Convenience to stay for shopping...
Located in middle of Soi 15, so very easy access to Pratunam area, even Siam Paragon or MBK for shopping. In room there are small insects and small red ants (fireants?) who are after foods. That was the only nuisance. All else is acceptable and ok.

This place is cool. I like the room as is clean and comfy. Just that the toilet probably need to double up the cleaning. Is not that dirty, but the side of the floor and wall are really dirty if you look into it. There is a cafe at the reception place, foods are great with affordable price. It opens from 7am to midnight. Staff is good and good manners.

Better choices around for service and rooms.
One of the more often mentioned hotels in travel blogs. I think it is overrated. Booked for 2 night to try out, moved out the very next day. Counter staff looked uninterested and not helpful. Room is small and the top level looks old and somewhat dusty on the outside. Breakfast is pretty decent.

It's cozy and clean. The room might be a little bit small but acceptable. 7-11 just 3 mins away. Will recommend this to friends.

Security was good. Card access lift. Breakfast eggs cooked well. However, note restriction of order at below 120 baht from menu. The bread, hot drinks and fruits was all you can eat for breakfast. There is a coffee place within hotel premise which sells pretty decent coffee and opens till midnight. Towels in room very worn out. Room itself was small with tiny window but for guests who just need a place to sleep, its convenient. Located in Pratunam area close to street shopping and good local food. Trains are within 15 minutes walk.

Great Location.
It was great. From airport (DMK) to hotel around 35-45 minutes by grab car. 500 bhat for deposit. Rarely at the room since our intention at Bangkok is to shopping. Staff really great by borrowing us the umbrella. Nearby money changer giving really good rate. (they refer to XE currency apps). The location was nearby Platinum Shopping Mall. 5 minutes walking. Siam Centre and others were 10-15 minutes walking distance. short walk to nearby 7e, night market.

This location is strategy, conveniences to the local store and surrounding by the massage shop, convenience store and local restaurant. Dislike only the road condition is bad, it may damage your luggage rolls.

Strategic and convenient location. Walking distance to Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. Many tuk-tuk and taxis passed by. Hotel room is cosy and breakfast is good. The only lacking is the storage/cupboard for clothes.

Acceptable budget hotel
Friendly staff, convenient location and good cleanliness. Downside is that the walls are super thin, so you can hear footsteps or conversations outside your room. The bed is super hard, and the plastic wrapper was still intact which made it very noisy when you move/adjust your sleeping position. Aircon filter wasn’t working so well as the room smelt like sewage water with a mixture of damp smell. Apart from that, it was acceptable for the price.

Very accessible
I booked the wrong date for my hotel stay and the hotel staff was very kind and friendly to allow me change date on the spot without the need to pay extra. The hotel vibes is very good as well as they practice minimalism esp the room itself. Bed was extra comfortable and toilet is very clean as well. One thing I dislike is the weak WiFi but that is not a major issue as I can just use my data card. Nothing to complain for the price I paid for it.

Good stay
The room is a bit small but it is clean. The shower is not working well especially at night, no hot water.The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is very good, walkable to pratunam market & platinum mall. Very convenient for shopping & eating.

it's a cozy hotel if you don't mind going into a small lift or using a small toilet and small walking space. our experience was alright, just that on the last 2nd day there the hotel staff forgot to come back to our room for housekeeping.

10 minutes to main shopping district
Cleaniness of the hotel is poor. Found used contact lens, facial sponge and used shampoo in the room. The sink was rusty n full of hair. Towels were yellow. Basic hotel but if with the pricing of $60 per night, I can find in other hotels along the same district which is cleaner. Will never stay in this hotel

Clean and homely hotel
Within walking distance of pratunam and Platinum shopping mall, so if you're in Bangkok for shopping, this is the place to stay at. It's situated on a quieter street away from the main hustle bustle which means you get to enjoy your sleep. Clean rooms and has a really nice cafe on the ground floor. Great breakfast!! You get 15 options or so to pick from and they're cooked straight from the kitchen. Not bad at all for a small sized hotel.

The stay was not comfortable. The bed was really hard. The bed linens were rough and uncomfortable. The room had a gasoline kind of smell. The ceiling was low so it made the room seem even smaller. The room was not bright enough. The shower was small and the door opened into the shower so you have to squish yourself towards the wall to get out. The elevator was very small. The hallway was dark and creepy.

Modern scandinavian themed hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great.. the room was scandinavian theme. It's a bit small, esp. If you take the triple room. Bath room was relatively small too but everything's work better. Overall i enjoyed my stay here, everything was pleasant except one thing.. theres no mirror in your room, so if you are a girl and want to do some make up you have to go to bath room since thats the only mirror in your room. Location was great. It was apprx 10 mins walk to platinum mall, and 5 mins walk to the pratunam street food.

Great Location
The rooms are a tad small however still acceptable. Right next to a 7-11 and a few massage shops to choose from nearby. About 5-10 minutes walk from the popular Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market.

the bed is super hard and the shower towel looks dirty. drink cup will not wash after the cleaner tidy up the room.

For the price we'd paid, it was a good stay. Clean, spacious enough for a big suitcase (maybe 2 medium sized ones) to be opened up in the room. Not enough hooks to place towels and other items of clothing; had to drape towels over bathroom doors and you can see it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned. Front desk staff were nice but not really friendly - don't expect to get a "hi" when you go back to the hotel. However, for the price this was really a great hotel, and it's super close to a lot of shopping areas. We only managed to find one English channel on TV (Fight channel) - one of us was sick and had to stay in the room the whole night so we watched games after games of boxing. Overall, decent hotel and live up to its price range.

great hotel near shopping mall
Good room condition. king size bed. hot water available. Very clean and neat. Nice breakfast (not so many selection but okay). Location is superb. Near to everywhere. Walking distance to phaya thai SBS station --> so you can go to Siam, MBK center, etc. Also walking distance to Platinum fashion mall, pantip plaza, pratunam market for people looking for shopping. There are a lot of massage parlour near the hotels if you tired after shopping. Very easy access to get taxi and tuk tuk. Also, you need to deposit 500 baht at receptionist.

Quite new hotel near to partunam market
The receptionists were not that smiley but very accomodating. The hotel was right next to lemontea hotel, thus when you mention lemontea, the taxi driver is able to know the location. Down the alley is all the massage palours. Next to The Period is Foot Heaven, a palour managed by Singapore company. Out the alley is Glow, then partunam market and platinum. Super convenient!
