적당한 가격 적당한 거리 적당한 서비스 그야말로 적당한 호텔
생각보다 위험한 지역이 아니고 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 조식도 미국에서 기대하는 평균이었습니다. 방에 전자렌지와 냉장고가 있습니다.

쾌적하고 편리한 호텔
교통이 약간 불편하긴 하지만 다운타운에서 가깝고 비교적 찾기도 편합니다. 비즈니스호텔로서는 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다. 아메리칸 조식으로 갖추어야 할 음식들이 구비되어 있고 커피도 훌륭합니다. 트원 더블 방을 묵었는데, 침대도 쾌적하고 방도 무척 넓어서 답답하지 않습니다. 피트니스센터도 있어서 운동하기에도 좋습니다. 다만 수영장이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 존스홉킨스 대학에 접근하기에도 좋아서 다음에 방문시 다시 예약하게 될 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 쾌적하고 주차장 시설도 좋습니다.

Everything was nice, with the exception of parking. There was limited parking space. Otherwise, the time spent with my family went well.

Poor service from the staff, hotel management is very much trying to save money by compromising the customers comfortability . Breakfast was not good , they say room cleaning will be done every other day only . My bathroom exhaust fan was not working , reported to them right after check in still they couldn’t fix it . Giving lame excuses to to buy time . They didn’t fix it until I checked out . I stayed 3 nights .

The hotel was nice and spacious. The staff was very nice, courteous and professional. I had an issue with my key card not working for my room but it was resolved before i left.

Reasonable priced with free breakfast but wouldn’t walk around after dark. Expedia’s advertisement said free shuttle up to a mile. Holiday express said no shuttle, that Expedia needs to update their web page. Besides that it was a good stay.

The property was The Old Town Bank and the lobby still maintained the beautiful high ceilings and plaster column cornices and plaster rosettes. Very well maintained.

Absolutely loved the old bank as a hotel! Also loved the layout of the room. Plenty of space to set up two suitcases. Nice mirror with shelf and light to get ready outside of bathroom. Great lighting in bathroom and love that it has a bathtub and shower. Desk area and nice sitting area with good lighting. Fridge and microwave always a plus. The front desk was excellent everytime we was there. The gal both mornings we stayed that was doing the breakfast always super. Always cleaning after everyone and checking the the breakfast to replenish what was needed. She was always smiling also! Over all stay was excellent. We would stay again.

No sleep and never again
Noisiest room I have ever stayed didn’t sleep a bit. The windows were so bad you had to keep curtains drawn you could actually feel the draft the shower was cold and had to work on the toilet and heard everyone else flush all night long The people were nice but that was it bums on the stoop to walk in etc

the breakfast was outstanding...Abdou was so pleasant, kind and considerate when we were having trouble with our tv... the area of Baltimore isn't safe enough for us to walk to restaurants & sightsee...parking is expensive...

If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, this is a great hotel. It's very nice inside, clean, with great staff. The rooms are spacious, kept clean and with all furnishings in good condition. Tea and coffee in the room, plenty of towels and basic toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Iron and hairdryer. Adequate curtains and the windows are thick enough to block out the sound of the highway traffic. The lobby is impressively grand for such an affordable hotel, and there's plenty of common space to hang out, with ample electrical outlets. The breakfast corner is easy to find (and it starts at 6:30am!), as are the elevators (there are also fire stairs). Vending machines and ice on the guest floors. Parking lot on the side. It's not the most pedestrian friendly part of the city, but you can walk around safely during the daytime (it didn't feel great at night, and this was reinforced by them making the front door key card access only). It's about 20 minutes' walk down along the highway to the harbor, with Little Italy's restaurants along the way. Easy check in and check out process, no annoying card hold charges.

Worse place evaer
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at voices my concerns no refund for this horrible place was told by the manager that we would receive points but never received them tried to tell me we smoked in the room when u can clearly see us leaving out several times to go smoke. Told them all about the smoke smell and the burns in the chairs in this room. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this place.

Convenient and comfortable
We boooked this hotel for an 1 night stay before our RC cruise. It was close to the port. The hotel office shuttle service at an additional cost of twenty per person (if you didn’t book through a cruise package) but it’s very easy to get an Uber also. Our check in was very quick. We did run into an issue with our key card not working but that was quickly remedied. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. We didn’t have any towels or wash clothes in the bathroom. I asked the clerk Absou for towels and we had towels and washcloths in our room when re returned from dinner. This hotel is a 9 minute walk to the Powerplant. This is an area that has several restaurants, bars, and sometime live music. Next to this there is a children’s museum. The walk was not bad at all. Our bed was comfortable enough. My back ached but my husband slept like a baby. He’s the one with back issues and said the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed this hotel with us historian charm and friendly service. Abdou was very helpful and so nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely restored old bank, now a beautiful new hote
Love it. Not necessarily the “location,” but it is downtown Baltimore, so it is what it is. However, it’s only a few blocks from the convention center, so if you’re staying the night and going to the convention center, you could easily walk. Namaste y’all

Great value, excellent service. a bit noisy-
It's a great historic building for a holiday in express. Excellent service, nice room. The only issue would be if you relight sleeper the rooms are at the exact level of the nearby highway, so it can be a bit noisy. I'm not a light sleeper so it was fine for me. Excellent breakfast as always too. Hotel held my bags for most of the day which was great. Reasonable cost for room too.

Staff was wonderful, but assertion made on travel site said they had area shuttle. They no longer do. Breakfast presentation and attendant very nice, but quality of warm food options was awful and cold.

Nice service, crap room.
Booked a standard king, got a 2 queen accessible room with a roll in shower that leaked causing the bathroom floor to constantly be wet. I walked in with just socks on and found the puddles. Damaged tile in there as well. Several channels did not come in too.
