No merit to it
The floor of my room was dirty and needed to repair. The bed was very uncomfortable. No parking lot. Front desk was kind but the traffic to Boltimore was not good. I'd like not to recommend this hotel to my friend.

Upon entering my room the smoke aroma is terrible. Then pulling back the sheets were visible stains, pubic hair. Roaches were present. The room needs serious renovations. I was so uncomfortable I left maybe 5 hrs after checkout. Never again.

The room was filthy, Roaches and mice found in room. Cleaning people asked to be blessed after telling us at 5pm while still cleaning rooms for the day to leave checkout key in room and drapes closed when we left not to turn in and checkout of room. This place needs shut down

We booked here and checked in but it was so dirty and in an unsafe area so we left and didn’t stay.

I had to play with the electronic door lock several minutes to get the door open. The bathroom ceiling was falling in and the tub was dirty. There were black fingerprints on one of the towels. Drinking cups were not wrapped and were stacked lip down on a dirty tray. I thought the name Ramada meant something, but it seems no longer.

I’ve stay at this location plenty of times thought last year! It’s a descent location very convenient to chick fila. But when I checked last Friday everything was good until my wife up angry wit “BED BUGS” BITES on her shoulders and back smh. When we lifted the covers from the bed we Saw TWO “BED BUGS “ crawling around the mattress smh it’s was very disturbing, disgusting & disappointing. We immediately packed our stuff and went to the front desk. The Lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting us a new room and she apologized but when I asked for a refund or to get compensated I was told I had to wait till Monday for when the supervisor comes in ? First red flag why is there not a supervisor on property to deal with these type of things. My check out date wasn’t until Tuesday. Monday Morning came around and I had a meeting to attend by lunch time I was free and contacted the supervisor Is which she told me that there was nothing that she can do. She also stated that I would have to write Ramada to file a complaint. Even with the video evidence I showed her she still wasn’t trying to hear me and kept cutting me off. She was very unprofessional. So I reached out to Expedia where there was sorry and I was told I was going to receive $55 credit but for some reason it’s still pending. I’ve spent $382 from Friday to tues and I honestly feel that it was not worth it and the headache and the bud bug bites. I’m am very sadden because I’ve stayed her plenty of times.

Not bad... If you all you need is a basic room with comfortable bed and hot shower. Only bad thing is the the hair dryer didn't work.

Never Again
The room was dirty. Smoke detector was gone. Hair dryer looked like it was burned up and did not work. Toilet was very low old and dirty. Bathroom door broken. Fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. Breakfast was in room 111. Heating and air had two setting off or high heat. Just hope we did not bring anything home that we could not get rid of. Take our advice RUN. Never again.

Besides the mice and roaches in the room? I booked a suite figuring that I would have a desk to work at. Instead I get a hot tub in the room straight out of the 70's. Didn't get any sleep. The room was disgusting. Mice and roaches. Hair in the shower, unfinished drywall everywhere (which would not have been bad, but whoever did it has no idea how to finish mud) I have pictures of it all. However, reading the first page of the hotel.com review page, they (the hotel) has the right to delete this. I will not be using hotels.com or any ramada property again! The next day they switched me to different room (cheaper, but no refund given) and was better ( but sleeping in my truck would have been better too) than that first room. I made of list of everything wrong with them both it and only posted the highlights here.

This hotel needs to focus on cleaning! Room smells cigarette butts and molds. Bathroom tub and toilet were worse than public bathroom. Need new management there!

Check in technology did not work for about 20 minutes. Had to call somewhere to get credit card authorization. Room was clean, but sheets had cigarette holes in them, plastic bag over smoke detectors, big trucks coming into car dealership next door until 11 PM -very noisy. But the room was clean even though lamp shade was broken, furniture was ragged, etc.

I have never been to a worse hotel in my life. My girls would not even use the bathroom. Was suppose to get non-smoking room but was not and it stunk! Walls were yellow and dirty. Carpet was dirty. Beds were horrible with stains. Toilet was clogged. Manager was very rude. He kept moving us to back of line. We had to call a number to verify we had a room. I would rather pay 300 for a better room than stay here for free.

It was disgusting. There was a condom on the floor. The door looked like it had been busted in and the lock was broken. We had to use a chair to lock the door.

This place is a run down motel 6 with the Ramada name. The tub faucets were hanging from the wall, the keys don’t work on the doors, you have to wait for someone to come open the door for you. They give you a key knowing that the door does not work. They claim they overbooked but the problem is that they have half the hotel occupied with displaced people. The website pics are deceiving. Bugs everywhere. Any positive reviews have to be from family or friends because anyone who vacations regularly and know what a decent hotel looks like, will definitely give this place a zero…so called continental breakfast looks like something they bring I. From home. The older gentleman at the desk barely speaks English and types with one finger. The manager Hiren Shah should be ashamed. He is totally aware of the problems the facility is old with old doors, paint peeling inside and out. Filthy stairwell. I had to wait in the cold for someone to open the door and refused to leave my room with fear that I would have to wait again.

The property is dirty and run down. I checked into my room and within 10 min checked out. Roaches scattered the bathroom as I cut the light on. All the furniture had burn marks or chunks missing. It took my key card 5 tries to work before I could even enter.

Loved the jacuzzi but the hotel room looked filthy and there were roaches. Also smelled like old water and mildew through out the whole entire room.
