위치 안좋음
객실 상태는 나름 괜찮습니다만.. 위치가 너무 안좋습니다.. 지도보다 훨씬 더 중심지역(시암 등)과 떨어져 있어서 무조건 택시나 툭툭을 타야만 이동이 가능하며.. 게다가 철도 바로 옆이라서 엄청 시끄럽습니다..

애매한 위치..
지도상으론 정말 역에서 가깝습니다. 하지만 실제론 길이 없는 기차길이라 엄청 돌아야 합니다. 물론 그 가격이면 시설 괜찮은데 구할데 많습니다. 태국 첨이라 3일 예약하고 갔는데...차라리 저처럼 초행이라 미리 예약하실거면 하루만 예약하시고 이튿날은 이동하시는게 좋을거 같네요...완전 비추입니다

The worst hotel but the best hostel
This is my fourth time to travel Bangkok. But this is the worst experience to stay at the ‘hotel’. We arrive early at around 9:00am and the check in time is 2:00pm. The google map show the hotel near the railway of airports. But it is difficult to find. And it is not a very convenience place for traveling BTS or MTR. You have to walk along 5-10 min to arrive the nearest BTS station(Chit Lom or Phaya Thai). But the location is not the element of hotel could control. So the problem is not related to hotel. Since we arrive, we told the staff that keep our luggage until we check in. I appreciate the service although the service is the basic of the hotel. I appreciate the polite of the staff too. But when we check in, there are no one help us to carry our luggage to our room. I am not saying the service is necessary. But taking care of the guest need is the one of important part for being a hotel. Also, the the facilities is not enough for the residence. Only one elevator provide for the guest which is staying the hotel. Also,there are just one air-conditioner at the corner of my room.It is not enough cool. But there are some few complement point for the hotel. First, I appreciate the room service cleaning. When each time I come back to the hotel, there are tidy in my room. The staff will send a greeting to me when I leave. And there are no deposit have to pay when you check in. I hope the hotel can improve the service that I had advice. I am looking forward to hear from you

The air conditioner was at one corner, not at the centre, so the whole room cannot feel the coldness. The swtiches are located at the back of the cupboard, very hard to reach, stupid arrangment. Toilet door does not have the stopper, keep closing. Staff are friendly, polite and nice. Room is extremely clean.

Hotel hard to get to in taxi or tuk tuk..I chose hotel mainly because it had breakfast advertised on website,however when I checked in ,I asked how much was breakfast,I was told that there was no breakfast...we like to have a good breakfast before we go sight seeing and shopping..I would have left then but because we had paid already,we chose to stay..Rom was small and about40cm between bed and wall each side...Air con was less than 2 meters on Wall at end of bed,had to be careful not to hit head...We used 4 small bottles of water from the fridge over the three days.The price list said water was 20 baht,however reception said it was 50 baht and got angry even i questioned it..I dont ,mind paying for anything,but I do not like getting ripped off..not recommended,...

Ok hotel if you just need to sleep.
Hotel has no food available, very small soaps. My room had a rat family living under the tub. Ok for sleeping, had hot water for showers not really worth the time or money.

Family room is spacious and clean. Free buggy ride to Pratunam Market & main road (Pantip Plaza, Platinum mall & massage street) make our stay more convenient. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The Best Bangkok House Best stay
The hotel is perfectly located in Pratunam area where lots of wholesale markets, night market and morning market are also situated in the area. Sadly, a lot of the street food vendors are no longer there as there is a government ban. A very lively street, full of commerce is just a stone's throw away from this hotel.

Cheap rooms are really cheaply equipped. Hardly any sockets for 230V. 5 min walk to BTS and airport link station. Friendly stuff and clean rooms

Ideal for people on a budget. No eating drinking or smoking in the rooms. Room extremely small for a couple to stay in. Bottle of water cost £1:10 in the room no complimentary water. Good location for Pratunam market. Ideal for short stay.

Good for low buget travellers
Nice room for 4 people. Friendly employees. The hotel lays at the end of the road so it's hard to catch taxi. Near the shopping centers.

一人旅だったのでホテル周辺は雰囲気があり、びっくりしたが、パターヤイ駅から近く、帰りはエクスプレス一本。深夜11時まで徒歩5分くらいのマーケットを楽しみ、プラティナムファッションモールから10分なので、帰りのフライトギリギリまで楽しめた！ ホテルの清潔感はあるし、一人旅だったので充分の広さ！ベットシーツの配色も可愛かった(^^)場所は悪くないので、価格重視の方ならイイかも！

Not that great
The apartment is right next to a railway line and you feel the trains come in. There is also a squatter camp right next door and the roosters will wake you up at 5am, even though we were on the 6th floor. Under the beds there was a build up of thick dust and the place felt a bit dingy. Breakfast was very disappointing as well

Not a 3 star hotel for sure!
I saw that this hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel. It is NOT a 3 star. It may be a 1 star but I've never stayed in any hotels under 3 stars so I wouldn't know for sure what the real rating is for this hotel. I didn't even stay at the hotel and had to move to a different hotel because the room was so unpleasant to stay in. I was afraid to enter and sit in the room because I have not seen a room like this before. My friends and their husbands stayed in the rooms because we booked so soon and as stated, it was non-refundable so they didn't want to pay for another room. I would recommend that before Hotel.com says it a 3 star rating, you go and stay in it first. Also, I would say that the hotel itself has to abide by hotel.com's regulations before having them as a hotel being recommended and booked by hotel.com. As travelers, we rely heavily on the ratings because we do not know the area and hotel by first hand experience.

Bei der Ankunft hat ein Angestellter erklärt es würde hier nich sauber gemacht. Es wurde ein Raumerfrischer versprüht. Überteuerte Preise für Zusatzleistungen. Zentral inmitten der Märkte.

プラトゥーナムに近くて便利
便利な場所です。 買い物に便利で、エレベーター付きなので、沢山荷物があっても大丈夫です。 部屋のタオルが色々なサイズがあり すごく良いと思いました。 またここに泊まろうと思います。

искали отель близко к метро, на карте он расположен близко, если идти через трущебный район, если идти по нормальной дороге, то мин 30, вообще отель расположен у ж/д в мрачном райончике самый крайний по этой улице, вид из окон на помои, персонал хороший, приветливые, это отель, для того чтобы закинуть вещи и идти гулять по Бангкоку, больше конечно там не остановимся

Bon hôtel mais petit déjeuner buffet trop light
Chambre deluxe très bien, grande avec douche et baignoire. Nous étions arrivés très tôt (7h du matin). Et nous avons finalement eu la chambre à 9h sans supplément. Donc c'etait bien pratique et sympa. Hôtel bien placé pour le marché de pratunam (c'est facilement accessible à pied). Pour acceder l'hotel à pied depuis la station de météo le plus simple c'est de longer la voie ferrée (attention aux trains). Seul point négatif le petit déjeuner all you can eat qui coûte si on le paye sur place 250bt par pers : pain et quatre quart en libre service (+beurre confiture) mais pas de vienoirseries, jambon, bacon. Les oeufs sont sur demande (compris). Mais c'est très très light pour un soit disant buffet pour 500bt à 2. Bref très déçu du petit déjeuner.

パヤタイ駅の近くにあるため、スワンナプーム、ドンムアン空港に行くのに便利なエリアにある。値段から見て設備はまあまあであるが、惜しむらくはホテルまで行く道がぐるっと大回りしなければならない。 最短にダイレクトで行くとしたら、線路沿いの道を行き、途中少し線路の脇を通れば行けます。 そういう事を気にならない旅なれた人向けの立地です。

Was early arriving to check in told room not available until 2.30pm(got room at 10.00 after intervention by boss of hotel).Offered coffee by boss whilst we waited ,then got charged for it later when we checked out!.Water is not free got charged for that too..Room was a deluxe but not that good...ok but think I may look elsewhere next time we go to Bangkok.

Budget hotel but disappointing. language problems.
Staff's behaviour is arrogant. English language was problem with them to communicate. basic requirement of Tea Maker was not provided. Hot water was on and off. Room size was very small. For Half an hour late check out we were asked very rudely for 100 Bath extra. Over all things were not good.

写真にだまされるぐらい実際は違う。
最寄り駅はBTSラーチャテーウィで、15分-20分ぐらい歩く。狭い路地をずっと歩くと一番奥にあるホテル。スタッフは悪くないし、ギリギリ英語も話してくれたけど、部屋は結構ぼろい。写真が盛られすぎているし、実際は全然違うのが残念だった。

安く利用しやすいホテルです
ペチャブリー通りのソイ１５の一番奥。なかなか分かりにくいですが、一度分かってしまえば、どこからでも帰ってくることができます。周辺は、恐くはありません。お湯も出て、クーラーも良く効き、 不潔な事はなく、宿泊には、何の問題もありません。

The room would be lucky to be a 1 star, hot water not always on, many small bed bugs, linen is throw away quality, shower is fit for very very small people, water pressure ( I could urinate more then what came out of the rose). 1 x 600 ml water (210 Bath) Staff were very friendly, not a reason to stay tho.

Worst hotel I experience in Bangkok
We only spent one night and it was awful: small room, continuous noises during the night, unfriendly people at the reception... They were as well doing some renovations with furniture everywhere in the lobby, internet not available in the room, only 1 very slow elevator.

Suhteessa siihen, mitä maksoimme 3 yöltä hotellista, olimme tyytyväisiä. Sijainti ok ja muutenkin kaikin puolin ok. Jos kuitenkin haluat vähän enemmän hotelliltasi, niin kannattaa valita jokin toinen hotelli.

Hotellet er som sådan vældig fint til prisen. Pænt og rent og venligt engelsktalende personale. Jeg bookede hotellet til en enkelt nat fordi det ligger nemt og tæt på Phaya Thai station, hvor jeg skulle ta' toget til lufthavnen. Min oplevelse blev dog desværre påvirket ret meget af at jeg i mit værelse på 2. sal blev vækket kl. 2.30 om natten ved at der sad en rotte og gnavede i min taske. Jeg blev selvfølgelig ret forskrækket og gik i receptionen for at få hjælp. En mand kom med både kost og spray, men kunne ikke finde rotten, så han sagde at jeg bare skulle sove videre. Han fandt dog et hul i væggen bag et skab som han stoppede med en plasticpose. De kunne desværre ikke give mig et andet værelse, og jeg fik ingen kompensation eller andet for hverken oplevelsen eller min ødelagte taske, da jeg tjekkede ud. Så selvom hotellet faktisk var helt fint, rent og venligt, så har jeg ikke lyst til at bo der igen, når der er huller i væggene, hvor der kan komme rotter ind og ud, da jeg stort set ikke fin sovet den nat, hvilket var mit hovedformål med bookingen.

Staff are non cooperative and dont allow any guests to come to room. Also guest have to wait in the lobby. Small rooms. The receptionist doesnt know how to speak with the guest.
