Full of cockroaches in the room, exterminated at least 4 within a few hours, & could still see some crawling around, especially from the bed frame. Bed frame & door was obviously faulty, cabinet & flooring was also dirty with visible black mark. Hotel staff are unfriendly & turn a blind eye to the room condition when putting up hotel guest for stay, images of room shown on booking page is extremely deceptive. There are hotel with much better condition around the area with the same approximate rate. Stay at your own risk!

Old hotel, dirty valley, stained bedsheet
It's a very old hotel, only few rooms renovated lokks clean. It's in the end of the valley, taxi and tuktuk cannot go in. You have pass by the very dirty and smelly valley. A lots of cockroach and rats around. The smell very strong and awful. The rooms are very old, the bedsheet is very old, u can see the stains on the bedsheet. When u ask to change room, they will tell u no room. In my case, my family stayed in level 5, u can see the bedhead is attached with the curtain. It's very unhappy to stay at the room like this.

Horrible!
Room not available upon checked-in but a real Thank God for first night as the subsequent night is HELL. Very old bedsheet & towel and the condition was rather disgusted.

Pour une nuit de transit à Bangkok. Hôtel Cozi Inn n’est pas mal par rapport au qualité/prix au centre de Bangkok pour une trentaine euros par nuit à côté de Bayoke.

Nice hotel close to.pratunam market
The best part of this hotel is that it is in the center of pratunam market, although no one seem to know where it is. I have to walk around the area 6 times before finding someone who actually know this hotel. It is in the alley across the 7-11. The down side, the hotel is far from the bts or the mrt. The closest bts is the chitlom, 30 mnt walk away. When i arrive, the room wasnt cleaned yet, so i have to wait around 20 mnt before it is presentable. The lift only goes until 7 floor. So, since my room is in the 8th floor, i have to walk up the stairs 1 more floor. The upside is they cleaned the room every day, they give me my daily bottle of water, they help me find a taxy to take me to don mueng at 4 o'clock in the morning, the hotel quite safe for a women ( i am a solo women traveler ), you can find all kind of food near the hotel.

A hidden treasure!
The hotel was understandably hard to find. It's location is in an extreamly busy alleyway that is more of a market than anything else. We called and the desk clerk came out to a neighboring hotel to guide us there. It was actually a nice surprise once we entered. The rooms were very comfortable and so quiet that I was surprised.

Terrible experience for double rooms condition!
I have booked 1 suite room & 2 deluxe room. When we are check in, the double rooms arrangement is not what we expected! The room space is very small and not enough space to put luggage, and need to climb 1 floor until the top floor to reach the room. Next morning requested to change rooms. Unfortunately, the door for 1 of the deluxe rooms not function well, my friends have locked inside and can't go out. It is a terrible experience. For the suite, the room is big enough. The hotel location is great where near to Pratunam market and baiyoke sky tower which is tallest tower in Thailand.

The Hotel is right inside the Long alley. The room is quite clean as I very scared of Bugs which I read some reivew for this Hotel.I was given 7th Floor. to me during my stay I am quite OK happy. After shopping just go up to load my stuff.

No access !! Dirty pathway
The hotel entrance is away from the main road. It locates end of pathway and no car access at all. Be prepared to carry your luggage in 50m of dirty narrow path. Good luck for those with heavy luggages.

Not worth staying
All the rooms are smoking and the place is not at a good location. Total waste of money. Stayed for 30 minutes than checked out. The smoke smell was unbearable.

Cozzi Inn room and location review
it was a good experience, not for luxury stay as we spend most of the day outside and only stay in hitel for sleep during the night. It's in a good location near BTS station and near platinum mall,good for shopping. Recommend for budget travel unless you want better accomodation and facilities. price is reasonable,however floor is sticky even after cleaning, hotel management might want to consider changing floor detergent brand. Bed is a little shaky too. Overall is a good place to stay for budget travel.

Overall good. Only problem is a get in to the hotel. Can not drive to the door step and have to walk through dirty foot path.

4 nite stay was not too pleasant. Micro ants runnin all over room, sheets were stained, bath towel provided was torn and tattered, changed only after complain, Think twice for stay!!

Located close to shopping, but hard to find
The hotel is a little hard to find as it's hidden in an alley with a huge market out front. Our taxi had a hard time finding the location so we ended up getting out and walking about using our GPS system. Be aware that on google maps there are two "Cozi Inns" that pop up. Other then that, the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are staying on the 8th floor, you will need to take the elevator up to the seventh floor and walk the last floor up to your room.

Good location but the hotel are very old and dirty
The room air-condition are not working after few compliant staff said nothing they can do about it. The air condition drip water and the floor is all wet.
