스페인 여행을 망칠뻔한 호스텔..너무 더럽고 침구가 한 500년은 된거 같이 낡고 더러움.. 머리카락은 여기저기 널려있고..숙박 평가를 이렇게 남기는건 난생 처음.ㅠㅠ 위치는 나쁘지 않으나 호스텔 구조와 청결도가 최악임. 몹시 비좁고, 노후되고, 청소도 안되어있고, 심지어 캐리어 하나 풀어서 짐 정리할 공간이 없음. ㅠㅠ 완전 비추

정말 작음... 캐리어 펼쳐놓을 수가 없음 그리고 까탈루냐에서 걸어다니기 힘듦. 주인인지 직원인지 남자가 계속 안내를 해줬는데... 아 정말 능구렁이 같고 싫었음 친절한건지 뭔지... 기다리라고 앉아있으라며 어깨를 누르는데 걍 말로하지 말하면서 터치하니 기분 정말 나빴음. 다신 가기 싫은 곳

Ich kann nicht verstehen wie Expedia so eine Unterkunft in ihrem Portfolio hat. Dies lässt mich über Expedia nachdenken. Laut Beschreibung hätten wir Wasser, Zimmerreinigung und 24h Rezeption gehabt. Nichts davon stimmt. Unser Badezimmer war mit Schimmel und Mängeln übersäht. DAS GEHT GAR NICHT. Das ist hochgradig gesundheitsschädlich. Zimal ich im 6. Monat schwanger bin mussten wir 2 Tage früher als geplant abreisen und unser Geld ist weg.

wir hatten ein Zimmer nur für eine Nacht gebucht und auch bestätigt bekommen . Nach längerer Reise angekommen, erhielten wir kein Zimmer. Es war niemand am Empfang und telefonisch wurde uns gesagt, es liege keine Buchung vor und mit Expedia arbeitet das Hostel nicht zusammen. Der anschließende s.g.Chat mit Expedia war eine Katastrophe. Wir verließen Barcelona und suchten uns eine Unterkunft über booking..de. .

Horror Night
The room was clean and comfortable that was really good with the price we paid.The location also easy to get to innercity by foot. But that was not a problem, the problem was it was really noisy and too loud. our room was the room near the conciege, actually he was a friendly man but he was the person who was really loud speaking and shouting and making noise. It seemed that he didnt even care the guests who need to sleep next door. we already accepted it, but i went on until late night, but that noise never stopped even at 2am. that was unacceptable, well if you think you can stand the noise then maybe the place is still nice for you

１泊だけなら良いですがあまりきれいではないですし、シャワーしかなく、シャンプーとボディーソープが一緒になったものが置いてあるだけであまり良いホテルとは言えません。部屋も狭いのでスーツケースは広げられないですね・・ サグラダファミリアまで徒歩15分程度なので選びました。

Ad states desk open 24 hours, 730 am had to call multiple times to wake someone then needed to wait 1 hr for person to arrive to check luggage. Ad states multilingual staff person spoke no English and made no attempts to help us translate

The room was very clean, small no frills kind of room but perfect for s good night sleep. Got there late around 10 for check in and after calling the number provided, Junior came quickly to meet me and get me set up. Would stay there again

The room was a good size and very convenient for being able to navigate the city. There was close access to the metro as well.

The location is great but the rest is just acceptable. We arrived in the middle of the night and called one of the staff to check in. He could not speak English and just hung up our call. The second staff tried to communicate with us bolut only speak Spanish... The room is acceptable for the price. But the cleanliness is not quite ok. There are some molds spots in the room, dryer does not work, shower area also does not drain..so once we let the water runs for more than 10 seconds continuesly, the water kept getting higher to around our ankle. Our towels also smelled. So even though we did not expect it to be super good, at least the cleanliness and the service language should totally be improved.

La chambre n’était pas nettoyée à chaque jour. Nous n’avions pas de nouvelles serviettes à chaque jour. On a manqué de papier de toilette. On a dû aller en chercher nous meme. On avait un seul verre et aucune tasse. On a dû aller en acheter. On les a laissé dans la chambre . Le séchoir fonctionnait par intermittence . Beau balcon ! Hôtel bien situé un peu difficile à trouver . Pour le personnel on a vu personne. .

Great location, walking distance from key sights, quiet, Communal fridge and microwave available, building good security measures. Neat but not clean and no housekeeping at all during our 3 night stay.

I was suspicious after reading the reviews but I booked the double room with balcony and have zero complaints. I had a very late check in of 10.30pm and one of the guys came over and checked me in without issues (I used the number on the door to call to advise I had arrived) and within 10mins they were in and checking me in. Perfect spacious room with cute little balcony. Its a no fuss accomodation. Has everything you need for 1 or 2 people. I was a solo traveller overnight. Room is spacious, comfortable bed, pillows, bathroom, has aircon and TV and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again and it's very well priced. Those complaining are skimping out and staying in places where its "you get what you pay for".

We had a room with a private bathroom and balcony. It wasn’t fancy, but simple and clean, all of the basics you need. Seemed to be good value from other places I looked at when booking. The staff member at check in was very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again :)
