Dear Sir We are very sorry that you did not have a good stay with us, for us our guests is the most important and when they are not happy we feel bad. We will continue to work hard to improve. On the other hand to tell you that the refund of your paid night I just did it personally this morning as soon as you called and communicated it at the reception, sorry for the delay but for a human error the receptionist forgot to tell me, you could have sent us an email and everything would have solved before.
