Before arrival it was explained to you that the property you had booked was the economy apartment and not located on the beach as you thought we also sent pictures and exact located of the booked apartment so as to give you the opportunity to consider other options in regard to your accommodation.We are sorry that you did not like the apartment and hope that you did manage to have a good vacation.

We regret that this guest was dissatisfied after booking a non-refundable low-cost studio with one double bed. Unfortunately this was unsuitable for her and her son and she was offered a larger apartment at a higher price which she refused. In an attempt to alleviate the situation we negotiated a discount with her and she said she quite understood our position and accepted the discount. The apartment was kept for her use for the entire duration of her stay even although she moved out.
