could not recommend this property.

My husband and I came to Wola’s for our honeymoon. This was our first time in Asia and after 2 days of the 5 staying in The Wola’s we already wanted to stay longer in Bali because we loved it. So we even extended our stay and wanted to stay longer at the Wola’s. But unfortunately they were fully booked! And we definitely understand that because it was AMAZING!!! The staff was amazing! Their service was top notch!! The pictures of the room didn’t do it justice, because it looked even better in real life! The breakfast was tasty and you had a lot of choice and they weren’t greedy! You got more than enough food! Most of the time even too much! We got every day free afternoon tea time in the restaurant. Dinner was GREAT!! Normally we don’t eat alot at the hotel/resort we stay at. We ate at the hotel 4 out of the 5 days we were there, because we wanted to try everything! There was nothing I didn’t like and my husband and I can be picky. He loved the lambchops. We are now at the Gili Islands and I keep looking online if maybe someone cancels their reservation so that we can come back but it’s still fully booked! A big shout out to Anom. He is the manager. He made sure that everything went smoothly. He advised us in everything and was always reachable via whatsapp (even when he was off work). If you are coming to bali and you want to experience luxury/comfort and good service. Search no further, Wolas is all you need

The Wolas is situated in the heart of Seminyak yet it feels so peaceful and quiet within its walls. The villas are roomy, comfortable and very private. The staff here are amazing! So welcoming & friendly without being intrusive. We have stayed many times and will again. Our home away from home in Bali.

A peaceful oasis in the vibrant bustling Seminyak. Every time we would come back to the hotel from walking around town we would be greeted by the friendly staff and tranquil flute music in the lobby. It was a beautiful stay. This was our first time staying in a villa with a private pool…what a luxury! We would gladly come back.

Hébergement identique aux photos. Léger bruit de scooter le soir mais pas dérangeant. Situé à 30min de la plage à pied mais dangereux de s’y rendre à pied avec toute la circulation. We absolutely loved the space in the one bedroom Villa. Pool was awesome. Staff so lovely and always happy to see you. Had the room decorated for our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, they did a great job. Candle light dinner for two was very romantic as well. Great breakfast. Loved my massage at the Villa as well. About 30min walk to beach. Shops everywhere on the way. Would love to go back there one day. Thanks to all at the Wolas Villa and Spa.

The villa was amazing ! Felt very new and modern. The pool is the perfect size and the outdoor area was perfect to get some work / reading in as it was so cozy. The bed is so so comfy and big as well. The shower is a really good size but the pressure and temperature kept changing by itself. Definitely needs more lighting in the bathroom as it was really hard to see at night or if it was overcast but overall the bathroom was very spacious and they provide a bunch of amenities. The staff were AMAZING and we will definitely be back!

The staff are fantastic, very curteous, polite and helpful. The grounds and cleanliness were fab. The matress was very hard and impacted sleep time. I ordered a hotel taxi to pick us up from the airport, however there was a miscommunication at the hotel end, and wasnt there. I called up a d the hotel promptly dispatched a driver. There was a waiting time.
