El peor alojamiento de mi vida
Pesimo, es una verguenza que hoteles.com pemita que haya ese tipo de locales de alojamiento. Ademas es un robo el precio que cobraron por algo que no vale la pena ni entrar, peor alojarse. No utilice las 3 noches de alojamiento que pague 447 euros, ya que por el precio pense que era algo mejor.

Never again
We arrived to a room with dirty beds, called the reception who couldn't help us with cleaning, new room or moving to another hotel. We found a hotel on our own and asked for a refund from City Ramblas through hotels.com. The receptionist fabricated a story that we can disprove with recordings and written communication and she refused to reimburse us the money. The room was of course available for other guests the very next day in the middle of Barcelona, so they got potentially double paid for half the job. Hotels.com on the other hand gave us a partial refund and were fair and professional as always.

Eerie up a dark staircase.
In view of the fact the room is on the 4th floor it would have helped to know there was no lift and the lighting up the stairs was not working. Precipitous to say the least! Have to be particularly tiny to fit in the smallest shower in the world! However the position was excellent.

Did not like not having at least small lift for luggage. Noisy travellers who kept slamming doors late at nights without a care for others visitors in the next rooms. Lovely old style building close to everything and all the action.

Bad experience
Had a bad experience with this booking. The check in office is far from the location so when you have a problem there’s no one available to help you at site. After checking in and going back to our room when opening our room door we get surprised by a messy room with someone else’s belongings, they never checked the room was clean and empty before assigning it to us. It was late, we had arrived from a long day of travel with my 11 year old son and we didn’t have a room to rest, by the time management sent someone to resolve our issue it was almost midnight! The room that was originally assigned to us or the replacement room were not even close to what was show on the pictures that were shown on your site, we were expecting a decent $70 room and we were given a $30 dollar pension room for the same price. The pictures are deceiving, you don’t get what they advertise. They can charge what ever they want for their rooms but you expect to get what you see on Hotels.com, a decent room with a twin bed (shown on the posting on your site) and we ended sleeping on two tiny really uncomfortable beds. The icing on top was that my son had several bites in his legs that looked like flea bites the next day. I think I deserve a refund. I have pictures as proof but tried to upload them several times without success.

L’emplacement de l’hotel est bien situé, directement sur la Rambla. Malheureusement l’hotel mériterait quelques travaux. Trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Det var väldigt mycket trappor upp till boendet, menar en hel byggnad på 4 våningar. Det var en bit att gå upp för trappor. Och väldigt varmt i rummet.

Great location. No staff available on locaton. Had to walk 6 blocks away to pick up key and then return to room. No elevator and even though site says rooms on 3rd floor they are on the 5th floor. Would explore other options.

Check in ist in einer anderen Straße ca. 1 km entfernt. Ich wohnte im Floor 3 oder 112 Treppenstufen um sich das besser vorstellen zu können. Es gibt kein Lift! Das Treppenhaus ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, schlecht beleuchtet, lose oder fehlende Fliesen.... Mein Zimmer hatte ein bodentiefes Fenster zur Straßenseite LaRambla. Leider war der ebenfalls sehr alte desolate Fliesenboden nicht gereinigt. Es waren noch Spuren vom Gast zuvor auf dem Fußboden vorzufinden. Die Wände waren beschmutzt und hätten dringend einen Anstrich nötig. Der Mülleimer musste ich vor dem Bezug des Zimmers auch noch leeren. Die Etagen Duschen und WC‘s nutzte ich nicht.

On La Rambla, but still quiet at night
Great location, and surprisingly quiet considering it’s on La Rambla. It’s a 2 star place, no more, no less. You have to pick up the keys from about 1-2km away, which may be painful if you have luggage

Locatie op kop ramblas is gaaf. De 100 treden naar boven en de gedeelde douche is te overzien, waren het niet dat één van de twee douches kapot was, bij de andere de boiler soms leeg, de douchecabine niet kon sluiten, en een keer het wc papier op was. Tenslotte hadden we pas na bezoek van een service medewerker stroom en licht in onze kamer. Gezien prijs 70 per nacht voor 5 nachten in april was de verwachting niet hoog, maar was de kwaliteit toch nog minder dan verwacht.

Pension las Ramblas
La pension est très mal entretenue, une douche n’a pas d’eau chaude, les wc pas de bouton poussoir, les portes grincent, pas de double vitrage, le volet ne ferme pas, peu ou pas de wifi, la peinture s’ecaIlle dans la SDB la porte de douche ne ferme pas, les murs de la chambre sont sales. Seul l’emplacement est top 😉

Almost perfect
The absolute best location, close to everything from tours, food, shows, souvenirs and atmosphere. The downside and no I'm not referring to the stairs, or the room itself......the property needs to be fixed up a little. The 3rd toilet needs to be available. They need a seating and dining area and kitchen (not as stated on site). There is NO KITCHEN. fix these small things and it would be 5 star

Amazing stay
An amazing stay in a beautiful room. We got upgraded to a suite when we arrived and our room was stunning. Brilliant location, easy walking distance to some greats bars and cafes. The street art of display around the hotel is also fantastic

Greit rom til billig penge
Helt fint rom svært sentralt i byen, for den som er opptatt av en enkel overnatting, uten luksus og frokost. Litt mye lyd fra nattelivet i hovedgata Le Rambla, men ellers helt fint. Nøkkelen måtte plukkes opp på en annen adresse noen kvartaler unna. Fordel/ulempte (fritt valg): Sjette etasje. Alt i alt, veldig bra prisen tatt i betraktning.

would not recommend
Not a good place for families or people with heavy luggage. No elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. There was no hairdryer. No air conditioning- only a small oscillating fan that only provided slight relief from heat. No bathroom in our room. On the floor were 2 bathrooms, but the shower in 1 was out of order. People in other room across from ours were smoking weed and cigarettes which made our room smell horrible. There was free wi-fi as advertised and a small room on our floor with a refrigerator and microwave.

Aunque la habitacion es muy centrica, el edificio da mucho a que desear debido a que no estan iluminadas ni siquiera las escaleras de acceso, falta personal fijo en el hotel ya que es muy incomodo tener que ir a recoger las llaves a otro edificio que esta a mas de 15 min en metro. Fuera de eso, las camas comodas e instalaciones del baño funcionaban bien.

Nice basic place, but don't go here in summer!
Vores værelse var en ovn, med et vindue ud til en skakt der også var en ovn. Tror også at man kunne få værelser med vindue ud til ramblaen, det havde været meget bedre. Trapperne er mange i den stegende hede og jeg vil kun anbefale dette sted udenfor de varme sommer måneder. Man skal gå med alt sin bagage til en anden lokation og hente nøgler, det var også stramt i varmen. Alt i alt perfekt beliggenhed, flink personale, men alt, alt for varmt. Det ene ben faldt af vores seng, men vi fik sat det på igen, vores ventilator gik i stykker men vi fik en ny.

Ho prenotato e pagato una camera doppia per due giorni, ci è stato cancellato il Volo al momento dell'anno partenza e nonostante io avessi avvisato l'hotel di questo imprevisto quando siamo arrivati il giorno dopo ci è stata cancellata la prenotazione senz'altro alcun rimborso e abbiamo dovuto pagar un'altra camera nonostante c'è l'avessimo Gia pagata.

After five days this was my experience Pros - location in Las Ramblas - provides a fan for the hot weather Cons - Was told it was located on the third floor but was actually on the fifth, with no elevator and bad lighting on the stairs - the building was older and looked neglected and not properly taken care of - the mattress was terrible,it was obviously old , overused and dented so we could not rest properly. The bed was also too small for a double bed - too expensive for what was offered - very different from the photos provided
