Good Afternoon,We notified everyone at check-in with a letter about the elevator and received your signature that you under stand, and offered all guests help with their luggage if they needed help... and it was only down over the weekend, our apologies, this is not an everyday occurrence. There was hot water Ma'am hot water tanks were at 132 degrees each there are 2 tanks in each building all brand new. I appreciate you letting me know. We charge the 3rd party not you, if it was booked through a 3rd party and we get less money for the room through them, and you pay them what ever the quote you which id higher than what we paid.
