괜찮은 숙소
직원은 아주 친절했습니다. 떠나는 날 짐도 원하는 시간까지 맡아주시고 택시도 불러주셨습니다. 방은 조금 춥고(난방기구는 있음) 보통수준이었습니다. 위치는 성가족성당에서 10분도 안되는 위치에 있어 아주 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 안전하고 잠깐 묵기에 좋았습니다!

c'était très bien. Presque parfait ! L'accueil était vraiment gentil et sympa. De plus il y a des réceptionnistes qui peuvent parler les plusieurs langues. J'étais vraiment content avec cet hôtel.

무난한 숙박
사그라다 파밀리아역에서 가깝습니다. 로비에 언제든 먹을 수 있는 커피와 쥬스, 도넛, 쿠키, 바나나와 오렌지가 비치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 오가며 간식으로도 먹었구요. 룸청소는 매일 하지는 않은 것 같았습니다. 머리카락이나 먼지가 나갈 때 고대로 있을 때도 있었거든요. 그리고 어메니티를 매일 새로 보충해주지않아 로비에 가서 달라고 했습니다. 요부분이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 룸 에어컨 리모콘이 잘 작동하지 않아 히터를 틀때 4~5번 정도 방향을 잘 정해서 눌러야 함이 불편했습니다. 그 밖에는 무난한 5일간의 숙박이었던 것 같습니다.

Something was not pleased.
Neat and clean room. Close to both famous spots and local neigherhood. But free bottled water and toilerites weren’t given to me everyday. What is the fact about this information?

장점 : 숙소에서 사그라다 파밀리아가 가깝다. 객실이 청결하고, 청소도 잘 해주시는듯하다. 단점 : 냉장고가 없다. 대로변이라 시끄럽다 ㅠㅠ, 남자 직원 2분은 친절한데... 여자직원이 조금 불친절해서 언짢았다.

The room was spartan for sure. Basically a room and a bath. But it served its purpose and was only a block from the Sagrada Familia.

The hotel is ideally situated in the Sagrada Família area, surrounded by numerous attractions and activities. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful. One room for improvement regarding the check-out process. The reception was not staffed during the 11 AM check-out time, making it inconvenient, especially when handling multiple pieces of luggage. Installing a check-out box could eliminate the need to visit a nearby counter for check-out.

Good value for money hotel/hostel
One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! Rooms were serviceable and had everything we needed. We paid for breakfast everyday in the sister hotel and it was very good - fresh food, buffet style so plenty to keep us going. Very nice fresh orange juice!

Excellent experience!
It was the best hotel experience in my life! The location is amazing, 30 meters away from Sagradafamilia, right next to the metro and bus stops. The attention throughout the stay was amazing, they did their best to ensure satisfaction. If I come again, I will undoubtedly stay again, I highly recommend it! 10/10

Awful experience.
The front desk had nobody there most of the time. You will have to cross two street to see their staff in another place. The room is extremely small. Only three single beds and two side table. That's all! no chair, no dresser, no desk, at all! The worst thing is there are a few hotels with exactly the same name in that area. Our taxi driver sent us to a wrong one, causing us to take another taxi to the correct one.

We would like to note that although the reception is closed during the night, we have 24/7 support staff available. In that regard there is always someone to attend you at any time. The 24/7 reception is no more than two minutes away by foot. You may reach us by email, WhatsApp, mobile phone number and landline, too. It is true that our company has more touristic establishments in the area, and all are close by. Thus, the recommendable and the best way to make sure the taxi does not make mistake is to tell the taxi driver exact address of the hotel that may be found in the hotel description and the reservation confirmation. We strongly believe that the room description matches the real situation, as we have more than one room category available. In any case, we will take your comment into consideration and make sure to improve upon it. We would also like to have you with us again so you could see the improvement we have made in meantime.

Excellent position close to Sagrada Família and many local shopping and dining opportunities. Room was a little small and staff seemed a bit stretched between this and the other reception they were running but were extremely helpful and friendly nonetheless

El hotel es muy básico. Tiene deficiencias en su mobiliario e instalaciones (viejos o de mala calidad). El personal que atiende el hotel está unas cuantas horas. En el resto del tiempo; hay que caminar dos cuadras para encontrar ayuda con algo (check in como fue mi caso). Algunas habitaciones están a nivel de la calle; lo que dificulta la privacidad y el alejamiento del ruido callejero. No me gustó el hotel como tal. Lo positivo es que está muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia

Check in was only at 3pm, although they took in our luggage’s at an early time. We didn’t actually sleep there as we have a flight late night. We just rested for a while. Room was nice - we like it, staff were friendly. Nice and clean hotel. My son said we always get nice hotel from Expedia.

Um dos melhos lugares que já me hospedei e sem nada a reclamar. A localização perfeito, atendimento excelente por todos os recepcionistas que conheci durante minha estadia. O quarto que fiquei era pra uma pessoa, pequeno mas continha tudo que eu precisava e mais um pouco. Cama confortável, vista para a rua, kit de banho completo e ainda tinha uns saches de cortesia para fazer café. Tudo perfeito. Voltarei em breve com certeza!

Hotel presque parfait.
Emplacement de l hôtel parfait. A côté de la Sagrada familia. Lit hyper confortable. Pas trop de bruit environnement dans la chambre. Dommage pas de super petit dej et de parking mais la situation géographique de l'hôtel et la propreté en valent la peine

Room Assignment.
The accommodations was not worth the rate charged. The bed was a metal frame underneath a low level sponge form mattress as in a college dorm. There was no refrigerator, iron, ice and I had no toilet paper for a day. Linen was not changed, bed was just spread with same linen when room service was requested.

Thank you for your comment. Your feedback is valuable, as we strive to improve with each guest. We regret that you have not commented your concerns directly to us during your stay at the reception, since we could have resolved the issues and made your stay a better experience. We do have an iron available at our reception. All guests just need to ask for one at the reception and we will be happy to provide. It is true that there is no refrigerator (and ice) in the room, as it is not shown in the room description overall. On the other hand, we do have a fridge in the hotel available if someone needs to keep the medications or for any similar case. We do have a daily housekeeping service available for all guests. In case a guest might miss any of the amenities they can be acquired at the reception upon asking. By all means, we will make sure to improve upon your comment and we will be happy to see you again with us in the future, so you might witness the improvements we have made.
