너무도 만족했던 숙소
바르셀로나 여행의 중심 카탈루냐 광장 바로앞 . 근처 주요식당 관광지 인접. 호텔 상태도 서비스도 아침 식사도 매우만족. 우리 가족 이 호텔 가기위해 다시 바르셀로나 가고 싶을정도.. 추천합니다 ^^

위치만 좋아욥
데스크에 계신 직원 분들은 친절하셨지만 청소 상태 엉망이에요. 이런 호텔 처음 봤어요. 시트도 잘 안 갈아주시고, 화장실도 물기만 대충 말려 수건 채워주는 게 다 입니다. 한국 모텔도 이렇진 않아요. 위치 빼고는 별로 추천해주고 싶지 않네요.

공항 접근 및 주변지역 둘러보기에 이정도 입지가 없는 것 같네요. 호텔 서비스도 대체로 괜찮은 편입니다.

추천 안 합니다. 책임감 없는 리셉셔너들!
위치는 매우 좋습니다. 어른 둘 아이둘 묶었는데, 슬리퍼 칫솔등 1개씩 제공되어서 더 요청해야했고, 밤새 히터가 나오지 않아서 다음날 작은팬을 제공 받았습니다. 체크 아웃하고 짐을 맡겨 놓았는데, 비행기시간 맞춰 짐 찾으러 다시 호텔로 갔을 때, 짐을 넣어놓은 방에 문이 잠겨있고 열쇠가 없어서 40분을 기다려야했습니다. 결국 남자 직원은 몸으로 부딪혀서 문을 열었고, 리셉션에 있던 여자 직원은 상황을 다 알지만 자기일이 아닌듯 어떤 도움을 주지 않았습니다. 비행기시간이 촉박해져서 걱정이 많았는데, 호텔에서 택시를 제공해서 공항까지 다행히 늦지않게 이동했습니다. 단, 택시를 타면서 비용을 호텔에서 내는것이 맞는지 재차 확인하자, 화를 내며 면전에 대고 예스예스예스 하며 소리쳤습니다. 이런 경험은 처음이었고, 모든 직원은 불친절했습니다.

카탈루냐 광장에서 걸어서 3분도 걸리지 않습니다. 위치가 매우 좋고, 주변 다른 숙소와 비교하여 방이 매우 넓고 쾌적합니다. 서비스나 청소 등은 무난한 수준이였고 특별한 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 단 난방이 잘 되지 않아 약간 추웠고 히터의 소음이 다소 컸습니다. (1월에 투숙함)

카탈루냐광장에서 가까운 호텔
가격대가 가격대인만큼 서비스가 좋았던 것 같다. 청결도는 물론이고 미니바 접근성 등등 아쉬운 점이라고는 내가 그 시설을 잘 활용하지 못한 점이다. 가격대가 가격대인만큼 호텔 조식이 19유로로 약간 비싼점이 흠이지만 나머지는 다 좋았다.

최상의 위치
최상의 위치의 호텔로 reception의 직원이 아주 친절하고 사먹긴 했지만 조식도 유럽호텔 치고는 괜찮았습니다. 다만 가격대비 방과 욕실이 조금 낡았구요 다른 분도 지적하셨던데 세면대에 물이 잘 안내려갑니다. 침구가 많이 떨어져서 아쉬었고 9월이라 저녁에는 쌀쌀한데 홑겹이불 밖에 없어서 그점이 아쉬웠습니다. 그렇지만 단점들이 위치로 완전히 극복될만큼 최고위치의 호텔이었습니다.

The room was very nice, had decent space for Europe hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! All kinds of options include freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff could not hv been more helpful and pleasant. The small spa was fun, relaxed in little pool. I would stay here again.

le personnel c’est très agréable, l’hôtel est bien placé, petit bémol, première chambre avec un balcon sans aucun intérêt puisque passage. il fallait donc laisser le rideau fermé, au bout de deux nuits, ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre car ils avaient des disponibilités
