Double booked our room. Tidak Bagus
We did not stay because our room was double booked....arrived at 2.00 am and was not happy we had to leave and find another :(

Wonderful location and staff
We had a tough time finding transport to Munduk, but the hotel staff went out of their way to help us get to this remote village. The room had a great view with a cool open air shower. The food was fantastic (some of the best we have had in Bali)! The location is perfect; off the main road but close to all of the trails that lead to waterfalls and rice terraces.

Awful
I arrived very late 12.30 am, but my taxi driver rang the hotel to make sure they were expecting me. When I got there the night porter looked a bit confused, I didn't sign in or anything. He took me to a room, the whole place looked like it was disused. The room was diabolical, beds had no sheets on, dirty walls, dirty curtains, absolutely no comforts. The bathroom had a tiny basin with a cold water tap that didn't work, I don't think it was plumbed in, the toilet didn't flush, no toilet paper. The shower was in the corner, I doubt it had plumbing either, I wasn't going to try it. I don't think the bathroom had been used for a very long time. I had to go and ask for sheets, the staff were standing outside and they didn't understand me very well. I decided I would wait until the morning and get accommodation somewhere else as I was originally booked in for two nights. There was no way I could stay there. Next morning I went to the lobby to use the wifi and was not asked if I wanted breakfast which was supposed to be included and I handed the room key back, they didn't ask me who I was and I didn't sign out, and I got a taxi and went to another hotel.

Disgusting
We checked into the hotel. We were given VIP premier room. Room cleanliness was disgusting. There were cigarette butts in the room. Bathroom was filthy. We stayed only two hours instead of initial booking was for one full week. It is not pleasing when you have to hire a taxi and looking for hotels when your original hotel was diassappointing
