Dear Sabine , we apologize if your stay was below your expectations. I can however assure you that our bed-linen is always freshly laundered and the villa cleaned daily . If there was a mark on your sheet we wish that you had drawn this to the attention of the staff who are always on hand to happily address any issues.The pool is described as a dipping pool not a full size pool .and can be seen as such on the web-site before booking. As far as possible we run on time with the free shuttle service . In September which is peak season in Ubud there are often traffic jams out of our control rsulting in a few minutes delay.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. True, we are not close to the market but the beauty of our villas lies in the tranquility of being out of the busy centre and traffic of central Ubud . Our free shuttle takes guests to and from the villas several times a day -, it is only a 10 minutes (4.5.kms.)drive- hope you can visit again soon

Dear Pavel our apologies if there was a problem with pool towels. We have ample supplies and they are normally replaced as required . Guests can always call the lobby to request extra towels .We always try to keep to the fixed time schedule for our free shuttle service but sometimes due to traffic or guests coming late for the trip into town there can be short delays . Guests can book the shuttle at any time for their personal use for the very reasonable rate of IDR70,000.( approx. USD5.per car.)

We are sorry you were not happy with your stay , however I would like to point out some inaccuracies . We are situated 4kms. from Ubud ,less than 10 minutes drive and the location is clearly stated on this site ( hardly considered really far away ). We have a free shuttle service 6 times a day and there are scores of taxis available in Ubud unless you are coming back very late in the evening .You travelled alone but booked a 2 bedroom villa for 2 nights ( usually accommodates 4 guests). You paid for 2 nights not 3 nights and you left only after your 2 night booking expired. It is very disappointing that even though you were given an upgrade to our most expensive villa costing USD595 per night and mention yourself that the facility is beautiful and the staff accommodating, that you give us the lowest rating possible.Guests book our villas for the beautiful environment and closeness to nature and the jungle and do not mind the noise of the tropical night..Yours sincerely, management.
