Entire place smelled like smoke, many other guests just hanging out in the hall at night. Definitely the kind of place that people are living at.

This property was dirty couldn’t get a refund I would not recommend it .room was dirty.. people walking in from the street taking food with their hands . I asked for a refund because of the conditions and couldn’t get it so I had no choice but to stay because I was going to a funeral

Hairs in the sink. Bathroom ceiling falling apart. You could hear and smell everything from the next room. Cigarette burns in the comforter and night stand. No smoke alarm. Cockroach pieces in the bed. Black mold. Holes in the wall. It looked like there was a bullet hole in the window. Latex gloves on ground outside the entrance door. From the police or something kinky. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

There was some serious health issues, alarming concerns with our stay within the 10-13 days, but overall not a bad experience. Very shady characters roaming around and inside the hotel. The head management/manager was very understanding and nice and helped with matters. The other employee(male) seems like he's high most of the time idk, the female employees was very nice. The room wasn't bad, but the TV could have been better, noisy violent neighbors next door to us. Walls are very thin. I recommend going on here if you can't find anywhere else at reasonable prices. just keep your doors shut and mind your business and you will be ok. I do think the prices for the hotel rooms should be way cheaper, should be no more than $60 dollars.

The hotel is just trash. Building stinks so does the rooms too. Broken ironing boards and my door kept opening even when i locked it from the inside. Completely trash and poor.

Poorly maintained property in a sketchy location
This property is in close proximity to Pimlico race course. That is a positive and the staff is friendly. Otherwise I would avoid this place. It is in complete disrepair and there was no hot water by 9am. Furniture was stained and chair was torn. Towels were threadbare. The neighborhood appears to be a hub for vice activity. Property needs a total renovation. Police did a raid on the motel next door on Saturday night.

listing of continental brackfast, however, 4/29 morning, only hot tea and rolls, We were told no coffee until 9: 30 am the staff back to work!

There were burns on the blankets from a smoker. The paint in the tub was peeling and there were stains on the wash rags. It was just overall a disgusting hotel.

Hello Burn We are sorry for your expeince.Your selection was smoking room,How much guest smoke we can't control it.If you don't like smoke you should have booked non-smoking room.Burn holes in the blankets due to guest smoke in the room and they leave with holes.

Nice staff. This is a crackhead hotel..lol..!!! No food near by! Duncan Donuts/McDonalds. Fighting neighbors. Dirty walls. No floor wall boarder. Bathtub peeling.

Run down, continental breakfast was a box of Dunkin’ Donuts, clothes from previous guests were left in room, tub had lots of hair in drain , tissue under bed, no remote for tv, ants and bugs Worst stay ever. Questionable clean sheets?? clearly guests smoking pot as whole hotel stank. Nightmare
