꼭 다시오고 싶은 호텔
주변 환경도 너무 자연 속에 있는 느낌이었고, 호텔도 예쁘고 수영장도 좋았습니다. 편의시설도 잘 되어 있었습니다.

Excellent!!
3일 숙박했습니다. 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 독채로 되어 있는 2층 구조이구요. 부엌시설이 훌륭합니다. 수영장 시설도 좋구요. 캔모어에 위치해서 Safe Way도 가깝습니다. 한가지 아쉬운것은 세탁기가 없다는건데요. 공용으로 쓸수 있는 코인 세탁기는 있습니다. 가족 여행에 적극 추천합니다.

Our stay was great, we were there one night the room was almost like a small house, it felt very spacious and almost like home, the hot tube and pool was just great to be able to use. My wife and i would definitely recommend for a nice little get away.

The reason why we chose this property was due to the outdoor heated pool and large suite. Unfortunately the suite was very outdated, bed mattresses were quite old and soft and extremely uncomfortable, as were pillows. Bathrobes were as well stated to be available although our suite did not have any. The one bedroom was extremely close to be highway and impossible to sleep in as the wind from cars passing by would make the walls and windows shake. The garbage area was extremely congested and dirty and there were animals there looking for food when we went up empty our garbage. Bins were overflowing and garbage was piled all over the cement. The pool was by far the main attraction and only positive aspect

There is no on-site staff and sometimes it was a challenge to get through to their Central office. But they did their best to be accommodating and the suite was very nice! No consumables in the kitchen other than salt and pepper, make sure you bring plastic wrap/tin foil/oil/etc if you need that kind of thing. Overall a very good experience, would recommend

Shame the hot tub and pool were out of service because that is why we chose this property. Otherwise a good stay and convenient for town etc

Extremely loud neighbors. There is a common area that is shared with many other units and there were several parties going on throughout the night. Most these units, I’m guessing, are rentals so there aren’t any actual residents here. And there isn’t any staff to moderate. Had to ask the teenagers at midnight to please go inside instead of yelling outside of our windows and keeping everyone awake. There were probably 30 of them in the pool and all throughout the common area. Very frustrating. The unit and area is quite nice but it lacks some on-site administration to keep the rowdies and people with no respect in check late at night.

My family and I celebrated Christmas here at Mystic. We stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it! The place was amazing, close to the downtown, very accessible, and very relaxing. We will definitely come back soon :)

Great stay for hiking trip
This is our third stay at Mystic Springs. We like the units, location, pool and hot tub. It is perfect for my friend and I for our hiking trips.

The property was not in great condition and the mattresses on the double beds need to be replaced. The pool and barbecue area looked nice.

I just noticed that the bath tub in the other bathroom is clogged and notes a spot of wet area in the hallwa. I reported it on the front desk but overall our stay is good

It used to be one of the best in Canmore. Check in instruction were not clear. We we were given a key code for a door but they did not told us that there are two doors and that lock is on garden door not one that is on a parking side of the building. When we entered it unit rigged of odour. Even after keeping all doors and windows open it was still very bad. Had to spray some parfum e in the bedroom to be able to sleep. Carpets were dirty and sofa and arm chair are covered in stains. Horrible. If it was not close to midnight and pandemic i would go somewhere else. Avoid at all cost.

It is close to town - groceries, etc. Lots of space and enjoyed having a kitchenette. Was disappointed in the cleanliness.

Don’t waste your money — spend a little extra to stay somewhere else! I would’ve thought during a pandemic the place would be clean but it was disgusting. Food stains on table runner, stains all over carpet, not been vacuumed!! We moved two dressers out to plug in lights and there was garbage behind them and empty water bottles. Stains on sofa. Part of trim falling off by staircase. Hair in corner of bathroom — just DIRTY!! Expedia should not have this property listed, I’ve never been so disappointed! And it was a weekend away for our 6th anniversary. I spent an hour with disinfectant wipes and spray Lysol that I purchased at the Save-On just wiping everything down!! Thoroughly pissed off.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean, tho not spotless. Dishes were a little scarce, but enough to make do. Grounds well maintained. Pool and hot tub a hit.

Hide-a-bed had popcorn and chips in the sheets. And the carpet was dirty. Other than that it is a beautiful Property. Just needs a more thorough cleaning.

Great property, very spacious and clean. Only complainant is that the master bathroom door didn’t latch all the way so if you needed to use it in the middle of the night the door would pop open and whoever is in the room would be able to see the light

The pool was amazing and wasn’t busy. We didn’t have pool towels in our suite and there was stuff left behind from previous people (found a large quantity of containers and pizza boxes in the furnace room - but it didn’t effect our stay)

The swimming pool is amazing. My children spent most of their time there. The complex is very family oriented and quiet. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the suite. The floors were very dirty and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed it wiped down in a long time. The floor under the hide a bed was covered with potato chips and other food.

We were pleased to be given permission for an earlier check in as we had 3 small babies with us and 5pm was rather late, however, upon the lock system was tricky and it did take us a while to get access into the suite. Once inside we noticed it was very dirty, the baseboards had a thick layer of dust on them and the floors were absolutely filthy. We had 3 young babies crawling around and their hands and knees were literally brown. Not to mention, the area rug in the living room was covered in hair and other filth. We did not feel comfortable having our children on the ground or even or luggage and belongings for that matter. Our overall impression of the suite was very poor, it could use an update in furniture and a thorough clean of the carpets, floors and definitely the baseboards. The location, and pool are great, however, I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a clean, home-like environment for a family.

Room 127, was very noisy, bedroom on highway, hard to sleep. All lights and vents full of dust, fridge was with old food , not really clean, ones a while need goood cleaning.. Rest everything was fine, big kitchen, great apartment for big companies.

Average - not consistent
Negatives: Cleanliness - The pillows did not have covers in the Main room and had stains on them. Showers - You can’t use both showers at the same time, the water will turn cold. View - no view of the mountains. Self Check-In - we arrived during regular hours, 6pm, couldn’t find the keypad to enter, called around 12 times the service time before we were able to connect. Consistency - we talked with other visitors, they had no towels and many robes for the pool. We had the opposite problem. Positives: Location is pretty good. 2 double beds in guest room and 1 King Size in main room - if you have a family it’s good value Pool - nice warm pool and Hot Tub available until 10 pm. Fresh air of Canmore will make you enjoy your time regardless of were you are.
