We are surprised to know that no one from our staff knows the information you are looking for as everyone working the desk are seasoned and takes pride knowing the ins and out of Banff. We will definitely refresh our staff with Banff Knowledge. We have been reading the notes in your reservation and it is only the room move to the Banff Ave side that was noted.You stayed with us for 4 nights and we hoped you enjoyed the tour of our beautiful town!
