It was a hotel with a long history with the Royal Mountain Hotel on the other side, and it was nice to have direct access to stores in downtown. There is no hotel parking, but there is a public parking lot behind the hotel, so there is no inconvenience. Thank you.

호텔 내부가 덥고 조그맣고 답답한감이 있긴했지만 전반적으로 깨끗해서 만족하고 숙박했습니다. 다만 주변에 펍들이나 지나다니는 행인들때문에 조금의 소음은 감안하셔야 하며 주차는 스트릿 파킹을 해야해서 조금 불편할수 있어요. 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다.

할말없는호텔...
위치는 정말 다운타운중심이라 좋았으나 이틀동안 이불을 사용하지못할정도로 오래되고.. 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 너무너무 오래된건물이고 방음이 전혀안되서 잠들기도 힘들정도였습니다. 위치와 직원만 친절했네요.. 9살때 가족들과 시골에서 잘곳없어서 겨우찾아서 눈만붙였던 여관이 생각났어요^^

깔끔한 숙소
시설이 오래되어서 좋은 시설은 아님. 밤에 그렇게 시끄럽지 않고, 밴프 다운타운에 위치하고 있어 이동엔 편리함. 가격을 생각한다면 그렇게 나쁘지 않은 시설이라고 생각함.

Poor noise insulation between rooms means you hear the youngsters partying in other rooms until 4 in the morning. Great location, but hard to get a good night's sleep.

As the price was fair, I wasn’t expecting much.Room was clean and adequate.Light kept coming on unexpectedly so I had to disconnect the bulbs.No parking don’t expect any and you will have to park a block away and pay. If you want to party this place is for you and will be partying till 3am whether you want to or not

This is my second time at this hotel in Banff. I love the room, staff and the convenience of this hotel. I was there by myself and felt very safe and secure. I would recommend this hotel!

Front desk was really nice and accommodating. thumbs down: - narrow hallway - two twin beds needs to be replace very uncomfortable to sleep, as it has a very limp/soft spot in the middle had to put winter jacket - the parking is not adjacent to the hotel - hotel needs to overhaul

We stayed here one night and I have to say it was a very small room but we had a comfy king bed a nice bathroom, tv, fireplace on the wall and we were happy with it . It was very clean & smelled nice & fresh the room was a little hot so we opened the window for an hour . Very quiet nights sleep except for the trains every few hrs with there horns sounding off . We will stay here again price was cheap and it was very convenient, parking was free and only yards around the corner in the parkade . Staff were friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed on this hotel if you’re looking for just a comfy clean room as there’s no pool. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from close by .

Great area, right in the heart of downtown Banff. Room was better then I thought. Clean and comfy. It says the building has no A/C, so warning for guests who may want to stay during summer. I stayed in November so luckily it wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately, there is no parking so you will have to find street parking or an empty lot in the area.

convenient location to everything
Our stay was okay. It’s right in the heart of the Main Street. There is no parking at this hotel but there is a parkade about a block away. Although it was mostly renovated I definitely think they could do a lot more. They don’t have little bottles of shampoo/body wash, it’s on the wall and not very appealing to me. Our window in the room said dangerous do not touch. There was a bathmat in the bathroom covering a hole in the wall. Our fan light turned on and off on its own, and the electrical outlets are extremely loose so my chargers weren’t fully in- I feel like this is a hazard. I don’t think the rooms are very soundproof. But we did have a nice wall ‘fireplace’ which was a nice bonus.

Noisy hotel on the main drive of Banff. Plenty of people partying inside and outside of hotel. There is limited parking around Banff and no onsite parking. It's an older hotel with thin walls and poor beds.

The lights keap on turning on in the middle of the night. That appended at least 3 times a night! Plus on our last night there was a party in a room beside or on top of us so we did not get any sleep;(

No parking close to the hotel, very small room, no hair dryer, the shower head was terrible, and the outlets barely worked. Plus the overhead light kept turning on and off randomly in the middle of the night. Small, spooky, a little annoying, but clean at least.

The location is perfect, parking is ok. The room is tiny and renovated. They need better mattresses. And update the tub showers. Very good but basic hotel for Banff. I would definitely stay here again for convenience and efficiency. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

Great location in downtown Banff. It was appreciated they put us in a room closest to the elevator since we were travelling with our dog. The food dish and dog bed provided were a nice touch. While the building is quite old it was a pleasant surprise to see the room updated and very clean.
