The property is very clean. Staff is mostly attentive. Beach is quite rocky, hard to walk into the water to snorkel. We had difficulties with anyone engaging us for a drink while we on the beach. Their website specifies 24/hr room service, this is NOT the case. Their welcome brochure specifies in room breakfast was available until 11 am. This was also NOT case. We tried to order in room dining at 10:10 am and were told it was not an option, but instead offered their breakfast buffet to us which ended at 10:30. We said no thank you. When we did go to the beach, shortly before 11 am, they informed us they were holding the breakfast buffet open on for us, which at that point we had no interest. Had they communicated they were holding the buffet open, we would have gladly come down sooner to eat. What they advertise on their website & their welcome brochure, compared to what is offered is very different. They had us sign a "pass card" upon check in, which allows us to visit the sister resorts. We were told that we would receive the laminated cards the next day, we did not receive ours until the evening before we checked out, 4 days later. Our AC went out in our room, we had to move rooms. It was a fairly seamless issue, as they were helpful in moving us. It's a very unfriendly resort, they do nothing to get guests to mingle. We had to ask for our Expedia VIP amenity as well. We've never had to ask for that at other resorts worldwide. We would not recommend this property.
