Normal leveled hotel and service. But only taxi can be used for BTS. there is no convenient store or shopping place near hotel. But a little good place in comparison to price.

Yes, I would recommend this hotel for a stay. Older but well maintained - it’s a taste of classic Bangkok at a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn’t a success for me and the pool was closed during my stay but the impressive views from my room and the roof are great! Unique gym!Breakfast cafe open in the morning. Quick check-in, unique elements, good vibe will have me return. Bang Sue is the closest MRT so you’re a little further out from the city centre(s). Black out curtains are great, no weird smells but no mug or spoon use with the kettle provided. Otherwise - recommend!

On arrival at the hotel I was informed that the pool would be out of commission for at least 6 months. I booked the hotel hoping that I could use the pool in the afternoons after my trips around the city in the relative cool of the morning. Also, the in room safe was not bolted down but free standing. Unacceptable in my view. I can not recommend this hotel at all

Surprisingly pleasant
Before booking we read reviews and prepared ourselves for an old run down hotel - that was according to most reviews. But it really wasn’t bad. Clean everything and proper room service daily. The clerk at the desk was a love/hate kind of “Hausmutter”, one minute she was smiling over her glasses and laughing with everyone and the next arms was in the air and sighing about absolutely everything. Take it with a smile like everything else in Thailand. One mayor annoyance was that our whole window was covered with a poster hanging from the building making it like looking through a bus window with advertisement on the other side. Hotel is close to Chatuchak and Ari, not bad.

Aged budget inn/ hotel.
The location is not convenient. No BTS station or shopping around. The building was perhaps better in it's hay days but it is definitely rather aged now. Wifi was quite fast so no complaint here. There are no amenities in the room, not even a kettle so everything was very very basic. The impression was that it is quite isolated and you don't see people around in the lobby or anywhere - except during breakfast where you know you are not the only guest there. Breakfast was so so. The staffs were very friendly and nice. While cleanliness is generally ok, the age of the place does make it less appealing. The bed was ok, but the beddings and covers were quite comfortable. I only chose this place for a night stay because it is walking distance to my meeting place. Do set your expectation because it is a budget hotel.

地點近jjmall那邊，入住後才知附近很難找到吃的，入夜後行十分鐘才有一間711開着，夜間的櫃臺先生很有禮貌給我解答問題，日間的大閘出面的員工很好，很禮貌，這間酒店大致都可以，只是沒風筒，可以叫人拿，沒牙膏牙刷要買，還有最差的是要拿水壷落大堂加熱水泡茶，但半夜叫人加太煩人吧，這個設施太out了，不介意要自備旅行熱水煲和風筒，但如果能良，這也是其中可以選擇的酒店。因出市區的路不怎塞車。

Confusion on arrival check in
On arrival we were told that we had booked two rooms, after 15 minutes this finally got sorted out. I hope we don't get charged twice? I will look at my credit card when I arrive back home. Confusion on the amount of deposit we had to pay. 2,000 Baht, we had to insist on a receipt to ensure we received the deposit back on departure. The accommodation had been paid in full through Expedia

Disappoint on the hotel's reception
The hotel's reception lacks the sense of caring and servicing. She blamed me and didn't help to contact her agency or the Hotel.com's contact center when she found issue about booking code. Finally she found that the issue was caused by her mistake then she just say " sorry" to me.

ウイークエンドマーケットへの足場にと思い、選びました。お客はほとんどタイ人でした。 WEMまではバスで１０分、徒歩２０分とたしかに近かったですが、BTSサパンクワイから徒歩20分かかるので、他の場所へ出かけるのが少々不便でした。タクシーでホテル名と通りを言っても、まずわかってもらえないので、ホテルのカードは携帯必須です（それでもわからない人多数）。WEMとシーロムはホテル前の川を渡った通りからバスに乗って行けます。 周囲には食堂が２軒、売店が１軒。あまり店はありません。コンビニは少し離れた場所にあります。売店は早くに閉まってしまいます。ルームサービスが１２時ぐらいまでなので、深夜には食べ物にありつけないかも。 さんざんロケーションについて悪口を書きましたが、ホテル自体は古いものの掃除が行き届いて清潔でした。 スタッフも親切で、フロントやキャッシャーの人たちにはいろいろ世話してもらいました。悪くないけど、次回も泊まるかというと微妙です。WEMにしか行かないならいいと思います。
