My second time staying with Barry and Josephine, wonderful hosts! They have a breakfast menu, but try to accommodate individual requests. My view upstairs overlooked Bantry Bay! Location is close to the town centre, but not “in town”. Lidl nearby. Property is gorgeous and it feels like staying with friends!

Ospitalità impeccabile!
Esperienza del tutto positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. Camera e bagno molto luminosi, ben arredati e ben attrezzati (Asciugacapelli, Piastra, prodotti da bagno, convertitori per presa elettrica...). Materasso ottimo, camera con splendida vista. Colazione ricca per quantità è qualità. Ma la vera differenza fa l'arte di accogliere con attenzione e tanta cura per rendere un soggiorno perfetto!

Gorgeous view overlooking Bantry Bay from my room! Clean and very nicely appointed. Most gracious hosts that accommodated my every need! Ideally located and about a 20 minute walk to the town square. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler!

Zeer schone kamer met een comfortabel bed en grote badkamer. Prettige ontvangst en goed ontbijt. Locatie om 5-10 minuten rijden naar het centrum. Mooi uitzicht! Kamer voor €98 is natuurlijk wel vrij prijzig voor een B&B

Fantastic B&B with amazing views. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.Thoroughly recommend it. It took a little finding as it is set back and can't be seen from the main road with a small sign that we missed on the first pass!

This is a beautiful and wonderful place! Josephine and Barry are delightful and very knowledgeable about the area. Their recommendations were super! The village and surrounding sites are amazingly beautiful! Loved it!

Nice hosts, a bit offside the main street, which is great. For People like me, who like to walk, still within walking distance to the city center of Bantry (20min).

What a sweet place! The room was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I took advantage of the short walk into town for dinner after checking in. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful and we met a few nice people as we ate. We would absolutely recommend the Edencrest.

Fint B&B i udkanten af Bantry,- centrum kan nåes på gåben, på 20 min Værtsparret er flinke og meget opmærksomme. Det værelse vi fik, var stort og med stort badeværelse med bla boblebad, men vi fik vist også suiten ;-) Meget lydt, så forvent ikke det store privatliv. WI-FI i høj kvalitet.

If you are using a GPS, it does not take you directly. You need to go after Bantry city center about 1.4 Km. The B&B is great and so are the owners

The Edencrest was exactly what a quality B&B should be - extremely helpful and kind owner/staff, comfortable beds, nice sitting room overlooking a stunning view of the lack, quiet, clean, quality-furnished rooms, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of varied made-to-order menu choice that far exceeded your typical Irish breakfast (omlettes, french toast, variations on hot breakfasts, smoked salmon, cheeses, etc). Easy to find, just off the main road on your way into Bantry from Cork. Will absolutely stay here in future.

Génila. Bon certes nous avions 2 chambres : l une donnée sur la baie de Bantry mais l autre donnée de l autre coté! pas de chance. Sinon, la gentilesse des propriétaires est géniale. C'est une super adresse qu'il faut recommandé. Le pdj est excellent. Pensez juste a garder un peu de place pour gouter le pain fait maison! il est encore meilleur que le reste du pdj!!!

Sehr gemütliches B&B mit toller Ausicht
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Edencrest B&B. Eine sehr bemühte Gastgeberin hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Auch wird das B&B gut unterhalten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig & lecker. Das B&B liegt ein wenig ausserhalb von Bantry, weshalb wir das Auto nahmen um in das Städtchen zu fahren.

Josephine gave us a warm and friendly welcome on our arrival and offered chocolate cake to have with our tea. Full of good advice, including where to eat, which we followed. We had a great room with a wonderful view over Bantry Bay. Very difficult to know what to choose from the wide breakfast menu but I would recommend the kippers. Alll the food was presented execellently

Beautiful Home & Outstanding Hospitality
This very beautiful home within a few minutes drive of Cobh harbor is a must stay if your in the area. Pam is an excellent hostess and a superb cook. We can't say enough good things about Knockeven House and will be back next time we visit Ireland.
