We tried to accommodate you anyway and we offered the refund to Expedia already (as you booked via Expedia). They should get in touch with you soon. Regarding the phones, Once you made a check-in, you received confirmation code which can be used beside the app, so you can choose if you want to use the code or app for opening the doors. The area where the hostel is located is 5 min. from the beach and 10 min. walk to subway. You can get to the city center in 20-25 min by subway.
