Good location
Everything is good except for the parking lot. The reason why I selected this apartment was the parking fee was included but the parking lot in basement needs the highly level parking skill. :) No dishwasher and not enough power socket.

조용하고 아늑할 침실, 편리한 접근성, 요리하기 좋은 주방
까달루냐 광장에서 도보 15분 정도 거리에 있구요. 보께리아 시장이나 쇼핑가, 까르푸 마트와도 접근성이 좋습니다. 지하철역도 가까우며 객실 크기가 크고 시설이 좋아 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 요리하기에도 좋은 주방을 가지고 있습니다.

Really nice and cosy apartment. In my visit the only issues were little trivial things like: not having a greeting/communication of simple things like wifi details and recommendations of the surroundings (supermarket, restaurants etc.) and no change of towels, or given the option to, at least once in 5 days. Apart from it would definitely recommend it.

Excellent!
The place was excellent , it was 15 minutes walked to Sagrada Familia, a 5 minute walk to Tour Bus station ( Barcelona TuristicTour Bus ) Red line - Arc de Triomf stop and a lot cafe and grocery near the hotel. A big space for a family 4 . you can cooked also. over all it was very good stay.

Appartment clean, held 6 comfortablely as described. A few items left to help wash dishes very handy, plenty of kitchen equipment etc. Would recommend and will stay again. Door and apartment entry system worked well

A great stay
Great location to sites & restaurants. (note - we are walkers). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to "settle in" for our stay. (2 adults & 2 teenagers) As other reviewers mention, they are not on site - but I found them responsive to messaging & emails. We came in on a cruise ship and arrived around 9/9:30 am. They were able to accommodate our early arrival. They can also make airport transfer arrangements (separate fee - but saved me the trouble - not sure of company - but driver was early, professional & courteous) Overall a great stay.

Vraiment très bruyant et beaucoup de jeunes qui font la fête toute la nuit. Matelas de base et de qualité moyenne. Bien situé et beaucoup de commodités pour se faire à manger. Si l’insonorisation ne vous importune pas trop, à recommander sinon, passez votre tour…. Aussi, piano au rez-de-chaussée : très mauvaise idée pour les fêtards qui s’amusent à en jouer à toute heure de la nuit après une soirée bien arrosée!

Super appart pas loin de la Sagrada, facile d'accès mais un peu décentré par rapport aux ramblas. Propre et confortable. Idéal pour une famille. Deux salles de bains et tout l'équipement pour passer quelques jours à Barcelone. Checkin auto super facile. Top

HORRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE This was a terrible experience. I booked a nice 1 bedroom apartment. They were not emailing me and did not send me the information to get into the apartment. I was arriving at 1AM so I needed that information since I knew it would be hard to contact anybody at that time. Well, it was hard to contact anybody in general, especially now to obtain my refund 2 months after. On the day of my arrival around 2PM when I finally reach them they tell me my reserved apartment had some problem that something broke so it was not available but that they had another one I could use, it was in another area and they told me it was an upgrade and had 2 rooms (to which I said I didn' care since I booked 1 room, so having 2 rooms was no upgrade for me). Since I was arriving at 1AM and was traveling during the time we were communicating I was not able to book another place in such short notice (2-3PM while I was at airport/flying) so I arrive at this new place at 2AM. It was nasty, very dark, no AC!!, very ugly and looked very cheap compared to the pics of the other apt. It looked like a horrible downgrade while I was paying for a better apartment, so the next day I tell them I don' want to stay there and requested a refund for the rest of the stay since they didnt have my actual reserved apartment available. They said it was ok. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard back from them or Expedia (who is allegedly trying to reach them to no avail) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Great location for seeing the sights in Barcelona. Our apartment was in need of repair/ replacement in some areas. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and looked like water damage was the cause. The sofa bed in the living room is in desperate need of a new mattress. There is no reception at the property but there is a phone with a sign that says to ring them if you need anything… don’t bother no one answers and we tried 4 times. Communication prior to the visit was poor and I had to ring the day before we travelled because I had no address or code to access the building.

No one was available for check in and staff did not provide access info prior to arrival. It’s been over a week since we checked out and still have not received refund of $300.00 deposit. No one from office has responded to my request for refund.

Great location, but we stayed 3 days and had no wifi inside de bedroom. Besides the sofa-bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The two main beds were comfortable tho.. Also the hotel has no staff working there but instead has a phone to call the reception and you have to do almost everything through the phone.

Τέλειο διαμέρισμα για 2 άτομα!
Το διαμέρισμα μας ήταν καθαρό. Σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ήταν ευρύχωρο και με μεγάλο μπάνιο. Υπήρχαν έξτρα καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Βρισκόταν κοντά στα καλύτερα καφέ της πόλης και σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Πολύ κοντά στο Arc de Triomf και στο Parc de de la ciutadella. Η στάσεις του μέτρο βρίσκονται λίγο μακρυά για κάποιους που δεν θέλουν να περπατήσουν πολύ ενώ οι γραμμές μπορει να μην βολεύουν για τα αξιοθέατα που θέλουν να επισκεφτούν. Συνιστώ να ενοικιάσετε ηλεκτροκίνητο μηχανάκι της εταιρίας Yego έτσι δεν θα δυσκολευτείτε σχεδόν καθόλου για τις μεταφορές σας. Θα εμένα άνετα ξανά εκεί στο μέλλον.

It was a good place, the only thing I didn't like is that they don't have a front desk where you can check in, you have to make a call so in my case was kind a hard because I'm from America and i didn't have a phone with me only 4g no calls but everything else was ok

The apartment was in a very strategic position, 15 minutes away from metro and the Basilic Sagrada Familia, 5 minutes away from restaurants and small supermarkets (walking).

Le studio ne possède pas de fenêtres, seulement un puits de lumière, on ne sait donc pas le temps qu’il fait ...... Heureusement très confortable, mais ne donne pas envie de se poser !dommage !
