I really liked this place. Staffs were kind and nice. The breakfast buffet was great. I had a chance to say hello to the executive sous chef and he was super kind.

호텔이 계단이라서 캐리어 들고 올라가고 내려오고 해서 힘들었네요...엘레베이터가 없을 줄이야....

너무 좋았어요. excellent
깔끔하고 깨끗하고 아주 친절한 호텔임. 비지니스보다는 가족끼리 리조트형식으로 오면 좋을것 같음. 단 수영장과 호텔객실이 너무 가까워 아침에 다소 시끄러운것을 빼곤 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

수영장은 아담한 편이고 부페는 별로 먹을게 없음 ㅠㅠ 룸다이닝 메뉴에 피자가 없는곳도 처음봄 ㅠㅠ 직원들은 친절하나 바로 옆에 사원이 있어 기도소리가 귀 바로 옆에 확성기를 켜놓은 것 처럼 들림. 그리고 방음이 거의 안되는편.. 재숙박 의사 없음

Great Stay when in Bandung
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the smell of the lobby area. They had this very nice smell coming out of their aromatherapy diffuser. They gave a yummy welcome drink too as you checked in. Too bad I only stayed for a night. I will come back and stay longer next time.

Dilarang untuk keluarga yang bawa bayi
Tidak cocok untuk keluarga yang membawa anak kecil/bayi. Asi saya untuk bayi, semuanya busuk dan dibuang. Padahal dari awal sudah bilang dengan jelas minta dimasukin ke freezer beku, sudah konfirmasi ke front desk lalu ke kitchen juga 2x konfirmasi percuma. Tidak ada minta maaf dll hanya susu asi berharga yang terbuang sia2. Hotel bintang 5 kualitas kaki lima.

Average for a five star. Spend your money elsewher
The room service is really slow and they serve u with nothing at the restaurant while waiting for your food to arrive. Staff is not helpful at all when you ask them for directions. Our room has a hidden lizard among the towels and a tiny dead lizard on the floor. I guess they didn’t do a good job cleaning up. However the food at the feast restaurant was pretty good and the spa is excellent (save for the fact that they are always full). Swimming pool has a lot of children which can be rather noisy.

Good hotel. Buffet food taste was unsatisfactory.
Good hotel. Wireless system was ON and OFF throughout the two days of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some variety but was not comparable to other 5 star hotels.
