Staffs are so kind and polite, smile all the time. very near to Beachwalk shopping mall and kuta beach. Room was old but clean. But bathroom is too old, smell bad, not very clean.

Ok where do i start, This was suppose to be my mums 60 birthday celebration however it was just a nightmare from when they arrived. The staff were not helpful and didnt care when issues were raised. The pool was really hot and full of chemicals, which is not good for your body or eyes. Yes there should be chemicals but not that much it hurts your eyes. the bathtub couldn't hold any water due to the plug not being functional. The fridge in the room was leaking water, the front desk did try fix this was the only thing they tried to do but it was still leaking which is such a hazard near electrical. While walking out from there room there was a RAT in the hallway, not too sure if it was alive as it didnt move. The whole experience was the worst, my parents went out that first night and booked somewhere else. They told the hotel the next day they were leaving and the staff didnt care. They lost the full amount they paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are better ones in bali.

What expected from 3 star accommodation ! Rooms very old needs a lot of maintenance Doors self locked on us ! Shower floor flooded each day ! Rain shower head so blocked could only use hand held shower ! Breakfast food very limited choices! Staff very nice and helpful 👍

Slippery when wet
Enjoyed our stay quiet staff nice and helpful rooms clean but would have been good to have a chair or 2 in the room there was space for this. Breakfast very tasty and a good variety of dishes but previously there was back gate access but now locked they told us it is being looked into. Older people found the pool tiles a bit slippery as they have used wall tiles as floor tiles so had to be very cautious. But on the other hand will come again. 2 good size pools

A hidden secret
First time staying at wina and have booked to stay again. Hotel while not modern was in good condition had very comfortable bed very clean quiet and in a good location for beach shopping and dining. Wina also had 2 lovely pools Staff very helpful and friendly.

I was there for two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money. They could update some things, but overall it was fine and I would stay there again.

Very friendly front desk staff with a welcoming greeting. Rooms are clean and fresh with a high standard of housekeeping. The restaurant for breakfast was good with a lovely pool view. All kept safe by a good security.

Staff were lovely but that's where it ended. First night we had cold showers, fixed in the morning to then have another cold shower the 2nd night. Finally fixed after I complained again, builders were turning hot water off throughout the day. Shower drain was blocked so flooded bathroom when having a shower. Bathroom is tiny and urine stains on toilet seat, dirty. Sheets and towels clean though. Renovations going on throughout the hotel that we had no idea about, hotel is very run down and it would have been nice to know that renovations were happening. Didn't change hotels as it was our last 3nights after moving around the Island and didn't want to waste time moving. I wouldn't recommend staying here until Reno completed.

A hotel wina villas nightmare.
Hotel Wina bali advertised hotel bar, no bar. Hotel Wina also advertised 3 pools but one was green colour and roped off and out of bounds.Hotel had bad paint work, mould on fridge,shower was hardly a trickle when turned on,taps filthy,wooden table was damaged,water leak from ceiling,filthy bedding,cracked tiles, filthy kettle. We left after one night and asked for refund which was ages in being refunded and many visits to the hotel.The hotel said they were closing down but still tsking booking as my son checked on line.AVOID THIS HOTEL WINA AND DONT LET THEM SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY ALSO.

This is my 6th stay at this resort if you want stay in kuta its ideal for local shopping and bars staff are friendly and happy to accommodate when they can rooms can get a bit smelly but will sort out as much as they can its very Balinese and not expensive when full breakfast buffet is on pr covid its great there buffet from the 1st of may 2022 was limited with asian breakfast but were happy to make American if you asked overall was a good stay they have 3 swim up bars one was closed the swim up bars were closed but pools were clean i $pd ..$547.AUD for 20 nights cannot complain

1年振りの滞在です。今回はコロナ禍での滞在です。朝食ビュッフェが無かった(部屋に朝食が届く)以外はスタッフさんの暖かさもそのままでとても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。今回は1階のプールサイドのお部屋ですぐにプールへ行けたのも良かったです。また泊まりに行きたいです。 Terima kasih. Sampai jumpa lagi.

Our rooms are facing a giant steel fence. We had to kill a few spiders ourselves. An extra-large roach with wings entered our room and mosquitos. We had to call front desk several times requesting pest control. Although the sheets smelled really sour our room had an old musky smell. Overall the room appeared clean and we all had a good night’s sleep. Daily housekeeping changed the room smell and the room became comfortable over time.

When we first arrived at this hotel in our taxi, we were met at the car by an employee. The man spoke with our taxi driver. The taxi driver told us that the man stated that there was not any staff at the desk and to keep our bags in the taxi. We were told to have a seat outside and wait. We were then met outside the front entrance in front of the taxi and questioned if we had reservations. I showed my reservation number on my phone to the woman. She then asked us to continue waiting outside whilst she entered the building. After a few minutes, me and my two children were finally invited inside the hotel. I was then questioned further by a female staff about when our reservation was made and where we were coming from. We were asked for our passports and to sit in the lobby and wait. After some time, we were given Coca-Cola as a welcome drink. The staff then apologized for our wait and told us that it would be approximately 20 minutes to prepare our rooms. We waited so long, we have enough time to order McDonalds and have it delivered to the lobby. Not too long after our food arrived from Grab. We were given a tour of the property pool areas and dining area, then brought to our rooms.

Throughout our month long stay in this hotel, we woke up a few days with no water coming out of the faucets and toilet unable to flush. We called front desk and after approximately four to five hours, the problem was fixed. Also, one day our internet was off overnight through to approximately two in the afternoon the following day. This was really difficult because internet is necessary for my employment and my two children online school program. Without internet there is no television either. The hotel has old motel feel, the elevator is not functioning, room doors did not lock properly, there is no functioning restaurant on site, we kill bugs in our room daily, I rarely see staff on site, and sometimes our calls to front desk are ignored/unanswered. However, the swimming pool is very clean, housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable everyday, throughout our stay. And, this hotel is only a few minutes walk to Beachwalk mall and to the beach. This is why we decided to stay an additional week.

Beautiful traditionally Balinese designed Hotel.
We came here 3 times already and will come back as soon as possible!!! The hotel is less than 200 meters walk from the beach, a short walk to tons of restaurants, shops etc. yet very quiet. All is great! The pools, the rooms, the amazing breakfast buffett (don't miss it!), the beautiful sculptures all around. and most of all the manager and the staff! Thanks so much again for everything!!!

Best location in Kuta
It was clean enough but the things we didn’t like were wifi and water. The wifi was not working well in the room. The water was stinky and salty which made our skin bad to be honest. We want it to be fixed for future customers. They responded really well when we needed help on time though. Also, the staff were really nice. They called the taxi for us and kept our luggage’s even after five days of our check out. Very kind:) Thank you!!

I loved the friendly staff and a great location. We was on the third floor in a block of rooms and no lift. The stairs was hard to handle as 2 mature woman and my 2 small grandchildren. I should have asked to change day 1. The stairs killed the holiday.

また泊まりたいホテル。
少し古いですが趣のある素敵なホテルでした。 部屋の広さは2人には十分。バルコニーも有ります。 シャワー側は少しお湯の出が弱かったが蛇口側は十分な湯量が出るのでそんなに気にはなりませんでした。 プールは3箇所あります。 従業員の方々も親切で、タクシーやランドリーサービスなどお世話になりました。 私達はまた是非泊まりたいと思っています。

I do not like the pool closing at 8 PM. Indonesia has a very hot weather so it could have been nicer if night swimming is allowed longer. Hotel lobby is not air conditioned. It would be better of it is cold out there. Thank you.
